Although I have shopped here in the past I always find myself going to the box stores because of the convenience for one stop shopping. Unfortunately the service and knowledge has gotten worse. At The Paint Depot they are courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. My personal experience is B.M. Paint is by far the best Ive ever used. Priced higher than other paints but you save money by needing less because of superior results!Ive been painting 30 years and have used just about every brand. This week I had an issue with a color match and they took care of it with out a problem. (Thank You! Amber.) Do yourself a favor and make P.D. your 1st. go to for paint.

Went in to get supplies for a DYI project in my kitchen. I have ZERO knowledge about painting and the Paint Depot was very helpful in helping me choose supplies and different paints for different materials. Thanks to them, I am confident that my new kitchen will look fabulous!

This is by far the best paint store in Charlotte! I have been doing business with them for over 17 years. They have the best products and the knowledge to help you complete your projects. The young lady Christie is hands down the best color match mixer in Charlotte and the years of experience the associates have will help with color choice. Just dont go there and get their help with color choice and then go somewhere else and buy cheap paint and expect it to look the same! IT WONT!

This morning I had THE worst experience in a retail store ever.This girl in the store is seriously unhinged. Seriously, you had the time to write this lengthy response but did not have 10 minutes to help me! By the way young lady, you are not the owner. I would like to hear from the owner.

Stopped in Paint Depot for color help for my deck. Not only did they pick the perfect color but also gave me guidance on prep and the correct primer. The deck looks great! Thank you Paint Depot. :)

Pricing was surprisingly low on paint supplies. Employee knew where specific color cards were immediately. Got everything I needed quickly. She made good recommendations

We brought in a color mixed by HD. They worked to make sure it matched. Our shutters look great. We were referred to the store buy our painter Chris Gorman of Gorman painting.

Just left this place and I must say, what horrible customer service. I was in there for at least 20 min searching for specific colors that I had written down and not 1 single employee out of the 3 that I saw there acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help in making my selections. This was my first time to (attempt) try out Benjamin Moore paint and it will be my last. Valspar and Sherwin Williams will continue to receive my business.
