Fangtastic location! The prop displays are so cool and gave me tons of ideas for how to decorate at home. Really impressed with the covid19 safety measures being taken here as well. They even sort and disinfect the clean and dirty the pens to keep customers safe!! The store is huge! With wide isles and a friendly and helpful staff. They even custom ordered just the size I needed so no need to go anywhere else chasing the perfect fit. Definitely shopping at this location from now on

I honestly never leave reviews but the customer service is trash. I bought a costume at 1:44 pm and returned to the store at 2:08 because the dress part of the costume was shredded ripped! I asked to just trade it out for same costume and the man starts berating me that the costume shouldnt have even been sold at this price and he seriously tried to get me to pay another 8 dollars to leave with what i already bought. I cannot make this stuff up, he literally wanted me to pay more money to leav with the items hat are damaged and already paid for. By the end of it he held onto my costume and refused to let me leave w it even though I had a receipt. Man and store very unprofesional. He told me its not his problem and everything was final sale. If i cared enough about my costume, then I should have checked the costume before buying it (literally signs that say do not open costume) I will be calling my bank to get my mney back for the costume.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered three (3) of their aliens which arrived today without the stands (which are pictured on Amazon). I contacted the vendor and they want ME to pay the return shipping charges. Also, the aliens were very cheaply made, their legs turn up as well as their hands. BUYER BEWARE! I am now going to file a complaint with their Better Business Bureau as well as reviews on Bing, Yahoo and Yelp!They responded to my review 5 days ago saying someone would be in contact with me. No one has contacted me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

LOVE Halloween Express, HUGE selection and they can order things from their warehouse if theyre in stock which is awesome. Personable and helpful staff. My favorite place to shop for my favorite holiday!!!!

Been going few years now. Got to know Ms Lisa and Lee really well this year someone decided to split them up which is crazy they are a great team together.. Ms. Lisa still took great care.of my family but the new person in there was rude and strange just kept staring never speaking or offering any help .. We found Mr. Lees store also so went and visited it also... Fix this put them back in same store!!!

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. I came in and had so many costume ideas and Rane went over and beyond with helping and narrowing down my costume. The store was clean and organized which also made the process quicker for me.

I ordered my costume online and it was ready in 4 hours! Id like to say I looked rather awesome as medusa last year!! Super fast and super convenient.

This is now a Christmas store. They have some really beautiful pieces and fairly reasonably priced items. I will be returning.

Terrible customer service. Since they sell costumes for dogs we called the store at pineville to see if dogs were welcome and to our delight they said yes. After driving 30 minutes to get there we were kicked out by a rude manager who apparently does not know how to inform here employees. Highly dissatisfied and will be writing several more negative reviews. Worst customer service I have ever received. Luckily for us, we have a spirit Halloween with much better selection and nicer employees a little closer to home !

Great costume, props selection. Sweet and friendly staff. Manager Rane was superb in helping me come up with makeup ideas to compliment the costume. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!!

Very lackluster selection and layout this year, feels very thrown together. Last year was much nicer with a much more fluid layout. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Customer service is very knowledgeable on makeup and costume ideas. I received so much info on zombie makeup, from where the tears in skin would be located to why zombies don’t bleed, that I left there questioning whether zombies are actually real.
