I really enjoy my experience her at CVS. Nice location and great big store. Pharmacy did an excellent job!

Don’t even bother trying to schedule an appointment for a covid test. You need a picture of your insurance card, you have to finish within 15 minutes, they need to know your race, they require a blood sample and hair follicle test and want a witness stating that you are not a Martian. 0/10 only thing they didn’t ask for was my soul

CVS Rewards expire against state law in Massachusetts. Rewards earned in Massachusetts can not be redeemed in other states.

Never have I been asked by a pharmacy staff before if they could keep my insurance cards. Will not do anything for you unless you are at the store watching their every move, and theyll be plenty rude about it.

Pharmacy needs retraining on looking up insurances. Sturbridge did it no problem this location not so much. Same patient. 6 hours to fill prescriptions. Poor.

I dont complain easily. But after giving the Pharmacy several chances....Im fed up.The minute clinic is Excellent.The store portion is great.The Pharmacy is the TERRIBLE !They are sometimes out of medications which is understandable, but its pretty often - which then sets you behind on your next pick up date.Not only have they LOST one of my prescriptions an hour after dropping off (setting me behind even more)My last visit I was told it was TOO SOON to drop off a 30-Day prescription(they looked up wrong one & wrong date)Since I no longer choose to argue with these incompetant clowns, I will just never fill prescriptions here again.Go to Auburn Pharmacy on Southbridge street!Never had an issue.They are friendly, fast & absolutely reliable hard-working guys.
