I highly recommend miracle movers, I recently used them for a move and was very impressed with their service. I spoke with Matthew who coordinated the move and he was able to schedule me in on short notice on the day that I needed. He was upfront and clear about all pricing and expectations for the move. A few days prior to the move, he called again just to reconfirm all of the details. On the day of the move, Evan and Arnold called me to let me know that they were on their way 20 minutes out. They treated all of my items with care and made sure to take note of the boxes labeled fragile and do not stack. They also helped to move the contents of a storage unit into another unit for me and helped to arrange it to make the best use of the space. They worked hard and quick, and we ended up finishing everything up much faster than originally expected.

My movers were awesome. I was really worried about my Grandmothers curio cabinet and they made sure to give it a little extra TLC just to help me feel better. Could not have asked for nicer people. I will definitely use them again next year.

These guys are top notch. Do not use any other moving company besides them. We were given an original quote and these guys knocked it out in under the quoted time. Very professional and if they are available for our next move we know who we are using.

We booked with a national moving company who confirmed the day before then called literally three minutes before arrival time and cancelled. Frantically, we searched for a new company and came across Breyan and his crew. They got us in same day (three hours from call to arrival and only took that long because they had a job already scheduled), were efficient, extremely careful with our belongings, made an extra stop, took down & reassembled bunks beds, very affordable, all without hesitation! Breyan and his pops were extremely kind and personable as well. They were truly miracle workers and saved our entire day!

My items were not treated with Care or respect. I asked the owner to come back and view the way my truck was packed and the damage already done and they would not send anyone. I was told my items were fully insured however they didnt keep their word and with over 20k in damage they paid less than 1600 to offset what was destroyed. After 6 months of trying to get a resolution and fighting just to get call backs from Megan I was told no you cant speak to my boss he doesnt speak to customers and if you dont take the 1600 we will pull out offer and give you 0 for you damage. I paid them to pack most of my house and load my truck and it was the biggest regret of my life. I sent pictures of the way the truck was packed and how furniture was just thrown on top of things and was reassured I had replacement coverage for any damage. When it came time for them to keep their end of the deal they absolutely pushed me off and failed to do right by their customer and promise. At this point a Google review and complaint to the BBB is about all I can do and hope the next family is not dragged through the coals like we were.

UPDATE: Company has been contacted by BBB three separate times with no response. All they have to do is return our stuff? Youd think there wouldnt be an issue since we paid them in excess of $6k. I find it ironic that they only comment on those reviews that are 5 stars. Will be filing a small claims court complaint.Moving company was good at packing and loading the truck. They left a lot behind, however, that we had to find a place for in our smaller vehicles to move. They were super understanding when the home we were going to purchase fell through and they had to move our items into storage. Quick to reschedule once we found another place. Reasonable prices. However, we are still waiting on several of our items to be delivered to us after a month. Several emails, 1 response with a day that has since passed, and voicemail box is full when we try to call. BBB complaint filed.

I would like to say I have never had such a pleasant experience moving (I have had many over the years.) Caleb & Peter are really amazing. They arrived early and were eager to start. They started by rolling out a “red carpet” to protect the floors. I was amazed at their coordination as they wrapped and prepared the items to be taken to the truck. Great moving experience! They wrapped up every single item to make sure everything moved safety! Nothing broke and it was a pretty quick process! The guys made sure to get every thing in the room it was going in and had to deal with some tricky squeezes with my large couch. We had the team of Corey, Ethan, Christopher, Stacey, Tony and Ro. It was a large job (more than two trucks). They were fantastic. Very professional and polite. The entire team worked hard and were quite pleasant throughout the two days of moving. The price was fair and it was an easy seamless process. Not sure when I will move again, but when I do I will use Miracle Movers.

I did a virtual walk-through of my apartment to get a quote from Miracle Movers and was told I would receive an email quote shortly after my call. I followed-up via text and email over the next 4 days and finally decided to call 6 days after. Upon calling, I was told that the estimate was accidentally never sent out but it was prepared and so theyd email it out right away. I got the PDF estimate, that I would later learn was inaccurate (1/2 the actual cost), and was told there was no longer availability to move me the following week. When I expressed my frustration, I was told they would see what they can do.They followed-up pretty quickly with a new invoice for double the price saying they could accommodate my move. When I inquired why the price had doubled, I was told there was a system error and they would not honor the original quote. At that point, enough was enough.Im not sure I wouldve heard back from MM if i hadnt followed-up. While I dont expect perfection by any means, there was no follow-up and an abundance of issues/excuses during the quoting process. I would be hard-pressed trusting Miracle Movers to execute a smooth move given the lack of follow-up and errors I encountered trying to get a quote.

Beware of this company. You find out the most about a company when things go wrong; how they respond and take accountability and responsibility. It’s fairly common for things to be broken during a move, so you would expect that they have a good process for handling those events.That has not been our experience. We moved at the end of August, and the one piece that was broken was unfortunately one of our most valuable pieces – an heirloom 4-poster. It is now close to the end of December, nearly 4 months later and they have stopped responding to emails and have not done the things they committed to in those emails.There is too much to list out, but the highlights are that in every instance, we have had to follow up for status. We agreed to a “settlement” on the bed of $250 on October 14th, and were told we’d be notified when Accounting sends it out. I checked in on Oct. 21, no reply, again on Oct. 28, received a phone call that it was being worked on, and then checked in again on Nov. 14. They replied it would “be mailed out this week.” Having not received it by Nov 30, I sent another email and they replied it was being mailed Dec. 1.I received a check on Dec. 5. For $250, like we agreed on, in writing, via email? Of course not. For $90, which was the basic value insurance amount. I sent an email thanking them for the check but asking for the remaining $160 to be sent ASAP so this could be put behind us all. No response for 10 days and counting.Ive also requested contact information for the corporate offices more than once and thats been ignored as well.I wanted to share my experience with others, so you could see what happened when a routine thing for movers happened and how it has not been handled. It’s more than fair to expect better responsiveness when you’re spending thousands of dollars and trusting your belongings with a company, and if they don’t reply to messages, don’t do what they say they will do, why would you take the risk?

Miracle Movers of lake Norman moved me from Raleigh to Charlotte and they truly went above and beyond. We werent ready when they arrived, so they helped us pack. Then all of our furniture didnt fit in our new place, so they helped us get a storage unit and moved everything we needed into it. They always treated our belongings like their own and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a moving company.

Hey my name is Val and I am so glad that this MIRACLE was awaiting us on last month. We had planned ahead and paid for another moving company to move us. The day that we were scheduled to move, they informed us that they didnt have enough man power. How disappointing!!!!! We looked on line and there our MIRACLE was, Miracle Movers!!!!! Not only were they a Miracle but the staff were EXCELLENT!!!! They were very professional, wrapped all our furniture nice and neatly. They didnt waste a lot of time just to charge us more money per hour, they consistently worked hard. They were very very friendly. We dont think we have it in us to move again, but we will definitely refer this company!!!!! One thing that sticks out in my mind is the Owner, Chad said Ill never let my workers work harder than me!!! That really said a mouth full!!!!!
