So, last Friday I decided to stop at the ABC store to celebrate🥳 & enjoy my Labor Day weekend. I saw this limited edition strawberry 🍓 flavored Absolute Vodka w/ a premium club soda as a set. I bought a berry flavored V8 Splash juice & made me a mixed drink. It was awesome. Oh... It was a full size set for only $19.95. What a steal, right? If you want to save money at the liquor, start looking for sets. Its a money grabber but a definite money saver. For me, it was definitely worth the buy!

Always stocked with top shelf liquor now there is a shortage..If you go to Stateline Beverage before 7 pm less than 10 mins away.. They are stocked with all your favorite liquor.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Charlotte, NC. We called to inquire about casamigos. Ursula answered the phone. He asked was casamigos in stock? She stated all of the out of stock liquor at this location. He stated okay and briefly asked me what other liquor did I want and she hung up the phone. He called back. Ursula answered the phone again. He told her that he was not finished talking and that she hung up the phone in his face. She told him to have a good day and hung up the phone again. We decided that we would drive to the location to obtain assistance from a manager. When we arrived we spoke to one of the store associates. We requested to speak to the manager and started explaining what happened. As we were talking Ursula interrupted yelling I did not hang up on you! We responded Yes you did. He informed us that she was the manager. He told her that we would like to speak to her. She arrogantly yelled Okay Ill deal with you in a minute. Just wait right there. We realized that based on her attitude that we would not get anywhere with this situation. My boyfriend requested her name to refer back to from the store associate. She interrupted again and sardonically yelled URSULA LEE! She was very nonchalant, rude and unprofessional. I cant believe that she is in charge of servicing customers. We just wanted to purchased a bottle of liquor to celebrate my birthday instead we had to deal with an unsolicited attitude from her. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!

Just want to say how great Ursula was today I know stocks are low but theyre doing their best that they can thank you for having great customer service

Decent selection. Tried to buy Jefferson Ocean which had a sign for a sale price. Got to checkout no sale price. Manager had no clue about what was in sale but said that wasnt it even though it clearly said Jeffersons Ocean. They wouldnt honor sale price. I remembered why I dont go to Mecklenburg ABC stores. Poor.

The ABC store was nice and friendly. It even had the kind of Rum I was looking for display upfront. It was easy getting in and out of the store quickly.

The line was long but it moved pretty fast. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service.

Excellent service, well organized, and best prices among ABC stores in the Charlotte area. Even though they once had my vehicle towed for no reason, I was able to contact the district manager and have the situation resolved. When it comes to purchasing liquors, don’t because alcohol is expensive and will lead to bad stuff. But, if you must have alcohol, have a Mikes Hard or a Hard Cider. If you must purchase liquor, the South Blvd store should be your top place to shop.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, the shelves are always stocked and you cant beat the location. Five star service for sure and theyve been amazingly accommodating during Covid times.

Young man that assisted me was very nice. He didnt laugh at me dor not knowing what I was doing inside this store. Instead he went out of his way and helped me. Thank you for the awesome Customer Service. Dont know when I will be back, however the next time I am aent to buy liquor I will come back to this location...lol

Credit card machine requires a PIN. Both myself and the pretty lady in front of me couldnt use our cards. They need to fix this.

The service was pretty friendly the layout was really pretty excellent and the place was Immaculate. Pricing seemed a little bit high, but that may be because Im from another state. I like the idea that they are state-run stores and easy to find, so at least youll have consistency. I stopped by in the afternoon on the way to a meeting and there was nobody else in there, so the wait was nonexistent. Access is a little funky at this location but easy enough to figure out

Note to self. Dont go to ABC Store on New Years Eve! Line was extremely long. About 50 people. But it went pretty quickly. Staff were friendly and efficient.

North Carolina needs to evolve with the times. State owned liquor stores are a monopoly plain and simple.This leads to poor selection and lack of competition, which is good for the consumer.ABC has state buyers who decide what to buy in large quantities to save on costsand thats what everyone gets.We need business owners running liquor stores in NC. People who will grow the whiskey culture much in the same way craft breweries have planted deep roots in our beer culture.This feels sterile and lifeless, plus selection is pitiful.

Enter at your own risk!!!!! This location is very ghetto and bummy! The train and bus station in the parking lot make you an easy target for robbery. My wallet was stolen out of my hand walking out the door at this location. This is a dangerous location!!!!!

The store is clean and at a good location. However, there is an older woman that works at the cash register with a very nasty attitude. She barely says hello and demands to have your ID without even asking. Her horrible service and demeanor will be the only reason that I will not return to this store!

NC (and this asinine ABC establishment) will truly cut of their nose to spite their face. They wouldnt sell me alcohol, meaning let a 30 year old woman hand over her hard earned money to them, because I have a GA I.D.. Yes, you read that correctly. I am well of age, but because I guess I had the gaul to come to NC without converting my I.D to this backwards states, I was denied the purchase of alcohol.Fast forward 3 hours, I return with my fiance. He tries to buy the liquor. Again, denied. Why? Because he was with me and I didnt have valid I.D earlier in the day so now they cant sell to him. Seriously? You all in NC are going to keep losing money if you choose to enforce this idiotic statute.And, by the way, just for giggles, I read the ABC law. It doesnt specifically say you cant take an out of state I.D.. So, let me get this straight...my I.D is perfectly good enough to obtain gainful employment, to enlist in the Armed Forces, to buy a handgun......but I cant buy a $10 bottle of liquor from these idiots at ABC Spirits? Oh ok. Way to go, NC!

Always organized on very busy days. Associates make it very efficient and move lines along during holidays and early closings

I️ went in with a friend to buy myself a bottle of Buffalo Trace and they didn’t want to let me get two bottles, stating that they have a one bottle limit. They also keep it stashed in the back. They did eventually let us get both bottles, but only if we paid separately. Save your money and drive down the street to frugal macdoogal.

Its a good store only downside is county over taxes it.

Came here with my 50yr old mother. My mother had a valid passport card (in which they claim they only accept full passports) and a drivers license that had expired. They would not sell alcohol to either of us because they rejected both forms of is for her. Clearly ridiculous and discriminatory. I will be filing a complaint with this business. My mom is clearly over 40, and with 2 forms of government identification, there was no reason to not serve us.

Convenient to 485. One of my favorite locations when in Charlotte.

It has a variety of choices, but Im new to the South and had a prejudice experience with a clerk, she had a blue bottom down and grey hair, a little on the elderly side. I was looking around but it seemed as though she wanted to pressure me to leave.
