We went at 10:30 pm on a Friday and it was packed. Carter, who served the ice cream, was working alone but he was so great and patient. We appreciate you, Carter!You can get a single scoop, but you can split it between 2 flavors! I got the Apple Pie, which is only available in July. I liked the flavor, but the graham cracker crust crumbles were a little hard. I also got Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, which came with a lot of cookie dough pieces! Everyone else enjoyed their flavors.I would definitely go back!

Too sweet and the flavors were very blah.The salted caramel - had no salt nor caramel. Not going back. Plenty of other places to try. Plus long wait, cos just person working the counter and everything else.Maybe the kids will like it as they dont care about flavors

Ive had every flavor. This is the best ice cream place within 100 miles. The flavors all have so many chunks and are really unique and of course, delicious.

Not the best ice cream Ive had, but it is good. Service is friendly and there are many options to pick from. There is currently a small out door area to eat at and the surrounding area also allows for plenty of places to eat the ice cream. We got chocolate brownie and Cookie monster . Both are good and portions are very generous!

The fruity pebbles ice cream is sooooooooooo good. Ill never understand people waiting in line at another place close by. The line is never long here and the ice cream is really good!

This is a nice spot. The ice cream is really good and you have a choice of quite a few flavors plus toppings if you want. While it looks like they may have had seating inside at one time it was not available when we visited. But it is a great area to get a cone and go for a walk.

My Son and I Came here to get some ice cream. We stood in line. Look at the flavors and then proceeded to the register to tell the guy behind the counter what we wanted. Instead he helped everybody else in line and I stood there with a very impatient two year old. He didn’t even acknowledge me. I know he saw me standing there. We walked out we will not be back here.

Pleasant first time experience! So many choices - we tried the Cookie Monster and the Designated Hitter. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back!

The best ice cream in Charlotte hands down, the staff and owners are great and they have several locations throughout the Charlotte metro area. There are 2 flavors that I highly recommend, one is called the Bart and features a vanilla Ice cream base with butterfinger pieces. The 2nd one is cookies by the sea which is a vanilla Ice cream base with salted caramel and oreo pieces. They also offer milkshakes and sundaes with plenty of delicious toppings too.

The nicest staff, who were so sweet and accommodating. Got the Good Vibes (chocolate mixed with m n m’s) which was legitimately amazing. Got to support a local black owner small business was just the icing on the icecream. Would absolutely come back when I’m in the area again.Also the outside is so cute, would come back just for a fun photo shoot 😂

First time here I tried their ice cream called Cookie monster, which is actually the same color as the Cookie monster on sesame Street which, is blue, but it does taste great like vanilla.😆

The employees here are hilarious and super friendly. The ice cream is extremely delicious and its not pricey. You get an abundance amount of ice cream as well. I originally planned to go to Jenis but the line was so long there that I ended up here and Im so glad I did. Will definitely visit often.

This is hands down one of the best places that you can get ice cream in South End. Its within the same building as Sabor Latin Street Grill just in case you cant find it. Its always a great night walking to Two Scoops.

Husband and I actually stumbled upon this location after deciding we didnt want to stand in line for Jenis around 9 on a Saturday night. We were not disappointed! I had double chocolate and it was great. He had strawberry cheesecake and also liked it. We will definitely return soon.

Some of the best locally made ice cream and the friendliest scoopers in town. Elijah was very helpful and patient with my father and I the other night when we were deciding between all of the great flavors. Try out the crazy cake or cookies by the sea!

Flavor selections were basic and the shop was not as nice as expected considering the location. We ended up walking a few blocks to Jeni’s splendid ice cream which was awesome!!

Plaza location is better in taste and atmosphere. I dont understand why you want to be inundated with smells from Sabor when eating ice cream. Even taking it to go and walking around the flavors didnt seem as on point as the Plaza location. Plaza gets 5 stars.

What a disappointment. Finding street parking and walking up to an ice cream shop with two excited children only to find a pop-up shoe store with no ice cream on site. They literally had shoes sitting on the ice cream counter next to the cones. They said sorry man we aint got any ice cream today just shoes. What a joke. Went to Jenis down the street; it was delicious.

Great ice cream, but poor customer service. One employee working and when my friend’s son went back inside to get some dog ice cream to go, the employee sold him vanilla as they were out of dog ice cream. I went back inside and said we wouldn’t feed our dog the vanilla. The employee argued with me saying the child said it was ok. He’s 9! Only $3, but come on guys. Not a good look for a new business.

Sooooo... Im an ice cream fanatic so anytime I can get some amazing ice cream, Im all for it. My family & I decided to ride the light rail one Saturday & we stopped in South End, after eating at Pikes Old Fashion Soda ship (check out the review I did for them) we walked & came across Two Scoops. I dont frequent South End simply because I live on the other side of town but anytime Im in a different area, I love trying new things. Two Scoops is connected to a Taco Shop so the smell of Tacos hits you when you walk in. I actually would like to try there one day but anyway... The ice cream, its just a little simple section, like a typical ice cream place. Nothing too fancy but very bright & clean. The guys working the counter were extremely nice & you can sample the ice cream. Not too many flavors but i kind of like that. I got two scoops for about 5 bucks & some change which I thought was good. I got one scoop of Cookie Monster & one Scoop of Fruity Pebble. OMG! Both were so freakin good. Especially that Cookie Monster. It was amazing. I wanted to go back for more lol they have a rewards program as well where you can collect stars for a free scoop. Overall, I think its a nice little place to visit if your in the area & Ill definitely be returning to try more flavors.

Hands down - the best icecream place in Charlotte. The icecream is creamy and not overly sweet. You can tell they only use quality and fresh ingredients. Must try the Cookie Monster and the blueberry cheesecake! Also, the customer service is great and dog friendly with doggie icecream too.
