I have a medical condition that requires me not to wear a mask. I felt very discriminated. The man/manager gave me a nasty attitude when I told him. He said he wouldnt serve me unless I have one. He didnt offer to accommodate me at all, told me to go to Walmart to purchase one. I have been to this store plenty of times without a mask, the employees accommodate me by getting what I want off the shelf. To disrespect a customer in front of other customers is unprofessional. I will be telling everyone in my neighborhood that goes to this store to advoid it at all costs.

Always very clean, never really busy. Cant complain.

A liquor store, state run. Actually very clean and well stocked. What makes a store within this system more memorable are the people who staff it. These are good, friendly and helpful people, with a ready smile( what can be seen under the mask) and ready to help you find your product. Prices and actual stock is the same in all stores, wide, clean isles. Easy access.

One of the best stores in the county. The manager is so friendly and helpful. The cashiers always welcome you to the store. The store is also so clean and well stocked. I love this place. I highly recommend.

Its fine. Its a liquor store. Selection is somewhat limited, but the employees are friendly and the store is clean.

This is your average ABC store in the Charlotte area. This one is located in a rather good area. The thing that has stood out here several times are a conversation or two I have had with the staff members. They seem to have some nice and talkative folks manning this ship.

Wide selection and helpful staff

Will not be spending my hard earned money here again. Im a 37 year old Veteran who has been in combat over 5 times and defended this country over 16 years only to come here be refused service by Willie the cashier. I know you cant expect great service from a clerk at a liquor store these days but his stance was, my wife who is 32 did not have her I.D or handbag. She was not even attempting to make a purchase, I even provided him my I.D and payment method. I dont know if its some crazy racial profiling or what but these guys dont deserve my business or the business of anyone who have served or who believes in the freedom that this country gives. 1 star because I cant give zero.

Really good selection of products but also at a really good value and the staff was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend checking out.

Cuz it feels good not pretty good place

Dont know if it was a race thing or cause I had a book bag cause I was on bike but i had two guys confront me about being in the store. Requested my ID after 5 minutes in the store which i understand but the still followed me around even after me leaving my bag with my personal item at the front with them. My visit was not pleasant.

Conveniently located, friendly staff and competitively priced. Love that they use paper bags instead of plastic!

Amazing store and will have every item imaginable for the customers choice! Even offers items for special order if available.

There have been the same employees here for years. They are consently helpful and have gone above and beyond to find liquor that they didnt stock, instead printing off a list of what ABCs in the area have the product and the inventory quantity. Large selection always stocked up. The parking sucks, but thats the shopping center in general.

Quiet, helpful light-hearted staff and chairs for people who dont care about alcohol to sit in and wait for their friends. The selection is wide and this place is very well lit. Also its conveniently placed right next to a Goodwill and IHOP, how fancy!
