WOW. What a fantastic place. All of the clothes are in tip top shape—never ever get home only to discover a small hole/tear/stain in a garment, as is all too common an occurrence at similar establishments. The selection ranges from high end (low prices, impeccable quality) to eclectic and local, while retaining a fashionable and classic aesthetic. Someone definitely has good taste in selecting items for the sales floor. Pricing is astonishingly generous.I’ve frequented consignment/secondhand retailers in major cities in Virginia and surrounding states. Fairly certain this is the most exceptional of these businesses I’ve had the opportunity to shop.Best for last: the staff. Really. Really really really. I just love the whole environment of Rethreads. I love walking past the window just to see what they have new. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a pleasant and friendly smile. They always have the cutest shoes and clothing for all styles and seasons. If you want gently used and reasonably priced clothing, stop by, I’m sure you will leaving with something.

Ive been shopping and consigning here for years. They have a great selection and make consigning super easy.

Love the mix of new and vintage in store. Cute jewelry and accessories as well as locally made items/some body care. Prices are higher than I’d like on a lot of things though especially being the avid thrifter I am.. for example not going to pay their prices for Target or Walmart brand clothing.Rating is more a reflection of my consigning experience. I’ve known consignment shops in the past to not accept items that in my opinion are better than what’s on the shelves there and this is another example. They have a dress from a Walmart for sale in shop but wouldn’t take several of my nicer brand/ in style items including NEW bathing suits. Also there was A TON of stuff already accepted for consignment in the back still in bags and lots of room on sales racks. I’ll still shop there every now and again but will stick to poshmark for selling my stuff.

Fun store! I didnt find anything today, but there lots of cute things and Ill probably stop by again.

Not a ton of inventory and prices on the high side especially since the brands arent high-end (Merona, NY and Co, etc.)
