Beautiful store, lady in the dressing room very patient. she had a lot going on, lady at the register pictured here incredibly rude! actually shocked in how unprofessional and aggressive she was. So rude one of the other customers came over to me shocked in the way she spoke to me. She was literally yelling at me across the line. crazy ridiculous. guess the reviews were correct!

Tried to go in at 7:45pm to search for a specific item and be right back out as I am aware they close at 8pm and the two girls inside shouted “We’re closed!” There was 15 mins I had to spare, but I guess they close when they feel like it. I suggest going before 6pm or else they’ll try to run you out.

This is my favorite location. The store is always up to date, so they always have new styles! It’s very clean and organized. Ty is the sweetest, very professional and kind with the biggest smile and great customer service!

It is obvious the two girls that work in there hate their job. Very unhelpful and quite frankly rude! I did not purchase anything. Their selection of clothing is completely different then Windsor online. Waste of time driving down there to try on a dress I saw on the website.

Friendly & pleasant customer service. I needed a dress for my birthday dinner, but I didnt have much time to look for one. Samantha took the time to help me out & found a dress that worked for me. Thank you ladies.

We shopped for prom dresses today. They have a great selection of dresses. Many we tried had flaws or defects. The staff were down right rude. Everywhere I stopped to hang up the few that we had narrowed it down to, I was told I could not hang there. When we got there they weren’t busy, when we left they were packed. The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I said thank you to the lady as we left the dressing room and she looked at me and never responded. We left without a purchase. I’d rather buy non-flawed expensive dresses elsewhere.

Very rude!

Associates were very helpful when helping me find the perfect holiday dress. I was attending a work holiday party and I wanted to perfectly balance classy and sassy. They helped me find the perfect dress even though I am very particular. The dress I got was the last one and it was a beautiful velvet backless dress it was long but I still had room to move.love this store and Im definitely coming back

Overpriced for the quality of clothing they carry. They carry a large selection of formal dresses . These are priced reasonably.

I purchased a body suit from one of the Charlotte locations, and the worker didn’t say anything about the “Final Sale” policy until after the item was purchased. I asked why she didn’t tell me the policy until after the purchase, and she responded by just walking away.

Rudest sales associate Ive ever encountered. Was complaining about customers being in store the entire time. I told manager & she apologized but our experience had already been ruined by nasty sales associate. Needless to say we left without spending $1 in this place & will never return.
