What a fun experience! I went in with my partner and everybody was so courteous… Its not often you find places with such a great customer service. Really friendly atmosphere and he got exactly what he needed and was in and out.

It’s annoying to call and be told wire is $26 only to go there and be over $50. Also what’s with the hazmat fee for buying welding wire? Will not be going here anymore

Im all smiles knowing i will be treated like a respected worker when shopping for supplies. They have what I need always. Theyre willing to give info to help all people not just welders.

A fantastic place to do business with. I have been going here for years but when I first started going in to Arc3 and knew less than nothing they were helpful and welcoming. The guys that work there will help you in any way they can and are extremely knowledgeable. They have a fantastic showroom with lots of great products and theres always a sale table to the left of the counter so be sure to check it out. Anything I have ever needed for welding, brazing or bottles of gas has always been in stock. If you want to bypass the arrogance and feeling that your hassling the employees to help you that is common at some of the other suppliers, go to Arc3 and be assured your business is appreciated and wanted. I cant say enough good things about this place. Ill be a customer as long as they are there.

There must be a gas leak there because on Graham st I smelled a strong odor of expired plastic. Some chemical used to make plastic I was working on a car and then got sick afterwards.

The only welding and gas supplier I will use! I started coming here years ago when Jake worked the counter. He is a fantastic guy and would always take care of me.After dealing with the new (not new anymore this has been a couple years) counter guys Im still as happy as ever with Machine welding and supply.READ THIS!I went to several of the other suppliers in town when I was new. They were rude, acted like giving me information and educating me was a hassle. NEVER machine welding & supply. They are always happy to help. Go here and youll never go anywhere else!

I walked in to this business as a newby. I ask lots of questions, which they were happy to answer. However, I left that day without buying from them to do more research. After a week or so of research, I called them back to tell them I would be purchasing a new Miller 211 welder from them. When I arrived back at their location, they had my welder setup and ready. They spent about 30 minutes with me to teach me setup and operations of my welder.Their sales and service is the BEST.
