By far one of the most unprofessional businesses Ive had to deal with. They completely forgot to pick up my car for interior & exterior detailing, and didnt have the decency to call me. I had to call them, and all they could give me was that two people had called in sick and they must have forgotten. The woman I spoke to asked if I wanted to re-schedule, to which I said no. They had wasted enough of my time already. In addition to forgetting my appointment they still charged me for a service I never received. Now I will have to waste more time on this lame excuse of a business to get a refund, or report fraudulent charges to my credit card company. Stay away from this place!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough detail. They went above and beyond with my car including getting some really tough stains out of the interior. It honestly looks better than the day I bought it. Best prices and service in town.

The fact that they pick up your car at your home & take it to their office is fantastic. That alone deserves 5 stars. But the actual cleaning is incredible. With 2 dogs, one who sheds badly, my car was covered in dog hair. Upon getting my vehicle back, I couldn’t find a single dog hair and the car had a lovely tropical scent in it. Highly recommended!

My car was getting very dirty (filthy) and I wanted a full car detail service in Charlottesville to make my car shiny and new. The carpets were stained -- and I have kids and dogs so you can imagine how badly the upholstery needed to be professional vacuumed. Removing the dog hair from my car was a must. I have to park under a tree at work, so the cars paint needed some TLC and a good wax. I am not really a car person, so I let it go to long before getting a car detail service, BUT I am so glad I found Virginia Auto Detailing service in Charlottesville. They made my cars paint look like new. And all of the stains in the carpet was removed. The wax makes the car look brand new. I am so glad that I sprung for a high end detail for my car. My husband is happy too. Because I stopped bugging him to wash my car! I will be back again and I will not wait so long. These car detailers are professional and courteous and trustworthy. By far the best car detailing service I have found in Charlottesville. Thanks!
