I hit a cone and messed up my bottom grill (long story)They were so professional, friendly, and did an amazing job on my car. I highly recommend trying them out. You wont regret it!

This is a collision and repair center ONLY they do not distribute or sell any products for resale. I called was helpful in redirection if proper calls and who maybe to call for what I was looking for No PREFERRED just local businesses. She was not rude or indignant about me having incorrect information about the business very polite and informative. Hope they get some good business their way seem like good ppl from that one call just saying. Thanks again

Just went in for an estimate. Masks are still required for entry - even if youre vaccinated. They did provide quick estimate and it seems to be a fair price. Will still look around and compare to other body shops.

This repair shop is quick, the people are very professional, and they do what they tell you they are going to do. Excellent place I will try it again.

I would give them 6 stars,... got the car repaired on time, and the quality was superb! We noticed one door was slightly off alignment, went back the next day and they fixed it while I waited. The staff seems genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. Was recommended to us by our neighbors, equally satisfied. Best body shop Ive used. Kudos!Went back for an adjustment of one door,... didnt need an appointment, and they hopped to it immediately and efficiently, honoring their warranty.These people are great.

Insurance sent car to shop late august for repairs horrible communication you will keep getting text messages about completion dates you will call and speak to the manager Brent who has also told you your 5th date that your car will be completed when you call him the day of it is another excuse and he will be very rude when you repeat the conversation that you had the day before would definitely not recommend will not be back for anything

Great place to get auto fixed, wanted to give 5 stars. Reduced to 4 as I had to do multiple follow ups with no update on status if its getting delayed due part arrival etc..Otherwise my car was fixed very neat and clean with no issues reported so far.. Thank you team.

Honda dealer in the area doesnt do body work so they told me this place was a certified Honda repair location. Employees were very nice, helpful and did great work. Thanks for the outstanding customer service !!!

Im sure they do great work but I wanted to be informed about estimates and things and they did not call me about any of it. They also would call and not leave messages. And they first time I ever visited I stood around for about 5 minutes while they were talking on the phone and to each other before anyone acknowledged me. I just feel like their customer service could be better.

Worst experience ever had. Put rotten tires instead of new tires, returned car with no gas, took 4 WEEKS, terrible customer service, 25 new miles on odometer, SAID they took my car to the car wash

They did an outstanding job on my car.I was having trouble getting off work to get over there to pick up my car, they delivered my car to my job and brought a gentleman with them from Enterprise to pick the rental car up. My car came back cleaner then what it was when I dropped it off. Excellent customer service and I will definitely do business with them again.

Great little shop. I’m picky and checked every grommet and every seam. They do good work. I am happy. I’ll go back if I get more work done. Great job! Plus, the cleaned the inside of my car too!

Told me a little over a week on repair took almost a month. Did not know amount of bill and could not find out in a timely fashion.Office help was very rude and unwilling to work or do their job because it was an inconvenience? I would look elsewhere if looking for a professional repair and office help that can communicate efficiently with its customers.

Did a repair for us a year ago and the spot came back. They fixed the spot no questions asked and it looks great.

They really do great work here, and the people are friendly. Theres not really much else you could ask from a collision repair shop.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I had a power steering issue that I needed to be resolved quickly and they got it done quick! They also priced me half of what other shops were quoting me. They got the job done and they got it done quick.

Import Auto Body gave us the best customer service and workmanship! We live in OH and hit a deer in TN just passing through and did not know where to take our car, and just by chance ended up at this body shop with no recommendation from anyone. The expertise of the office staff and other staff was a real blessing considering the circumstances. They were quick to give our insurance company an estimate and the car was repaired in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

The body repairs were excellently done, and in person they were quick and easy to speak with. We went through a major insurance company and they had no issues interfacing with that company to expedite the process.Cons:Would have been nice to have the vehicle vacuumed before getting it back. If was very dusty and smelled like paint until we cleaned it out very thoroughly. Also had some miscommunication on the phone as well that was minorly frustrating to start with.Overall, a very good recommendation

I would not recommend this body shop for any fleet vehicles. Slow service and poor customer service. Did not complete job as estimated and lied about why graphics had not been applied as requested. Go to Abra Auto Body instead.

Horrible customer serviceWent to pick up my car, and they killed the battery by leaving the dome light on.They refused to acknowledge their mistake and wanted me to pay for a new battery!!Poor support.

So far, Theyve had my car for 1 week and didnt even call me with an update.
