Took my ancient Craftsman riding mower in because it wouldnt start. They fixed the starting issue, added a cable that I provided that needed to be replaced . . . and did it all more quickly than they estimated . . . and at a very reasonable price. My wife, who rides this machine most often, says its running better than it ever has. Will definitely be back. THANKS, Tanslee!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a UTV from Tanslee 2 years ago. It is still in their possession with a blown motor. Last response I received from them is we are no longer a dealer of ODES and wont work on it.

I cannot even begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness that my family experienced here. Everyone at this business has issues all the way up to the owner.I brought my push mower up to them (about a year old from the point of manufacture and less than a year since the point of sale.) I fully expected the issue to be taken care of by the warranty. I called in and confirmed they performed warranty repair for husqvarna and was told they did. I brought the mower in, requested warranty repair, gave my information, was told it would be a week and away I went. A week and a half later, I called to check up on the mower and was told it was done and had been done but I did not answer their call (I later found out that my number was put into their system wrong). I was then told that the total bill was about $100, to which I never approved, for a belt. I told them I was not happy about being charged money without being notified. I was basically told “tough luck” and to come pay and pickup my mower. I told them I was not going to pay for something I didn’t approve and to remove the belt so I could come get it. I was told it would be ready in another week and was hung up on. I took a second to calm down and called back to speak with someone else. I was put on the phone with the owner whom was very rude and basically did everything to blame me for the situation, including the phone number mishap. This blows me away since it looks like all the other negative comments that are left on reviews she wants to find a resolution on. After realizing we were going to get no where with one another she said “we were not a fit to do business with one another” and ended the call.Fast forward a few days, my wife wanted to pick the mower up since I wouldn’t probably get off work in time to get the mower and she didn’t think they would be rude with her. She arrived with our newborn in tow to get the mower. The same service manager who hung up on me didn’t say one word to her after he realized it was our mower, pushed it outside of the door, turned around and walked back inside. Luckily, someone else (not sure if it was another employee who didn’t know the history or another customer) helped her load the mower. So, at the end of the day the customer is always wrong with Tanslee, they don’t give a damn about customers/potential customers and do not do anything to resolve or make things right. On a side note, I knew of specific issues with the drive system(what I took it in for) outside of the belt that they attempted to replace. They didn’t seem to be concerned with repairing the things I knew were wrong with it.Good luck to anyone who wants to do business with these people. Rude crooks.

I took my Cub Cadet to them and they kept it for a good while, I dont recall how long. When I went to pick it up they told me the only way they could fixe it was to put another engine in it at the cost over $2500.00. I took it immediately to a man near Dalton. He had it for several days, he found out the problem, I didnt understand exactly what but it cost me $50.00. I am still using it and even cutting high pasture grass.. I think that the repair crew are just in over their heads and would rather sell new equipment ans do no repair work. That is their choice. I just feel sorry for the lady that owns the place it seems to me they will eventually run off all the customers wanting repairs. Then she will lose her business and what she has invested in a much needed business.Sad.....

I brought my sit down Exmark here awhile back for repairs, the spindle was warped so i really had no choice. They charged me $3000! Absolutely absurd! And ive noticed that on your reviews you only respond to the negitive reviews, it seems that if someone has anything negative to say you have no record and they have never done business with you ?Dont use tanslee! They will lie and steal from you with no remorse what so ever !!

Great company, great and helpful owners. They have always been able to help me with equipment repairs same day if not same hour. They are also hands down the place to get tires in town. This is a local family business and I love supporting those. Its really a unique place and have more to offer other than your normal repair/sales places such as essential oils. Next time I am in I think I might pick some up for my GF instead of online or Earthfare. I mean how often can you say when someone ask you where did you get that essential oil. Oh an awesome outdoor power equipment sales and repair place called Tanslee :-)Also the place smells wonderful in there and I think thats the first time I have used the words smells wonderful to ever describe an outdoor power equipment business.
