They have good products but are understaffed (as is most everywhere now). Finding a knowledgeable person to answer questions is difficult. Product selection is also suffering from pandemic induced supply disruption so finding what you want may be difficult even if they normally stock it.
Tried to call and inquire about a product to purchase, got bounced around the automated system, then told that due to Covid, they don’t take live calls at this time.. customer service below subpar..
Bestbuy is the greatest store to ever exist honestly. Their inventory is great they have about everything. Return policy is great especially for members. And knowledgeable employees is hard to find unless you come here. Straight busting
The people at the cellphone counter and in the car stereo area gave me the best customer service Ive had in a while. I bought something there in 2020, but customers were not allowed in the store and it was drive by pickup and it felt like it. This time around was a very pleasant experience. They answered all my questions, and I felt they cared about the customer

Overall the Best Buy near Hamilton Place was a good experience. The young man who helped us was fairly knowledgeable about the products we were interested in buying. The prices were comparable to what we found online.
This store has the most rude workers I have ever came across with in best buy. The workers treat me like garbage and then tried to send me to Walmart because the judged me as if I cant afford to shop in best buy. They made fun of me and send their workers to follow me around the store because they thought that I was going to steal. Im never coming back to this location.
Best Buy runs a lot of sales but the rules regarding those sales are always changing and the staff cant seem to keep up with all the changes. The last couple of times I have gotten an email with a discount code the staff have not known what the fine print is or didnt know how to ring it up appropriately. Its becoming to much of a hassle to shop with them. B and H or Amazon are becoming much more easier to use.

Mandy is a legend. We bought an out of box/display washer/dryer combo but the handle of the washer was broken when they installed it and it wouldnt register that it was closed. Trying to get it fixed was a nightmare, replacing the washer itself was also a nightmare, but Mandy helped us fix an issue weve been trying to get fixed for a few days in like 5 minutes.
The online ordering process was easy and I was able to get a washer and dryer within a couple of weeks after moving to our new house. I received a call shortly after from as associate confirm a couple of things. The items were delivered on time and the two young men were courteous and efficient. . I am pleased with the experience and the product. The other two big box stores could not deliver these appliances for weeks. Maybe I was just lucky but there was no problem at all with this transaction. I can only address my own experience and it was excellent.
My daughter bought her second laptop! And she just loves it! The Manager was so helpful and especially friendly back in electronics! He was so down to earth! And explained things to us well! And we had a lot in common talking about our families! 3 generations of us were there, and now my mom wants to buy a laptop as well! We just loved him!
Deplorable customer service. Horrific 800 number after the purchase service. Sold me something that cannot work independent of another item without telling me what that item was. Im now informed that refund status takes 14 days. I didnt think that by walking into your store I was actually trick or treating. Absolutely abysmal
Best Buy was not crowded when we were there on a Saturday at 430pm. We were looking for a new laptop and with the current chip shortages the in stock selection was very limited. It did take a while to be greeted by an associate who confirmed that there wasnt much to choose from.Well be back to get a laptop later.

Friendly reps, but the only rep that knew his specialty was Max in photography. The other 2 reps tried to fake the knowledge which made them look bad. They should have just gotten someone who knew their subject matter...I was ready to buy, but the answers given to me let me know that I had to do my own research even further.

Best Buy always has what we need! They are always friendly and helpful. One of the last great gems of brick and mortar electronic stores. Please never go away! There is nothing like seeing a product, holding it, and then buying it!

My experience began Best Buy Online, but continued in the brick and mortar store on Gunbarrel road. I bought a new television online the 31st of January. Their earliest delivery was 10 days later between 7am and 1pm, which I took. They called to confirm the delivery yesterday, and emailed conformation as well.So, day of, Im sitting on my couch, short on sleep because I work late. Im fighting off sleep because I dont want to miss the delivery. My email, pings. Its another email from Best Buy. They moved my delivery to the 18th in the afternoon, without calling or explaining the situation. I get it, obviously my time has no value.Around 9am, I manage to get someone from customer service on the phone. All they can do for me is change the delivery date, to the 18th at the earliest. I would have thought since this had already been messed up, I might get prioritized. Like, expedite the shipping, or cut a discount on some part of this.I realized we were talking in circles, so I managed to get the information that the Gunbarrel store was the local point it was being shipped to me. With about three hours sleep I jumped in my pickup hoping I might be able to sort this out there.Three employees later, all I had was excuses. We are not the online store.It the online stores responsibility to inform you that your order has been delayed.The best we can do for delivery is 18th. (Once again, today is the 10th)Ive worked a little in hospitality industry, and also in the online shopping buisness. I know that the customer knows you as your brand, not the online vs the brick and mortar store. Im sure your corporates are not separate.Second, if you have already messed up, you need to to be proactive with your solution. Dont wait for me to suggest what you should do. Take me on a tour of similar TVs you can get me right away. Maybe offer me a current or future discount, gift card, something to say we value you as a customer and are sorry for wasting your time.So, instead I got a refund. I would return everything from the $2000 dollars weve spent with Best Buy in the last 10 days, but there is a sweet 16 present in there that I need this weekend. After its paid, the card is being cancelled.I left the Gunbarrel store and drove to Electronics Express. They had the TV I had ordered, in stock, for the same price, and nearly the same credit terms. They even loaded it in the back of my truck for me.Guess which store Im going to check first next time.
Its a Best Buy, generally a fun store for the nerdy types (ie. Me). In this particular case they didnt have the cable I was looking for, but such is life. We looked around at other stuff and ended up with 1 thing we came for and some other miscellaneous items. Staff was friendly as usual.

Four years ago we purchased appliances for a new home, we got great deals! Now we have another home in need of appliances so, we returned. We had two associates walk right past us without offering to assist us! Walked around the department for 10 minutes, not one person was working in appliances! It was about 10am so wasnt lunch time. As we left, we were asked if we found everything okay! We replied with the situation and told them theyd just lost a $5000.00+ sale! We bought appliances at Home Depot!
I love it only place I can get my monster energy drink lol other then that. I just wish the people at that store were a bit more knowledgeable. The other day I ask if there away I could hook up my xbox to more then one screen the guy I talk to took me over to the TV section and gave me something that had nothing to do with what I was talking about ..... Associates arent what they used to be. Had to chase someone down to get help, and when I was able to find it, the associate seemed as though I had interrupted a personal matter (ie. Carrying on with another associate). Usually dont post negative reviews, but this is the second time in two weeks at slow (mid day) hours. At least they are consistent.
Buyers should be fully aware that the website for Best Buy electronics stores are claiming items to be in stock that are not actually in their possession. The items also openly advertise that you can receive next-day delivery and again, this is not true under any circumstance whatsoever. If you place an order with Best Buy, you are making a purchase for items for which the status of those items is not being correctly indicated to you as a buyer.Once you have made purchase, the availability and shipping information will be changed by Best Buy. Despite the fact that icons on the website items state that you can revise your purchase by choosing an alternate item or cancel the order, it is not true in any sense whatsoever. When you press those icons to try and reverse the circumstances you will receive a message that the status of your order is not able to be changed because Best Buy is presently working on it. What has happened is that Best Buy has hoodwinked you into making a purchase and once paid, you are given tracking numbers by FedEx to indicate that the item has already been relayed to the shipper and even when you check the status with FedEx the following morning, you will be shown a screen that the item is actually in transit and will be delivered to you before 9pm that evening.All of that information, both in the confirmation email that you receive from Best Buy and the FedEx website tracking page is all false. At a point later in the day you will find that the information from Best Buy when you check the order on their website has been revised. The same will be true for FedEx.I will use my own example direct from the webpage here to so that you can see what is taking place for yourself. This is pasted directly from the Best Buy website. Take note of the date of order and the date of delivery being stated. Note that Best Buy states plainly that the order placed on 6/1/2021 has shipped on the same day. A FedEx tracking number is provided and if you check it the following morning, it will actually reflect that your order is on the delivery truck and on its way to you. Again, later in the evening all of that information both at Best Buy and FedEx will be revised.Best Buy is purposely misleading its customers by luring them to items not actually in stock, as well as next day delivery that isnt true whatsoever.You should not shop with Best Buy under such a premise and instead offer your patronage to alternative electronics stores that provide more genuine and trustworthy business to their customers. Best Buy is outright lying and using false advertisement to its customers. And shame upon FedEx for posting entirely unreliable tracking information, knowing all along that they are reporting items in transit when they dont yet have those items in their possession. Its what people will resort to in making up for lost revenues as a consequence of the recent negative economic impact. There dont seem to be any rules in this regard. These companies will apparently do and say whatever is necessary at the expense of the customers. Contrary to what people are claiming, were definitely not all in this together. After having sent off a $2000 B&W sound bar for repair, it returning badly damaged externally during shipping from their Atlanta service center, and seeking a remedy to replace the damaged casing and sound screen, only to find out that it was discontinued and those parts were no longer available, the local Geek and store management did everything possible to make me a happy and completely satisfied loyal Best Buy customer. Their lack of success in providing refurbishment repairs has not diminished my good feelings about their efforts and the way they handled the total experience. I know how hard it is to hire, train, trust and keep great employees and I highly recommend this staff anytime a friend or relative asks where to buy their next electronic gear.

Large selection of electronics at this location. The staff is generally helpful. The curbside delivery service is fast and a very streamlined process. I have purchased many things from the store and usually always am pleased. Also if you do have an issue their return policy is pretty easy going.
I picked up a tv I ordered online. Associate when you walk in was very friendly and helpful. Everything after that went down hill. Frank the pick up associate was rude. I shopped around the store in almost all sections not one associate asked me if I need help. I wanted to get my son an IPAD and a new laptop for my office but with no one helping me( and there were many associates standing around talking) I will have to buy my products elsewhere.

Went looking for a 17 inch laptop due to the one I owned burned out, person over at 153 best buy said he knew they sold 17 inch laptops over at the gunbarrel best buy, waited in line and people behind me in line got pulled to the front and offered help. Finally got assistance got told immediately the laptop I had interest in is out of stock and when I asked about other 17 inch laptops he went into the back to check and came back but went and refilled the phone section phones and came back and asked if I wanted to order the laptop I showed interest in but when I said no he called me rude

My fiancé and I dropped off our Apple product here on 4/24 for repair and have still not received it back and Geek Squad cannot tell us where it is or where the new one is. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst customer service ever. We have to go check on it every weekend because it’s impossible to get ahold of someone at the store. I highly do not recommend this store or Best Buy for repairs.
I walked in looking for a phone case for my Note 10+, They had wall to wall iPhone items but I guess Samsung isnt thier thing, No one offered to help me and any other time they would be on my heels, They lost my business that day Not so friendly place to be.

Not the best Best Buy Ive been to. It was clean, and everything was neatly put together. I ordered an HP from them, as the one I wanted wasnt available still in-store. They were very helpful, and nice. We had an issue with one employee, hounding my son to put a mask on. My son, although grown. He is much like myself and cant wear one. They didnt hassle us too much once I told them, we could not wear one as we are medically exempt.
Dealing with this store has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered a fridge that was dropped, damaged and then trash was left all over my yard. The second one delivered was again damaged. I was offered a rebate to compensate the damage. I just had to call their customer service, which disconnected me 6 times without resolving my issue. No one called me back, no emails, no help whatsoever. Its been 2 months and I still have a damaged fridge and no compensation. Anywhere is a better choice than this store. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

The guys that brought my TV to my truck were prompt, courteous, and had it loaded in no time. In all, I was there maybe 10 minutes, which includes the time it took for me to strap the TV down.
Purchased a laptop online and had to return it. I was going to look for another computer and do an exchange. There was no inventory left in the store. I understand that since it was right after Christmas. The employees who did ask if I needed help didnt really help and acted like I was wasting their time. I ended up returning and ordered one from Walmart and received it in one day delivered to my door. I used to really like this store but I wont go back.
When we purchased our equipment, we spent close to $1000.00 and from purchase to pickup, we were never offered any kind of purchase protection or warranty. Its poor customer service, when a company doesnt value its customers or products enough to offer extended warranties.

Whatever you do, if purchasing a remote start do NOT purchase from this place. After much research what I thought was a remote start I could start with my phone actually turns out to be one that only works as well as my remote to unlock the doors. Actually not only does the phone not work, the remote that came with the unit doesnt work. Thankfully the remote for the doors that came with the truck is programed to work. Although I asked BEFORE insulation if I would be able to use my phone to start the truck, it wasnt until AFTER insulation I was told I needed to purchase another part for a couple hundred dollars plus insulation. In other words I wasted 300.00 on something that only half works. Wouldnt recommend the Viper to my worse enemy nor Best Buy as I feel I should had been told the whole truth, not half truth.

Clean, good customer service aside from it taking a little longer than most Best Buys to flag someone down its not terrible time. And I go to best buy very very often. Parking is good. Inventory seems a little short but things have been crazy lately so I get it. Overall its a solid Best Buy.
