Great service. I wish they had more space for more items . Overall good experience

The employees are so focused whats happening outside of the mall instead of their customers. I had bought boots from there confident that the guy got my size since they did not hold my size well nope. I ended up getting the size that they had in the store.Called the store to speak with the manager and the same guy who ordered my boots answered and I told him that I want to speak with the manager and refused to do so.Worst experience ever

The workers are thieves and I’ll never shop here again nor will I ever recommend ANYONE to the journeys in Charlottesville. the workers aren’t friendly and are terrible at problem solving. If you’re looking to purchase shoes please try finish line, foot locker, foot action, dsw, or any other shoe store in Charlottesville except for this journeys. I even recommend purchasing online and just paying for the shipping & handling just to have your order shipped to you instead of purchasing from this store.

I walked in with a pair of shoes to do a return. there were two employees standing behind the counter neither of them greeted me. the manager walked up to me and took the box out of my hand (still without greeting me) and all he said was return or exchange i explained to him what i needed done and from the jump he was rude and non understanding. he flat out told me im not going to do this return for you after i had already spoken with two other managers who said they would. he continued to be extremely rude and made comments to the other worker that was there. when i finally gave up and left the part time employee made a rude comment as i was leaving and rolled her eyes when i asked if there was an issue. this makes me want to never go to ANY journeys ever again. nonetheless this one

Good selection and service

The girls working here were too busy standing at the register talking to some guy to help me. So I walked out without buying the boots I wanted and will go find it somewhere that can offer me some kind of customer service.

Never had an issue, employees are right to the point and helped me the second I walk in. Also a lot of the dudes also skate so I can bs a bit while checking out.

Costumers are not a priority here.
