Great products to choose from. This location has rapid turnaround and frequently is out of stock. Although I never see anyone on the floor to help customers, the cashier Nia was amazing! She found my membership online, pulled up a coupon for me and even helped me get my stuff to the truck. I would have put have the items in my cart back if she had not been so helpful. She deserves a raise.

The store was nice and clean but hardly anything was labeled with a price, bought a laundry basket labeled as $74 but was actually $31. Would probably sell a lot more if things were labeled

Ordered a tv stand 4 months ago and it was missing a door. Multiple chats and promises to send a new door and even still, no door. No attempt to make this situation right. Super disappointing.

My wife and I drove almost a hour to go to the store, because they had just opened up from the Covid shutdown.As we tried to enter the store I was met by a employee who proceeded to tell me I could not come in without a mask, I explained I could not wear a mask due to Asthma, and there was a exemption for that with the new mandate law.She still would not let me enter, so my wife and I went to the Home Good store where where I can go without a mask,( along with target and walmart ).We will never again enter another BB &B due to this.

I buy frequently on this store and I had to return an item that i didn’t know was less than 30 days policy return. I had my receipt and just bec it was faded, the manager said it could not be returned. There should be a way to provide a one time courtesy or maybe exchange it with a gift card or return without a receipt as long as you have the credit card you used during purchase. I’m a good customer and pay what I think I should pay. Hopefully they handle their customers better. Not happy about their service.

Love this store. They have anything you want...plus some things you didnt know you wanted. Cashiers were friendly and I had only been in line for less than a minute when another cashier opened up her register.

Employees not familiar with product availability. Inquired about an item they actually do not sell, though I was told by two employees the item could be found in multiple locations. They had no clue they didnt sell it. The cashier had to resolve the issue, after waiting a half hour of my time searching.

This store is so poorly organized and the employees could not care less about helping customers. They made a handicapped woman go all the way around the registers just to leave because they would not let her exit out the entrance door.

I wanted one item and one item only. I knew where it was located. It was not there. I went to the counter and asked the cashier to get someone to help me check. He called and a woman named, Elizabeth. She searched the shelf, did an on-line search, and called another store trying to find this SimpleHuman sensor foaming soap dispenser. It took a while, I sat on the beautiful summery (is that a word?) Margarita themed benched seat with cup holders. She returned and informed me that there were none available in the surrounding stores. Long story short (too late for that), the store has everything that you could possibly imagine to make your life or the life of someone else comfortable in any area of your/their life. I did walk around and wanted so many things but this time, I held strong. The next day, I ended up going to the store in Charlottesville and purchasing the items along with 4 soap cartridges and the only other thing I got was the huge can of Virginia peanuts...yummy. I would like to thank Elizabeth who went above and beyond my expectations to track down the item that I wanted to give as a gift. She thanked me for waiting. It was her who made my customer experience enjoyable. The recipient of the soap dispenser loved it!!

This location had nice staff and what I needed however I am not a fan of the layout. Im not sure what the angle is here but I dont like how you have to navigate. I got kind of an IKEA feel where you at forced to walk through all areas.

Went to buy QXL Sheets but a set cost $119+tax ...im thinking thats way too much just for 500count thread...sorry bb&b...its my thumbs down this time. SmilesnBlessings tho

Always find them a little pricey but they always seem to have what youre looking for or something close to it. Their coupons are a great help.

WARNING. Do not buy from their company Personalization Mall (they do not have a Google business listing or I would have reviewed there). They falsely stated the size of artwork personalized on a product and will not credit me and only want to offer store credit. The personalization is 50% smaller than stated and shown. That is our policy. HORRIBLE customer service and follow up. Ive had to contact them four times to find out there is no resolution. Be forewarned!

(Theres of course Walmart, Target, Kohls, Food Lion, Wegmans, Whole Foods, etc...).****By all means, this is in no way to deter customers from coming in because there is a good selection of pillows, kitchen tools, travel supplies, towels, soap, some baby products, artwork, and first aid equipment. They have FANS out right now which...THANK GOD FOR THAT ITS HOT!The window treatments, I feel, are a little Old Fashioned and very few Blinds options.Return policy is 180 days.
