I ended up requiring two new pairs of eyeglasses in preparation for eye surgery (long story I wont get into here). I chose Pearle in Chaska based on the raving Google reviews - and the reviews are spot on; this place is awesome. I worked with Terry and she was wonderful!!! In general, Pearle Chaska is a very supportive, caring group of people and they will do everything they can to (1) save you money wherever possible, based on your insurance coverage and any applicable discounts; (2) ensure you have the correct prescription based on any requirements for progressives/readers/computer glasses; (3) keep you safe during the pandemic; and (4) help you find a pair of glasses you will love!In my case, I needed the glasses as soon as possible because of my unique medical situation, and Terry went above and beyond to check on the status of my order every single day. I loved working with her; thank you Terry!

I went to Pearle Vision in Chaska for an eye exam and to get new glasses. The whole staff was incredible and very helpful. I felt at ease and safe with all of covid19 precautions they do. The eye doctor gave me a thorough exam and explained everything to me in great detail. The staff helped me pick out new frames and listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I am very happy with my new glasses and the whole experience I had at Pearle Vision in Chaska. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of an eye exam and glasses.

The 100% guarantee is a farce!Called number below, store employees refused to help and were condescending adding insult to injury awful!!!They wont match my prescription and want to charge me a 20% restocking fee when I try to return the glasses I do not even have because they cant figure it out and cant get me glasses as prescribed.Just terrible.

Ask for Terry! She is so helpful and will answer every question you may have. She is also so patent!! You won’t feel rushed while trying on every single pair that catches your eye!! She also made sure to set the pairs that we touched below the rack to be sanitized for the next customer!

I went to a competitor 6 years ago to get the buy one get one deal and all glasses under 98$, or something like that, (America’s Best) worst experience of my entire life!!! After $600.00 later, I finally got my glasses. After 3 months the clear coat wore off and they scratched all up. When I called to exchange them, they refused to do anything stating I must have done something to them. Because glasses are so expensive I could not afford to have them replaced.Finally I am able to get new specs for myself. What a wonderful experience!!! The Dr was so thorough and explained everything. The real gem in the process however was my Glasses Expert Stacy Shuster!!! The minute I sat down with her I was immediately at ease. I asked her to pick out a few frames that she thought would look good on me. She brought 2 perfect frames over and a few fun frames over. It was so much fun and her attention to detail was impeccable!!! I can’t thank you enough Stacy for making me feel at ease, and who knew picking out glasses could be so fun!!! My glasses are perfect!!! She worked with my insurance and I was able to get my new specks first less money that 6 years ago and of much higher quality!!! I can’t wait to go back again and get another fun pair to wear just to switch things up!!! I recommend these guys highly!!! Amazing selection, amazing Doctors and one AMAZING LISA!!!Thanks guys.... you rock!!!!

Rude people that gets paid to be rude! Whoever called me back and gave me the information what was written down at the time of my recommendation was incorrect. Im pretty sure if it was a hard name, I think I would remember the brand, blink!

My husband and I walked into the store from out of town, looking for a second opinion on his eyes, everyone was very friendly. The doctor was very thorough, Dr. Jason took the time. He figured out what was wrong with his eyes. The ladies in the office helped him pick out glasses as he’s never had glasses before. And explain to him how they would work. We are extremely happy with this office.

I have visited Pearle Visions in other location and none of them have been up to the standards that this Chaska location holds for themselves. Their opticians are of highest quality and experience. I have never felt more taken care of at the eye doctor than I have here. They clearly have higher expectations for their location than the others do and it is very apparent in their customer/patient care. Very very pleased with my experience.

I would give this less than a star if possible. I have reported Pearle Vision in Chaska to the Attorney General due to COVID-19 regulations. After my exam (which by the way the ophthalmologist and his assistant were amazing and I wish I could see them again) however after my exam, a less than professional woman was showing me glasses. I was specific about what I wanted and after numerous pairs and ones that she recommended. At one point she told me to lower my mask so that she could see the fit better, she was not six feet apart so I declined because oh I dont know...this little thing call COVID. I decided that I wanted to take my script and shop online or elsewhere. Pearle Vision wants to see you frames I get it, however, the woman helping me stated all we do is spend time fixing the mistakes from other places. At this point, she is holding at least 6 pairs of glasses that I have tried on in her hand. Once she realized she wasnt going to make the sale she started placing the glasses I tried on right back on the wall! My breath had fogged up those glasses and they were spread out all over the floor. She was with me the whole time so I know that there was absolutely no way she cleaned them. At this point, I was beyond uncomfortable and left with my script hoping to never return again. After this experience, I made the COVID-19 violation complaint as I fear for anyone trying on glasses in there and what they could pick up. Now that I am trying to get my glasses elsewhere, they wanted my Pupilary Distance measurements (PD) which were not listed on my script. I called Pearle Vision and was told by Deanna that I will have to ask Kayla, I dont think we give that information out unless you are buying glasses from us. I quickly responded with I would sincerely hope I can get my own information from my file. Seems a bit silly I wouldnt be able to access that. She stated she would call me back. She did promptly and stated they didnt have that measurement for me because they do it during the process of picking out frames with them. I had stated that I was specifically told that that was done already. I will never return to this place. Their front of house staff are rude and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else.

Ripped my last contact. They were able to get me in with the doctor the same day, and had me walking out with new contacts, and back up glasses so I didnt have that issue again with nothing to wear!

Im closing in on 50 I finally came to the understanding that I needed glasses for reading & computer work. I fought it for too long. I got a pair of progressive style and I like them. Everyone was nice, professional and glasses were done in about a week - which is what they said. All good.

I have been going to this Pearle Vision for quite a few years now. The staff there are incredibly helpful and nice. I love Dr. Sarah is my favorite doctor that I see -- as I have quite a few specialists. She is genuinely concerned about the health of my vision and notes things that are going on in my life to stay connected. Highly recommend checking them out!

AMAZING place! I have been going here for years with my family. I decided to post after my experience this last time. The service is great and the follow up from Doctor Sarah on my small issue was great. It is funny to see the reviews that are negative because the management is always willing to bend over backwards and do anything to help out. Some people just need to chill out! I would suggest Dr Sarah to anyone...she takes the time to answer all the questions even if she has other people waiting. I never feel rushed, I like that in a doctor! The staff is amazing as well in helping people pick out there glasses and taking the time to review insurance. No issues ever with this place and I know if I did the staff would handle it.

I have been going to this location for some time now and my experiences only get better and better. I do have to say though that I only go to see and or speak to one person for every visit. Stacy is absolutely phenomenal at what she does, she makes every visit personable, she is the only one I trust to frame my glasses to fit my face. I have learned quickly with some meaningless visits that I genuinely like working through Stacy. I have the worst of luck with glasses and she has helped find glasses that work for my face, she has a eye for color and fashion. If there was anything I could say about this location and or to recommend it, it would be to see Stacy. I unfortunately live a far distance from this location but I will gladly make the trip for my wonderful experiences thanks to Stacy!!!!

I have had great service with this location. I have never waited past my appointment for an exam, there is always staff ready to help at the desk and I have never felt cornered or pushed to buy something I didnt need or couldnt afford. Dr. Sarah is so helpful and patient and makes certain that I can truly see when I walk out the door.

Ordered my glasses over a month ago and when I went to pick them up they couldn’t find them. They never contacted me to tell me they haven’t received them in a timely matter so it obviously is not a concern of their’s if their customers glasses come in on time. They promised to call me back when the week started and big surprise they didn’t call. I called and was told the company lost my glasses and they “may be in the truck still” and that they would check and call me “sometime.” Horrible service.

First person I saw was very friendly and had me fill out paperwork. She answered all of my questions and what she didnt know, she found out for me. Optometrist had an excellent sense of humor and didnt go overboard with any fake kindness (unlike the Pearle Vision in Burnsville). The exam went quickly and I was out the door in under 45 minutes. This will definitely be my go-to place for future vision checkups.

Poor integrity and moralsWhen I was there I was conned into buying $375 glass. When I asked of there was cheaper options the lady avoided the question and told me that you are getting a good deal with this pair.I still didnt believe her. After I paid for the glasses- I did some research there are plenty of $100 glasses there.Just seemed like they were shoving deals down my throat and trying to get me to pay more then I needed to the entire time.

Dr. Krietlow has been fine... but everything else about this place is a headache!This place is horribly managed and it is not just one person. Over the past 5 years my wife and I have gone there, I keep thinking things will get better, but it hasnt.Calling you back is a struggle for them to do in a timely matter and giving you the proper prescription and having it signed is always a problem.I keep trying to give them one more shot, but I am finally finished with them and not returning next year.

Seemed like wonderful service at first.... Jump to 3 weeks later I still have no glasses... And I wont be getting glasses due to their error with my insurance company. The guy who works there is a complete jerk and did nothing to help me!

Every one at this place stands around and will not help you or they will hide in back. When I finally got help to order my glasses the person said they where hung over from parting the night before.When I got my glasses They messed them up I cant use them because they give me head aches and make my eye hurt also they are green tinted and I did not ask for green tint. My safety glasses I got for work also are wrong and it took so long to receive them because they kept breaking them or ordering the wrong ones.

Place isnt really that bad. But when you live in society where everyone is sensitive little snow flakes that think your entitled to everything of course ur gonna coming running to right a poor review. I have had no negative experiences here. Since Ive been coming here for two years. They do a fantastic job. They arent rude at all, and perhaps people are just a wee too sensitive to tones of voice and words.

Vy is the best optician. She never pressures me into making a purchase and always makes sure I understand what Im getting.

Bought a pair of glasses for my daughter and they broke within a year. They repaced that pair and they broke again in the same place. They would not do anything for the second pair as now past the one year warranty. Wont be buying anything from them again!
