Overall nice shop with usual Target standards.The discount and the customer service is great.However, 4 star because bad experience with the bike department and few employees. Bike chain was not installed incorrectly and was making grim noise. The employees first didn’t care and then asked me to come at a specific day/time. I went and found no one knows when the bike guy would come. So it was kind of crazy( this was summer 2021). I didn’t buy with them.

They sanitize carts still and the evol bowls are cheaper than at cub, and smuckers are always in stock

Great place to get it all done! Their grocery selection is great (minus fruits and veggies - I go to Aldi for these) and they have just about everything you can think of. I normally use the drive up which I have always had a great experience with!

The store is always clean and very organized even during a remodel. Staff is friendly. And I like using my Red Card and the Target Circle program is very helpful with my food budget.

The only good thing about woking there was quitting ! Hallelujah! Never going back!

This Target is consistently outstanding in customer service. I’ve been doing a lot of Drive Up and the associates that deliver to my car are always so cheerful and seem happy to help me. It always makes my day!

This is a great store with so many choices in every department. They have great staff that are helpful and kind.One thing I have noticed in the last year are the customers in the parking lot. They drive through there so fast I have almost been hit a couple of times.Please SLOW DOWN and watch out!!!

Very clean store, the LP department stalks people here for no good reason. I saw them doing it to me and several others in the store in an uncomfortable way. Ive been to other targets and its never been like this store in Chaska

Ive always liked the Supertarget here in Chaska. It has the cheapest prices and the widest selection, the alternative in going over to Cub Foods, but youre going to pay more at Cub. If you have a Healthy Savings card for produce you should buy that at Cub, Target doesnt take those cards.

I LOVE Target. I love the clothes, home items and even buy my groceries there. If there is something I need I know I can always find it at Target.

I’ve been in target multiple times, and seen more then 1 person not wearing their masks or not wearing them right. So fix this: Enforce it better, or I will not be shopping at your target, or any other targets until they enforce the wearing of masks RIGHT

Fast, clean, everything laid out to find easier than Ive seen before today and Ive been shopping this Target for 5 years.

Used to love this target but recently things have changed they dont even have the essential items like dish soap, eggs ect. they have no inventory at all very disappointed.

Drive up was quick and friendly! However, it is extremely frustrating to be able to order online for pick up but still have to come in to shop for toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins. I understand the shortage AND the need to limit but it completely defeats the purpose of pickup or delivery if I cant get what I need without coming into the store. Why not limit the number for online orders also? First come, first serve should include online orders as well.

Ive always loved Target!

Lots of variety, but dont go through regular checkout with grocery items. Canned goods mixed in with bread and tomatoes is common here.

The big grocery stores beef will stay pink for weeks. That doesnt mean its fresh, that means its full of additives to stay on the shelf longer. Target is definitely fresh without additives, more like a meat market but for less money. Ill always be a costumer.

It would be great if Target could manage inventory - why is it that on EVERY trip there, we cant find at least one basic item on our list. Bare spots on the shelves every time. Thanks Ill shop elsewhere.

Hands down, the BEST Target around. The store is always neat and clean. I can always find what I am looking for. The staff are friendly and make a genuine effort to help when looking for an obscure item. Plus they have a liquor store attached to it, so it makes for a one-stop shop! Even if this Target takes you an extra couple of minutes to get to, its worth it!

Lots of clearance on the sides of aisles, everything is organized and friendly cashiers. The item in home decor I wanted but had no price tag, the price scanner was dead, and I lost track of any floor associates to ask. The cashier helped me and was so friendly and helpful. Great deals and items to buy. Clean and organized!

Target in Chaska is doing a 100% fantastic job right now. I had to visit 3 stores today, and none of them compares to the Chaska Target. They are welcoming customers with smiles and sanitized carts. They have announcements to remind people to stay at least 6 feet apart. Each self-checkout kiosk was diligently wiped down after every single use by happy, smiling employees. I dont think I could say enough good things about the way Chaska Target is handling itself. Keep up the good work!

Steve from tech was so great in helping us set up a phone and even stayed late to go beyond what was required of his duties. For example, we wanted to transfer our old data onto our new phones and Steve did everything with ease and confidence. He was very personable and served us with one of the most fun customer service experiences weve ever had in a store.

I havent personally experienced anything negative as a customer of this store, however Ive heard unique stories from 5 different past employees of this target location that requests made for time off two weeks in advance (before a new schedule was made) were not respected and that employees were reprimanded for not being able to attend the shift even though their scheduler was given plenty of notice. I do not support businesses that take advantage of their young employees.

I consider this one of the better targets due to the two entrance/exit layout that many other targets lack. Lines and traffic flow smoothly here from parking lot to inside. Its also one of the cleaner and brighter targets in the area.

You know what people really want, to wander the store aimlessly looking for butter or chicken. You want butter, oh, its in 3 different cases...and frozen chicken, its by the HUGE paintings...I get that its a remodel, but it is taking a long time and nothing makes sense. Even when you ask for help finding something, they say thats where electronics used to be... Cant wait until the remodel is over and I can stop being Harrison Ford.

We came here with the entire family last weekend for shopping. All the products that we had on the shopping list were available. We never missed any of them. The staff was so informative and helpful to all our inquiries. We shall be coming here for shopping.

I called regarding a Christmas item and I pressed “7” for all other departments and somehow someone from the clothing dept picked up and gave me an attitude that I called the incorrect dept. I told her I did not call into the dept line, I was somehow routed there. She transferred me and the phone rang for a good 7-10mins & someone picked up and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service!

A good shopping experience almost every time. They pretty much always have what we need in stock. The prices cant be beat. We love shopping here on Sunday mornings before it gets crowded. Only complaint is the checkers are sometimes very slow.

Worst customer service ever. The cashier turns off his light without looking up to see who was in line before he turned it off and then finishes the current customer. Looks up addy the rest of us and so oooh Im closed. That is horrible and if my son didnt need his pants for tonight I wouldve left everything there and left. I wish I had his name smh.... needless to say Ill drive the extra miles yo a different location

Typical target. Too big. Entrances nowhere near the cash registers. I love entering the store on one end and having to exit the store on the entire I other end of the building. I asked someone at guest services where a particular item was located. She looked it up and replied isle D2 why would she think I know where isle D2 is?

Guest services is always great. If the line gets long, more ppl help. Theyre happy, courteous, and very helpful. Today, 12/1/2018, my Target was packed. A cashier called out to come to his line, even though his light was off. Awesome. Update 05/03/2020. Covid19 guidelines helpful.

There are never enough checkout lines open here or enough staff to help customers. The self checkout lines are always breaking too! Prepare to spend time waiting around during your checkout.

Despite having possibly the most confusing entrance off Pioneer Trail (stay left, and Target, put up a sign), the upgrades that are going in here look nice. Ive only been on Sundays, so I couldnt visit the liquor store, but Damico Sons, a new Starbucks and other upgrades look to be moving along nicely.

I met a very helpful sales lady named Monkie who explained that if I couldnt find something in the store but it was available online that I could go to the customer service and they would have it delivered to my home. I havent tried it yet but she was so helpful and delightful even though there is a Target closer to me I will definitely use the Target in Chaska whenever possible.

The worst Target I have ever been to. I go 5-6 days a week to pick up groceries, and many times they’ll go several days without restocking items. Never have fresh meat, vegetables, as well as a variety of other foods. I’ve never had an issue with a target before but this one is absolutely ABYSMAL.
