Terrible Company! They dont own up to their own wrong doing. I have been purchasing labels from them for a year and a half. We recently rejected some orders as the labels came in and its a peel and reseal type label, when you open the label up the text pulls with the glue on top of the text on the other side. Total failure of the label. You cannot read anything inside. They also claim to be ISO regulated, and this does not pass ISO at all. The real issue is the inside of the labels contain very important language information, that is not legible. The press staff admitted this issue is a cure problem. So the ink didnt dry properly. The owner of the company refuses to re-run the jobs or give us a credit. WHAT A SHAME!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shame is we are both local family businesses in the Carolinas. I would never treat my customers like this.
