DELICIOUS!!! Cute spot in Noda you definitely have to try out. Customer Service was great and both the gentleman and young lady working, had fun personalities. Being a first timer, they definitely helped me on deciding on what to get. I got the tropical fruit bar dipped in white chocolate with rainbow sprinkles!! Super tasty. Will be back to try more of their delicious flavors.

This was my first time going to Popbar. My friend and I decided to pop in and grab something sweet to snack on. Instead, we tried out their milk shakes.Was greeted with an awesome welcome upon entry and the service was great. The milkshakes were delicious. If I had to complain, it wasn’t enough. ;-)

First time experience and so glad I came!! I ordered a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pop and it was delicious, refreshing and did I mention delicious!! I would definitely return and try out one of the waffle pops.

I absolutely love visiting this Popbar location every time Im near Concord Mills. The owner and employees have been friendly every time Ive visited this location. My favorite Popbar is the strawberry yogurt pop dipped in dark chocolate and hazelnut. This time, when I went with my friend, they offered us a free pop after we bought two! Excellent customer service.

Great ice cream stop for dates or celebrating. Its like a experience. Not for everyday stop unless youre balling like that it was our anniversary dinner dessert choice. We wanted to shop small and black. We both LIVED OUR CHOICE. SO much to choose from.

I walked in around 7:45 pm! I get that they close at 8 but it doesn’t take but one or two minutes to make a pop bar. They had terrible attitudes rushed the entire process and didn’t even ask me to put my number in for points. When I asked he said “you’re supposed to give us your number before u pay” so who’s going to give me that piece of info?So freaking rude. Learn some customer service people

Popsicles are solid, but has really odd hours. Most days it closes at 8 which is right at dinner time, so you wrap up your meal in NoDa, skip dessert at the restaurant to get a pop, and low and behold it will be closed. Dont get it.

I was loving this place until I had stale salted crunchy topping on my pistachio bar. Ruined it!Wish they had longer hours and more consistency with coating the bars. Each employee does it differently but owner does it the best. I bit pricey too! Id give it a 7 out of 10

This is a fun little ice cream pop place in Noda. I saw online that they had vegan options, so was excited to visit. They had one vegan flavor when I went. I got the vegan peanut butter pop with the dark chocolate dip and chopped almond topping. It was so good! My hubby got the same except he got crushed cinnamon pretzels and crushed sugar cone. It was even better than mine!

We went for the waffle pops and it was well worth the trip! The staff are kind, friendly and helpful! I ordered the waffle pop which is freshly made when you ask for one. It took about 3 or 4 minutes probably to have it made. I chose to dip mine in dark chocolate and chocolate sprinkles which was amazing. The waffle is already a chocolate chip waffle which I didn’t realize but was an excellent surprise. The waffle is obviously very fresh since it was just made and it’s super soft. The additional delicious chocolate dip made it so fantastic! I would highly recommend!!

I recently started following Popbar on Instagram and couldnt wait to give it a try. We decided to go for Gelato Shakes because they just look super cool. They did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I m not from Charlotte and our friends took us to pop bar for desert. This is simply the most delicious right sized ice cream bar I had after a long time. I can choose the base and then dip it into my favorite thing like chocolate- many choices there as well and then cost it with your favorite toppings.. a custom ice cream bar just for you that’s not overly sweet but just the way you like it.

This was an unexpected stop, but I must say I was pleased. There was only one Poplarista(I think thats what they called themselves😏) and he was very nice and ready to help. He informed my husband and I of the popular choices and pointed out a few other things. We chose the Chocolate Covered Strawberry PopSorbetta(hope I said this right too😁) which was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be going here again! Looking for the same great service!😉

Amazing service with a smile and they were really helpful! This place will blow your mind simple but actually super delicious. We were of group late 20s there was a very happy family leaving with lots of smiles and it’s a real cross generational dessert shop!

Ive been wanting to come here since hearing about it and trying it at the year end Yelp event.We came to get dessert the other day after dinner. The concept is really cool. The pops are various flavors of gelato, yogurt, and sorbet. You can get them dipped in sauces and toppings.We got a birthday cake gelato pop dipped in white chocolate, rainbow sprinkles, and waffle cone. Our second pop was snicker doodle gelato dipped in white chocolate and waffle cone.Both pops were pretty good. Theyre a little on the pricey side, but I thought it was worth it to try.The one major problem I had and the reason I gave three stars instead of four is because of the cross contamination. I dont like chocolate. After they dip a pop, they immediately dip it in other sauces and toppings before its dry. The white chocolate sauce had chocolate in it. Every dry topping had chocolate sauce in it. This seems to be kind of lazy to me. Not a good place to come if you have an allergy.Because everything was covered in chocolate, I probably wont be back. Overall, I do think its a neat concept thats worth checking out and most people probably dont care about cross contamination.

Nice and tasty but very expensive for basic fruit pop. You can get one package of 4-6 for the price of 1 here. That being said if you pay the extra dollar for the drippings and toppings it comes out to a tasty treat. But still a bit overkill on the price. The place was packed with a line and there was no where to sit except 4 chairs in a corner. The layout needs improvement in a more rectangular shape so that the line can fit.

They allow dogs. Theres no guarantee if fleas or dog hair is getting in your food. Especially when they are being held over the counter.

Its hard to describe Popbar, it is by far my favorite! Its extremely hard to find a great place like this, especially since Im lactose intolerant. Whats even better is that its all natural and makes it easier especially for me!! The pops are custom so you can choose the toppings you want. There staff is amazing everytime! I am so glad I came across Popbar when I did! Definitely take the time to visit them you wont be disappointed!

Delicious!!! Lets just say ours barely made it out the door in time for the photo... Made with all fresh ingredients right before your eyes. You can taste the freshness and they have awesome flavor. We had the Strawberry popGelato with almonds, white and dark chocolate and Pineapple popSorbetto with waffle cone topping and caramel chocolate. We will definitely be back!

It good... Has variety some dairy and non. The Mike shakes are great. I love the chocolate bar.. similar as a fudge bar to be honest but the dip in chocolate and waffle cone changes the game.

I visited the place on a whim to just check out the stores in the area. They had a vast array of flavors. They had fun toppings.I tried the peach. Good taste, but it was just a peach popsicle. I couldnt figure a good or fun topping that would pair well.The server was kind and descriptive and gave good suggestions. I just figure its the popsicle equivalent to an ice cream store.I wasnt impressed, but I think kids would be happy here as would anyone who wants popsicle fun instead of an ice creamery.If this review was helpful, please Like.

Update: The review beneath this has a photo of a man inside the store without a mask posted last week. Shameful that they arent taking Covid seriously-- I will never come here again and advise my friends the same.Just went to Pop Bar and the couple in front of us did not have masks on. Despite the masks required policy, they served then anyways. One of them sneezed on the glass without a mask on without covering her mouth, spewing visible debris on the glass, and they didnt do anything about it. Ill never be coming to this location again. If they are okay with unmasked patrons sneezing on their food, I dont know what other unsanitary conditions they are okay with. I left along with most of the other people in line. Good pops, but super nasty unsanitary conditions.

Quality is terrific. Price is outrageous. And the lack of true service from employee was ridiculous. If I just paid almost $11 for 2 popsicles and then ask a simple question..... Do not respond rudely to customers. Definitely need some good customer service directions.

Fast friendly service, parking can be challenging on weekends and weeknights, there are lots of restaurants in the area. But definitely worth it, servers were very helpful and gave me suggestions for which flavors when well together. Loved the Kiwi Popsicle dipped in white chocolate!

What a hidden gem! The pops are delicious, and it is so fun to customize it exactly the way you want it. It was refreshing to have a sweet treat that was just the right size! The staff were all so helpful, making sure we understood the process and options, and making sure we got the most for our money. No one in my family got the same thing, but I tried them all, and every pop was delicious. Will definitely be back!

When I went here I got the gelatoShake, and it was good but this place is a little pricey.. I think I paid $8 for the gelatoShake and it wasnt anything mind-blowing. The staff is really nice though and they didnt take long at all to make my groups orders.

Delicious and great way to eat gelato! You can order it anyway you like, with whatever toppings and dipping sauce. Just beware that the drip stop cardboard they add to help it from getting on your clothes as you walk is not air tight. It still gets on you; all the more reason to eat it quickly.

I am so excited to say that every time that I visit this establishment the service an the pops are excellent. They have a great variety of flavors. An the customer service is amongst the best in Charlotte. If your craving a frozen treat this is the place. Five stars hands down.

Pretty neat place! If you want a specialized pop though, make sure you closely monitor the clerk. I wanted a variation from the advertised... pistachio instead of chocolate sprinkles... I went to pay instead of watching the clerk...and got chocolate sprinkles... Still good, but not what I ordered...

I LOVE Pop Bar. I was one of their first customers the day they opened. Always has amazing service....Dytoine is the BEST! Not to mention their amazing menu items. I love gelato and this is the perfect spot!

Great product but the manager or owners need to learn how to run a business. There seem to be no managers present and the line is out the door. Every employee looks like theyd rather be dead than help you at all. This is just a message to the business owner to learn how to run a company like this and have an expediter that can help with the large volume on busy Friday or Saturday nights. Hope that you make the changes soon before you lose your valuable reputation going into the summer months. Thanks. CC.

Great frozen treats! My family & enjoy going here from time to time. Everyone should try these frozen fruit sorbet, fruit yogurt bars with a twist the best surprise your mouth has ever experienced. The area is also pretty hip & trendy.

It was a great treat! Staff was very nice and welcoming. Only negative was parking. Very hard to find a spot, came out 10 minutes later to a ticket and a boot. Unfortunately we wont be back. Glad my daughter got a good picture😳
