Integrity Cadillac is the best in Chattanooga. You cant find a more honest dealer than Integrity. Some dealers try to oversell you for something you really dont need or a repair thats really not needed. This has NEVER happened to me. They are EXTREMELY honest. Their Service Managers are spot on. ALL of them are at the top of their game. And this also applies to the other dealerships they own that I have worked with. You cant beat Integrity Cadillac, Buick, GMC and Mazda too.

My wife and I bought our first brand new vehicle from Integrity Cadillac almost 5 years ago. What a great experience! We have had almost no issues with the vehicle (now at 56k miles) and the service department is always quick to take care of us whether its warranty work or regular maintenance. The facilities are up-to-date, clean, and inviting and I enjoy chatting with their friendly staff. For someone who didnt have a great perception of car dealers before, Integrity Cadillac has changed my mind for the better!

We had a great experience. We usually have an experience where you want to run from a salesman. However, it was totally opposite! Our salesman, Matthew, was very nice and professional. He also helped me until the very end with my cars abilities and onstar. I would recommend. Thanks for our new car!

Everytime I visit Integrity Auto Group the are professional, polite and always very knowledgeable. Todays visit was for an oil change, tire rotation & multi-point inspection and I was in and out in less than an hour. Integrity Auto Group professionals from start to stop.

Very poor understanding of customer service. I bought a new Cadillac in January and even though I paid cash, we still spent 4 hours just trying to pay them for it and getting paperwork done. I sent them some feedback on the experience through their online system, but was never contacted. Two months later we have a loud but intermittent rattle under the hood. After two service visits of two days each they can’t diagnose it. The 2nd time the service manager literally said “I don’t know that it’s not supposed to make that noise”. I will never go back.

BUYER BEWARE ! THEY TURN INTEGRITY UPSIDE DOWN.I had an accepted offer to purchase a 2010 Town Car on Friday April 30, 2021, being told that there was no deposit needed. Car was to be detailed and ready for delivery first thing Saturday morning May 1, 2021.The next thing, later on Friday, was that at 8:34 PM I received a phone call from sales person telling me that the car was sold out from under me to the Integrity owners son since there was no deposit on vehicle, meaning it was still for sale.From a legal viewpoint that seems to be correct; but from a customer relation viewpoint it appears to be an underhanded dishonorable offense, and the perpetrator being the owners son makes it more so.Obviously, I would not recommend doing business with Integrity Cadillac.p.s. - Almost forgot; besides screwing me, it seems they also screwed their sales manager out of her commission for selling me the car. lol

1.0 star ratingThis review only pertains to the parts counter/clerk.I went by Integrity Cadillac around 1015 am on January 26, 2021... Not terribly busy at this time of the morning. As I entered through the service department I stepped into the service advisors office and asked my question, and was promptly sent to the parts counter. I made my way to the parts counter and rang the yellow bell indicating I need assistance from the parts clerk.I waited for approximately 2.5 minutes before the cashier (sitting at far end of parts counter) called to someone in the back advising them I was waiting. An older gentleman emerged from the back, I do not know his name, however he had silver/gray hair, was around 5 10 tall by my guess, and had a set of ear pods in his ears which were NEVER removed during our time of contact. Upon contact I advised him that I needed assistance in determining if my vehicle had a 17 bolt or an 18 bolt oil pan, and that I have my VIN handy with which to look it up. He copied the info he needed and told me the did not give out part numbers. I was to some degree rattled as I replied... WHAT?!? He reiterated by saying we dont give out part numbers here, we sell parts. My jaw hit the floor due to the level, or lack of customer service, care, or consideration. I tapped the counter with my hand and told him dont worry about it bud, Ill figure it out on my own. He thanked me, for what I have no idea because I didnt purchase or boost his business in any way. It actually irritated me that he thanked me after our brief interaction.Now, I was there to get the information I need, purchase the part I needed or potentially schedule an engine oil and filter change, a transmission fluid flush, filter and fluid change, as well as front and rear differential fluid drain and fill depending on what was more economical and convenient for me. Either way I WAS going to spend money.To management: your parts clerk lost you my business completely. Maybe I only purchased a part for $50 that day, but I might have purchased services that would range around $700-$800 (by my guess) and if satisfied used your service and parts department for my future needs (ie gaining a customer). This did not occur. I DO NOT plan to be back. I will take my Cadillac to Heritage in Atlanta before I use your dealership in the future.To the parts clerk: I will now thank you for showing my what INTEGRITY Cadillac is about.-Will F.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAIT AND SWITCH BILLING. I will never do business with Inifinty Automotive Group in any way, shape, or form. What was supposed to be a 45 minute to 1 hour service took over 1.5 hours with no updates as to the status of the service. I requested an update after 1 hour and 20 minutes, and again 15 minutes later after not receiving an answer to the first inquiry. After the second status request, I told the employee that I wanted my car returned if the service had not been completed. Not surprisingly, within 5 minutes, my vehicle was ready. After the long wait, I was billed more than quoted. I requested to speak with a manager, but apparently he/she was too busy to speak with me.

Recently purchased a used 2013 Cadillac XTS. I didnt really haggle on the price to a great degree which was my fault. I purchased the best and most comprehensive extended warranty that they offered. Bought the car about a month ago. Was advised today that the battery was toast. Battery apparently went from being perfectly fine for a month to dead overnight. The extended warranty does not cover a battery. $275.00 to replace. I paid my car off in cash and fully intended to buy another vehicle from them in the very near future. This situation ensured that I will go to Nashville to purchase the next Cadillac I buy. I hope the $275.00 was worth it.

Customer service has not been the best. The transmission blew within 50 hours (less than 400 miles) of having possession of a new XT4. Called and spoke with a general manager who was very passive of my concerns. Im still awaiting a return call from 6 days ago. This car has had one problem after another with it. Navigation, USB ports, AM/FM radio, transmission. Dissatisfied customer.
