He consistently went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. Robert, who scheduled, and along with DJ, delivered all of the appliances and were also professional and great to work with. Hands down the best appliance store both in their people and selection.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent purchase of a new Speed Queen washing machine from AllSouth Appliance. It feels great to shop local and buy American made products. My purchase experience was excellent thanks to Josh. I never stepped inside the store. He answered about 30 minutes of questions for me with great patience. The whole transaction was done with a phone call. The delivery was prompt and courteous thanks to Robert and Christian. They removed my old washer and installed the new one within 2 days of purchase. The appliances are priced competitively and they also sell many quality items you cant find at the larger corporate home improvement stores. You have a new lifetime customer in me! I highly recommend purchasing appliances from AllSouth.

Recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set from AllSouth. When we had an issue with the washer, Allyson was quick to respond - no questions asked. Christian provided great service and answered all of my questions. Would purchase from these guys again!

It was a great experience working with AllSouth Appliance; since, I first started shopping for an upright freezer, last March. I knew what I wanted and knew it would take awhile. I finally placed the order in November 2020. With the expected back orders, everyone, I ever spoke with for an update, was polite and always gave me an honest answer. I finally received my freezer, last week and I’m thrilled with it! The delivery, on a cold, rainy day, went very smoothly!I received a call, the day before, to confirm my delivery. I also received a call the day of and given a 25 minute expected delivery time. Christian and DJ were on time and were very professional and polite. I had already moved the “old refrigerator/freezer” into a corner in the garage to make room for my new freezer. Well, I did not realize that the new freezer would be too tall for the spot I had planned on putting it. Without hesitation, the guys moved my old fridge back to its original spot and put the new freezer into the corner. I am very satisfied with my total experience from start to finish. The AllSouth Appliance Team worked very hard work with us in delivering a washing machine in the midst of shut downs and back orders. We ended up getting a loner for a time until the selected Washing machine could be available. The delivery team very carefully and professionally came out to install and remove the washing machines multiple times and were very helpful each time. Christian and DJ were very helpful in delivery and we also very much appreciated Allison and Robs help in the office.

It was a pleasure to buy from the Chattanooga team. Allison was most helpful in the purchase of a refrigerator. The delivery by Robert and DJ went smoothly and quickly. I could not have been more pleased.

After changing my mind about purchasing a dishwasher from All South, it has been almost a month and I have not seen my refund of $700.00 yet!Very poor customer service. I have called repeatedly, without any response.

They gave us a loaner fridge while we waited for ours to come in. Who does that? AllSouth, thats who! Their showroom is stunning but our budget is not nearly as glamorous, and they still treated us like we were buying custom. They were patient, supportive, kind...words you dont typically think of when talking about appliances. I cant recommend them enough!

We are located in NW Georgia and purchased from the Chattanooga, TN location. We purchased a full kitchen (SubZero Refrigerator and Freezer, Advantium, single oven, stand alone ice machine, 36” Wolf range top, 48” Wolf hood and dishwasher. Due to COVID, there were quality control issues with almost every single appliance as well as shipping delays. After working with Spencer and management, our kitchen is finally fully functional. They assisted with replacement parts and even light bulbs for the hood. We are very happy with our kitchen and would purchase from AllSouth Appliance again.

Spencer was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable with the products we were looking for and also provided other options that we we not even familiar with and ended up going with some of his recommendations. I appreciated him taking the time with us as this was a very expensive decision to make and his assistance helped us make the right decisions.

Great experience Dwayne was super helpful in getting me a washer/dryer for my first house. Jarred too. Professional delivery guys showed up on time and installed them for me. The steam cycles are sweet too.

Best customer service! We have purchased several items from this store and they have always been there to help us. For example, at 7:15AM we found out that we needed the dimensions of an outdoor refrigerator we ordered but wasnt due in yet. I sent the manager an email and text (yes, at 7:15AM) requesting the dimensions. He responded with the dimensions plus every other piece of information we could possible need by 7:27AM! You cant ask for better customer service or results than that.They also have a wide variety of appliances (everything from a small rental to your top-end appliances for million dollar homes) and can typically bet competitors pricing. We have ordered appliances for our house and for a house we were restoring and had excellent success. The price for the same appliances were more at Lowes. We would highly recommend checking them out.

After visiting another store carrying Sub Zero and Wolf in which we were completely ignored, we decided to visit All South after getting an email from Kevin. Talk about two different ends of the spectrum! One store didn’t say a word to us in the hour we were there looking at different appliances and Kevin probably spent an hour with us showing/telling us the differences between manufacturers and how they worked. He answered our many questions whether in person, by phone or email. I never felt as if I didn’t matter as I was made to feel at the other place. I wouldn’t go any where else! They have very competitive prices and the customer service can’t be beat! Thanks Kevin for making our choice so easy!!

Kevin is the most knowledgeable appliance sales person Ive met in Chattanooga, Ive been to all. Always great communication and customer service. I believe Kevin will be a good person to have in your corner if problems occur.

Update to my prior post 4/9/18After posting my review, and glad to report I received an apology from the sales manger and remediation to the situation.So Disappointed--We ordered an entire kitchen from the Chattanooga Allsouth for our new construction. In the move-in /walk through we noticed that the refrigerator was damaged and immediately contacted them via email, phone call and sent pictures of the damage. This was the end of November. We reached an agreement with the local manager Kevin for a small refund to compensate us for the damage. Some of the damage was visible and some was not, however, the lack of notification is inexcusable and unethical, the installer knew it was damaged. After several phone calls, and emails the company has yet to do what they agreed- it is now March. So Disappointed.
