No customer service skills at all!! Went in with my husband today & waited & waited watching the employees eat & chit chat! Not one employee said hello or we will be right with you! There was a line of over 10 people & NOTHING!!!! We drive quite a ways to get there. We walked out! So disappointing!!
Wanted ice cream and the photos of this place looked amazing. I came with my son for a sweet treat and was not impressed. I got the banana split and some other treat in a waffle bowl with strawberries. In all we tried the mango, lime, bubble gum, pine nut and some other flavor. The ice cream was unremarkable and super expensive. The 2 things I bought came up to over $21. The lime ice cream was probably my least favorite. The pine nut was pretty bland too and filled with mushy pine nuts. Oh and the place was not very clean. The floors needed to be mopped and mostly all the tables were soiled. This is not a place I would revisit. Basking robins and the like have much tastier ice cream in my opinion.
Learned about this franchise while visiting Key West and loved it! Visited here to find many of the same products. Staff not friendly or welcoming, nor appreciative of our business. Store looked disorganized, but had an A (98) rating. Coconut ice cream delicious!
The ice cream was great, nobody speaks English, made our experience more fun.
I wait in line for 30 minutes, which I didn’t mind at the moment because I noticed it was busy. I ordered a small cup of ice cream and a Diablito de tamarindo to go, just to get home and find a HAIR inside my cup! WTH! The lady that prepared my food had her hair loose, long, and curly. These ladies ALL NEED hair nets! You’re preparing food not coming to a beauty pageant. Do not recommend. Do not worth it.
Listen!!!! This place is AMAZING! The staff were wonderful, inviting and patient. A coworker and I visited here and had a craving for icecream and stopped by, we were pleasantly surprised. Do yourself a favor and check them out! ✨🌟✨🌟✨
The best horchata Ive ever had. My husband is from Mexico and he said it reminded him of home. Mangonadas were good and flavorful.
Overpriced and absolutely rude customer service. No one knows English.
I love this place my boyfriend showed it to me and we always get the banana split its to die for
Wonderful customer service! The workers were very friendly and patient and this place has so much too offer! The size they have for each of the items is definitely worth it for the price. You get a lot of goodness in a big cup!! I love the Esquite and the Frutalado!! Definitely will be coming back here again with my boyfriend. ❤️❤️❤️
This is an awesome hidden gem on South Blvd. We came here after eating in the area when we wanted some dessert. They are super friendly. The menu is all Spanish and they dont speak a ton of English, but with hand gestures and pointing and some broken English, they can definitely help you.We sampled a few things and settled on the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and a mangonada especial. The ice cream was fantastic. Im a huge mango fan so I was curious what the mangonada would taste like. The chili sauce added an interesting kick to it. I wouldnt recommend it if youre in the mood for something sweet, but it was good. They have tons of other dessert options. I definitely want to try a popsicle next time.If youre in the area looking for dessert, definitely give this place a try.
I came in expecting to be able to order myself; However, I didnt know everything was in Spanish and the cashier spoke Spanish. They took the time to help and even explain everything. On top of the amazing service the fruit was excellent fresh and sweet. The ice cream had so many flavors i need to come back again.
I went there with my child for the first time and I just buy three items and the cashier over charged me I didn’t notice until I was gone and rude service
Too expensive and service is rude, mostly for those who cant speak Spanish it seems
You shouldnt take your girlfriend here shell just waist your money
My first time going to this place and it was such a disappointment ! I ordered a “crema con fresas” and they filled up my cup with strawberry’s with very very little crema. They rip you off . Same with my husbands order . It’s a rip off. Doubt I’ll ever come again. Oh and let’s not forget .. they were two 8 oz cups and it cost us $17 !!!!!!! GTFO! Once again, the cups were heavily filled with strawberries and barely any crema. I might as well asked for a cup of strawberries . Not coming here . Wouldn’t recommend it
You can find the mexican flavor really good
Best Raspados! My favourite: Tamarindo! They have plenty of mexican ice creams and snacks! The place doesnt look very clean.
A little trouble communicating with staff if your a non Hispanic customer but one you get passed that your ok. Ice cream and fruit drinks are delicious!
They are rude if you don’t speak Spanish. After the second time I just stopped going because it didn’t get any better. It’s also super expensive.
The selection of frozen treats is enormous! I havent tried a flavor I didnt like. Black cherry is my favorite right now. No real sitting area just an in-and-out type of place.
My favorite place to go to get ice cream....only complaint is that the employees have no focus....takes forever to get to each customer while ..and if you dont speak Spanish they take even longer to get to you..but the ice cream has great flavor
Interesting and yummy
The place is so colorful and the ice cream was delicious
Wow. I still have no idea what I was supposed to order there, but my guanabana ice cream was delicious and the little cookie thing with the strawberry cheese cake ice cream my wife got was pretty insane. Id love a menu or something so I could better understand what all the yummy-looking things on the wall are. I want all of them.
I’ve been here twice - all the ice cream flavors are made in house and everything i’ve tried has been really good. Today I had rum raisin and cheesecake. Both were deliciousTheres a lot of signs showing lovely speciality items containing things like mango but do not list any of the other ingredients. It was a bit hard to ask for guidance on the best flavors or choices as our server didnt seem to speak English. She did offer to let us try any of the ice creams and some other bi-lingual customers offered some suggestionsIts a neat place - with some great ice cream. Fun and quirky place for dessert after dinner with its own charm. Highly recommend you check it out.
Great ice cream selection. You can buy by the scoop or get a sundae. Reminds me of an Eis Cafe because they actually make beautiful ice art with fruit. Will definitely go again.
Absolutely delicious!!!
They have a good variety... but rather overpriced and rude service. Wouldn’t return
It was my first time visit to this place, the staff were very friendly and gave us many samples to try and spent time in explaining us the flavors even though it was store closing time and a few people were still in line. Loved this place and will definitely visit again for sure.
Very nice place, I wish they speak little english...I would go again...it very good quality ice cream.
Very good....but, un poco mas de atencion y set up, maybe just redecorate the eat in tables ...Otherwise great flavor
It’s good. But to expensive I got 2 cups of fruit and it was $21.00 to much for a cup of fruit I don’t want to think the rest of what they sell
Lots of (some exotic) ice-cream flavors and friendly staff. Cash preferred as there is a $10 minimum for cards. Helps to know some Spanish.Got a cup with a scoop of mango and a scoop of coconut ice-cream ($5.50). Very delicious flavors
Everything is overpriced, is very disappointing because once we get a taste of mexican ice cream is super expensive and not even great. I dont know why spanish people do this, instead of attracting more clients they push them away with their prices and ugly attitudes.
Different flavors, great place to go to switch things up
I got two scoops of ice cream here and it tasted awful. I went to get my money back and they charged me for an additional ice cream instead of refunding it. I then went back in and told them I wanted a refund and they charged me twice. The lady gave me cash for one of my orders and wouldn’t refund me the order that she duplicated. Plus no one speaks a lick of English and she expected me to read what she had written down on her paper as if I know Spanish! DO NOT GO HERE
The place is authentic to the brand. Very colorful and full of sweets. Their flavors are authentic and while they are slightly expensive compared to your typical ice cream shop, the quality is well worth it
Great experience! Definitely a tasty treat. I had the strawberry and cream popsicle that was definitely homemade. The prices are very high.... But everything was high quality. Brush up on the Spanish bc they do not speak English :)
Too expensive just for an ice cream. i asked to get half of scoop of 1 flavor half other. and was rejected. had to pick to full scoops.but they have some flavors i never tried. which was interesting.
Wow, walk thru the door and beach transported to Mexico. This place is the real deal offering flavors unique to this culture. Damn good sweet treats.
Expensive and Overpriced! Refrain from visiting this place unless they reduce their prices.
So many choices! And not just ice cream, grab lunch here too.
Everything is over priced and their products are stale. They are always understaffed and in a hurry that even the simplest diablito raspado are frozen and dont have a good taste.
Good stuff, very professional service !!!
Love going here with my mom shopping for bread and meat
I was so excited to have a piece of home and try the desserts, but was so disappointed and shocked about the prices. $12.50 for a mangonada is ridiculous!
Great selection, exotic fruits flavors and they have good Mexican food too..clean place
Great natural ice cream and popsicles! Love the choices of flavor
Staff was Friendly and fun event taking place!
A little pricey but very good ice cream.
The ice cream was grate and delicious💝💝😍.
Great mango ice cream
Extremely expensive, and lacking of flavor, the corn on a cup are absolutely tasteless, no flavor, and the service is terrible and I hope this place goes out of business because I don’t want anyone else experiencing this.
Literally just went to sit there for 30min to never receive my order (most basic thing ever) I watched the people who came in after me get there food & I obviously got up & asked for my refund but didn’t receive a apology it was so awkward ...just horrible customer service
I loved it so good
Too expensive and not much in the foods . But nice designs .
Visited about four, it was not full.
Their ice cream doesnt taste as good as they price it ( ͡°Ĺ̯ ͡° ) and the employees arent the nicest
Great but expensive which I don’t have a problem with because I’m not poor but still way to much.
Delicious
Great homemade ice cream!

To me, it is expensive.
Truly yummy! !
So expensive
Little expensive
Natural ice cream
Rich and everything, but the super rude staff ... especially the short lady with yellow hair attends you, it seems that you ask for a gift 😒
Very good excellent
The things they sell are delicious, but they are very expensive, they stain
I come on vacation and it seems like something richBut unfortunately the people who serve are very slow and very rude ... they dont care that people wait more than 30 min for a pallet ... hopefully the owner will run away to the people who work thereGross people
Clean place
Flavors of Mexico
I dont like customer service and some bad products
