Waited in line 30 minutes just for the lady working the front to aggressively yell at us for not making a reservation online. I get it, Saturday’s are busy, you have your reservation policy, your getting paid minimum wage. But still no excuse for the horrible attitude. A simple “I’m sorry we don’t have anything available” doesn’t seem to me too much to ask for.

Appointment was at 4PM, they canceled my order at 4:45PM and I arrived at 5:30PM. The reservation was for 24 hours, and they told me the earliest that they could accommodate me was five days later. What a joke.

I had a great experience at this Uhaul yesterday! The manager spent time with me to ensure I got exactly what I needed. She helped me with a stressful move to make it as less stressful as possible. She even called me when I got home to check and make sure everything went well! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends that move in the future!!

Clean, helpful staff, and quick. A little pricey for the units but U-Haul has updated electrical security systems for all units which offsets the cost in my opinion.

We rented a 5 X 10 climate controlled unit on the second floor for a few months after a cross country move. Sam helped us out tremendously because we are trying to relocate to the area, spent a LOT of money crossing 1600 miles, and needed to vacate the unit 5 days after our renewal date due to another employees error. She was able to let us vacate 5 days late without penalty or charge since I had to come from out of state and could not possibly arrive sooner. She greatly assisted us in a time of money crunching and helped our family, a gesture I will not forget. I would use this location in future, and will likely do so. They do it RIGHT. Humans. Indispensable and real. Thank you, Sam. You have our loyalty.

This Is the worst uhaul facility that I have ever been too. The staff act like they don’t want to be there and this place WILL OVER CHARGE YOU. Always take a picture of your mileage and the gas levels bc they will try to charge you even when you put more gas in the truck when you return it. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB at this location. Thank goodness we have camera phones to snap pictures for evidence so they won’t charge you for a fee you shouldn’t be getting!!Please stay away for this location. I wish we can give negative ratings bc this location deserves a negative 10 !!!!

Terrible, would give a zero if possible. Was directed to return trailer to this site instead of requested site.Started to pull into a side lot when a uhaul truck flew up on passenger side of my car. I was afraid she was going to hit my car. She yelled from her truck that trailers didn’t belong there and sped off before I could ask a question. NOTE: sign only said equipment return.Walked inside to ask where to put the trailer and without looking up he pointed over his shoulder.I found a spot with other trailers, so I dropped it there. I waked back in to ask for a receipt and again without looking up, he said he would check it later and send me an emailI received an email today advising me that since I turned the trailer in late, I was advised I was being assessed a late fee!!!!!

2 Stars: I haven’t picked the truck up and already U-Haul has switched up my pickup location within 24 hours of ordering to another dealer in Charlotte that I specifically picked because of past experience. I was told they won’t drive the truck I need even 3 miles to the location I scheduled it at. My confidence is waining.Update: Other than the rental place switch and standing in line for 30 minutes at the other U-Haul, the trip was smooth. The S. Blvd. location had friendly and knowledgeable service people and all the equipment and the truck performed well.

Employee was literally eating at the front desk when I entered. Then when I asked him a question he sat there, stared at me for a moment, and shrugged his damn shoulders...

Ive used Uhaul plenty of times for rentals of trucks, storage units and other utilities they offer. Nothing but a great experience at this location. Set up my contract with the owner at the front desk (you can tell hes been doing this for a while and repeated the same statements at least a million times each) and was out the door in just a matter of minutes.Easy and hassle free drop off with the drop box out front, really no complaints about my experience at this location.

The employees are nice and helpful, I just wish that they werent finicky on the gas. I used it for 2- 4 miles in total and I was told that the charges for not filing up the tank back to the original line were outrageous to say the least. Otherwise that, it was a good experience from start to finish

Had an extra lock on our door because we made a late payment. The office was closing so we couldnt get any help. Worst service ever. We have been paying for this storage room for a year and a half.

Jacked up the price at every step of the transaction. Truck was empty of gas, employees took their sweet time doing everything. Ripoff. Also, all the five star reviews on here that are one sentence long appear to be from fake accounts.

It was great I got to move all my stuff from Mamas house to Concord NC I also had my Dad help me get my stuff out of storage in Rock Hill SC & back to NC & now Im enjoying my new house in Concord NC.

I was standing on a counter for 20 minutes while Uhual guy (Douglas) who preferred to attend phone calls and kept customers in store standing for several minutes.When he handed over the keys then he asked me to search truck outside of office or on street though it was super hot outside.I requested book uhual for 24 hours of another uhaul representative booked my van for 18 hours only

Super nice people. The man who inspected our truck let us clean it out first before his inspection check. Most folks would have just charged us and cleaned it themselves, so I was a bit blown away by him giving me the option. And no, he wasnt just being lazy, not wanting to do the cleaning himself. He was being genuinely nice, and was a standup guy. Will use again when we move in a month!

Decent service picking up the vehicle. Truck performed to expectations. Night drop off was convenient. A little annoyed that it rolls over into a full day rental. But the reason I gave them 2 stars is due to poor customer service regarding extra charges. When I received the bill the next day I was charged $5 per day for the dolly and $5 per day for the furniture pads for 4 days. I was charged because I broke the seal which translates in their minds to using the items. However, they very poorly mount the items at the tailgate entrance of the truck. I was not informed they where there and only learned about it when I got to the job site. We had to move 3 large pieces of equipment into the truck. The pads and dolly obstructed the entry so I moved them. When I contested the charge I was told they would remove the charges but would charge me back $25 to remount the bag of pads to the wall. $25 to turn one screw. When I argued with them about this outrageous fee for such a simple task I was met with complete apathy and and zero lack of concern for customer service. Keep in mind, I rented the truck for 4 days at $29.95 a day and drove 58 miles and the final bill was $288. The extras really start to add up; hence my reasoning for fighting over $40. Never going back.

Very friendly and helpful, and the process was easy. The trucks are always beat up (it’s the industry, not the company) so make sure to just do the inspection and have stickers applied to the dings!

I like this location. Maria and the rest of the staff are great. I used them quite a few times.

My buddy used this Uhaul while I was helping him move:1) They didnt have the truck he reserved, and he had to wait two hours. This is his only day off this week, so thats really frustrating.2) They offered him the truck with discounts due to their gaffe, but didnt have any of that information when we returned the truck, so they had to call and confirm.3) They still rung him up incorrectly and we had to wait FIFTY minutes for them to get everything together.4) The check engine light in the truck was on and had problems just getting from point A to point B.Overall, despite being polite and meaning well, this place is poorly run and ultimately underwhelming, so I recommend taking your business elsewhere for less hassle and disappointment.

This was a hard move but this uhaul had the nicest people that made it a bit easier :) thank you soooo much !

The vehicle (Van) was clean, but stunk. Smelled like a hookah. Somebody must have smoked philly blunts on a cross country trip.After 6 minutes driving it became overwhelming. I called corporate; they said no problem, no charge. The office, however, was vague on that promise and would see what we can do. Right...I returned to swap for a different van without issue but noticed a $9 charge for the swap was eventually charged to my card.Ive used Penske and never had surprises or mystery charges. Give me back my $9 or give me Penske

WARNING!!! Beware, I rented a trailer and they apparantly put it in as a local rental even though I told them I would drop it at my destination. They would not change it to a one way rental, even though they told me that they could on the phone. They said I would have to pay 2 employees salaries to pick it up and it would be a large fee. To keep them from SCAMMING ME, I drove it back to where I picked it up. Never again will I rent s uhaul product.

Staff was slow with check in and there is little parking and difficult entry/exit. However the equipment was well maintained.

Was nice enough to exchange a small trailer for a larger one as our furniture wouldnt fit in the smaller one. Only issue is parking.
