Spectra salespeople are always ready to help me get my order and always have a great sense of humor and a big smile no matter how early it is..as I myself arent exactly a morning person Im always smiling when I leave. The prices are great as well. Id give more stars if I could!

I have been doing business with Spectra Metals since 2003. Our service has always been top notch until the last few years. They hired a new lady there and she is very capable but her customer service is awful. I’ve been hung up on, told she didn’t care what I needed. Paid for expedited shipment that she still dropped the ball on and had to pay for that and for the materials that I no longer needed. Billed incorrectly for a full coil and got lucky and found it. I asked her about it and she told me that we ordered it and just didn’t pick it up when we picked up the other materials. Again, because we didn’t order it. This through up a red flag so I started digging in my old invoices. I was sent another invoice for misc materials and it too conveniently had another full coil that we didn’t order. So she has been trying to collect this invoice and when I asked her who picked it up or signed for it, she said she didn’t know and that we never sign pic tickets. Prior to this happening I was there and the fork lift driver ran into my truck and burst my tail light and jacked up my truck. The dock tenant wasn’t going to tell me or any in management and hope I didn’t see it. When my employee asked him if he wasn’t going to tell someone he said no he wasn’t supposed to be loading customers anyways and it wasn’t coming out of his check. So I spoke with AJ and she agreed to pay for the light. I did my du diligence and got a friend to get me a light and had him install it as a favor. Sent her the bill for the light and she said it wouldn’t be getting paid until I paid for the prior invoice I question. So I just moved on. Well today I sent my employee to pick up materials and was told they wouldn’t be selling us anymore material until we pay the invoice that no one knows about or signed for while there. So AJ has basically ran off a customer that has spent millions of dollars there over the last 16 years and I’ve left a message at corporate and we will see if this gets cleaned up. Hopefully so because they have a really good product with a disgruntled person representing them.
