If I could give this Walgreens a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered my medications and didnt have a chance to pick them up because I was out of town so they shelved them. So I reordered them yesterday on the app and went in today to pick them up because they said they would be ready by 10 AM this morning. However when I showed up they only had one medication ready for me. My blood pressure medication and my cholesterol meds werent available because because they couldnt rebill my insurance. They told me that I would have to wait to get them until tomorrow. Im a diabetic and I raised concerns to 2 employees about not having my medications both of whom did not care. They never offered to talk to the pharmacist so maybe I could just get a pill to carry me over tonight no alternatives were given. One of the employees actually looked at me and scoffed and said if you would have picked it up on time this wouldnt have happened. I would like a call from a manager and also Im seeking legal ramifications if anything happens to me without my medications because Walgreens denied to fill my prescriptions.But the real kicker was is one of the medications they did fill even though they had taken it off the shelf so why they could do it for 1 and not my other 2 very important medications not sure.
I would not recommend this pharmacy!!!!! Doesnt communicate with your doctor when they cant fill your prescription. They expect you to find your medication at different pharmacies. They told me to travel to Wisconsin to get it over the counter.
I went there today at 5:58pm. Their pharmacy closes at 6pm. They would not vaccinate me. They said it would take longer than there 6pm open time to complete the vaccination. When I worked in the service industry I did not like people coming in before close, but I would never say I cant help you because I would not be done before closing time.
Went here on Saturday 8/14/2021 for sinus medication at 915pm and store was closed. Why? Website states open until 12am 😡😡
Horrible place they should just give up and close it. Youre liable for employee errors and mistakes at the photo place, if the mis ring you for something well youre liable for that too, absolutely criminal.
Was very unsatisfied with the service I received. The cashier did not know how to operate the POS in the correct way. I didn’t want to pay all on my card.
Order pickup is a fantastic service provided at this location.
Pharmacy experience: SUBSTANDARD INFECTION CONTROL. Pharmacist on phone with mask down (not handling prescriptions however), technician counting medication with mask down, another technician? packaging meds with mask down. Serious infection control protocol problems! I dont think I need to detail all of the issues with having your masks down while handling customers medications do I? As healthcare providers and auxiliary providers you should know better. Retraining needed!!
Ive never sat in a drive through this long in my life. My entire 25 years. By the time I get to the window, the pharmacist will probably be on lunch and ill be told to come back... .. what a waste of half an hour.
A quiet and quick visit. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself is fairly well stocked and the employees are friendly. My issue is with the cleanliness. The bathrooms need to be high dusted as the dust is caked on and the bathroom walls need scrubbing. Also, the grates on the floor at the front are in desperate need of being vacuumed out.
Not a fan of this pharmacy anymore; very poor attitudes & low customer service skillsets throughout the pharmacy tech staff. For the third time in 2 weeks Ive called in/talked to a pharmacist about a refill and asking do you have this med in stock?, drove there only to find they were out. I asked if they even check the stock when someone calls/asks and was told sometimes... If the pharmacy staff spent more time listening to their customers instead of showing off their latest tattoos to each other, there might be hope...
Was just told on the phone not to worry about my Novolog prescription because it would take awhile for me to die without insulin. Absolutely shocked by the level of ignorance about diabetes.
I was at the Chaska Walgreens picking up a prescription for my son. He dropped the prescription off at Walgreens in Robinsdale. It took some time to locate my sons name and prescription. The pharmacist, I believe her name is Andrea, she was so patient and diligent in getting results. Finally she found my son in the system. She notice he was in there a three times, so she combined it into one. Then she found the prescription. Walgreens is very lucky to have her on their team.
Brought a fed-ex package to drop off. The only person in the store who knew how to accept it was the manager, who was too busy to help me right now because the truck just arrived. Their words, not mine.Very unprofessional.
An ongoing mix-up with my insurance company caused all kinds of confusion when trying to pick up prescriptions. Matt and his team were great. They stayed on top of the issue, making extra phone calls when necessary, and called me to keep me updated. DeeDee and the rest of the crew are always pleasant and helpful, willing to answer questions, and step around the counter to help find something.
I have never received better customer service and an employee going out of their way to help someone in need!My insurance lapsed, and I was in great need of my psych meds- the total cost was beyond $500 for my prescriptions, well this has happened before and I have had to go without my *much needed* medication, the lady at the pharmacy said “hold on one sec let me check something out” and proceeded to tell me about GoodRx and how my discounted prescriptions were now under $100! I almost cried. No other pharmacy staff member has EVER gone the extra mile to help out a clueless customer. I appreciate you, thank you kind soul. 💕
Kudos to the Staff and managers of this store for their excellent customer service. Especially The manager Steve who have gone above and beyond MANY, MANY times to help meet my needs at the store. I needed a specific medication. I dropped my prescription off and they informed me that they didn’t carry it and would have to order it. I was fine with that and they informed me they should have it in 3 or 4 days. About a week went by and I had been calling and checking on the status of the prescription and was told over and over by the automated system that it would be done “tomorrow”. I finally got tired of this and called and spoke to someone who informed me that it’s a medication that they are unable to order. It’s fine if they can’t order the prescription, that isn’t their fault, but failing to contact me and inform me that I need to contact the doctor is a problem. I needed this medicine and lived with some issues because they did not communicate with me.
Pharmcy is super slow at getting things done called ahead they said 15 min and know how they are i waited 45 went to pick up and they said it wouldnt be ready for another 30min. not happy with them at all.esp cause its always like this

Spent 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru. 15 minutes at the window without anyone even coming over, yet 4 - 5 people helped on the inside. Some were there before I got there some were not. Didnt even get a sorry for making me wait so long. Very poor efficiency. Will be looking at other pharmacies.
Was not impressed with the staff or management. When we tried to do an even exchange on a product that was only a few weeks old with a receipt they refused to do it and said I would have to deal with the manufacturer. We received no resolution and I actually felt insignificant and insulted by some of the staff.
Convenient for anyone that lives in downtown chaska friendly staff and are willing to help you with what ever you are looking for or answer and questions.
Great local store open till midnight. Helpful, friendly staff and great variety of goods and decorations.
Most the time they have pretty good deals reasonably priced.
My doctor sent in a prescription at 3 pm today. I arrived at 6:55 pm tonight to be told I have to wait another 20 minutes!!!!!! I will be finding a new pharmacy ASAP.
The woman working the pharmacy this morning 5-8-18 was absolutely rude to not only me but the woman in the drive thru after her transaction with the drive thru she than ignored me who I was the only one in line to help just mock and make fun of the lady who was in the drive thru because she was overweight. Ridiculous! Other than her my experiences at this Walgreens has been pretty good the young orieantal man in the pharmacy is very polite and helpful kudus to him. But all the times I’ve been in there after 10pm it’s usually a 15 min wait to be checked out at the register! Like where are the employees hiding. Yikes

Received the wrong amount of pills for my perscription. They never once apologized. Went back again and they lost my perscription and had to resubmit it. Come on, lets get with the program!
The ladies there are always very understanding and patient when I need help or there is problems.
The pharmacy just cant seem to keep up on ordering meds that they constantly run out of. Then when I call it in they say it will be ready in 20 minutes, I go up there a hour later and they havent even started to fill it. So I leave and 10 min later I get a text saying its ready.I go back only it find out they have a partial of what I need so basically they like to waste my time, and gas. Now Ill be going back for the 3rd time for 1 medication that they knew I needed it 3 days prior when it was called in.Back to Cub I go! Ive even let them know a few month ago I was leaving if it continues to happen. They did good for 2 months but I cant deal with it.Bye bye Walgreens
I have had multiple issues on multiple occasions with getting monthly prescriptions for my family filled. Terrible customer service, wrong prescriptions, and no apologies.

We have had the worst experience at the Chaska location. The fax was down and they had to go thru hassle to get the prescription again. This has happened to us more than once at this location. Come on Walgreens - figure it out.
