Nice little throwback from the 70s. My parents would take us kids there on hot summer nights.

Wanted one last buster bar before I went on my diet, it was good. I wish they put a little more fudge in it though like the old way they made them, but still yummy.

Love this place. Used to go here in the 1970s. Friendly employees and had a bench to each sit at while I enjoyed my large chocolate cone dipped in chocolate! Yummy! Quick service!

Hotdigitty dog! Rarely do I stop here for ice cream but I always stop for NY style onions, chili and ketchup on my hotdogs. To me I think they are the best tasting dogs around although DQs speciality is ice cream. So whenever I get that craving for two weiners and dont feel like making it myself I load my appetite into t⁴ the car and race around the corner.Service is average, prices are reasonable, and you never have to wait long. Their county cleanliness score is 99/100 so I have lots of confidence when devouring my grub and you can too!

You cant go wrong with ice cream or a smoothie on a hot day lol...the wait is never too long and the portions are more than decent...the smoothies are soooo delicious...we go here 2x a week lol

I go to dairy Queen on West boulevard and I like going there because its closer to me and plus they have all the flavors that I like in ice cream and I like getting there hot dogs and their chicken sandwich and their turkey sandwich it is always tasting fresh every time I go there to buy hot dogs the bread always is tasting fresh and when I buy there turkey and chicken sandwich the bread is always tasting fresh never stale and their ice cream always has a fresh taste their ice cream never has a freezer burnt taste which I dont like so their ice cream in their hot dog bread and their sandwich bread is always good and fresh never tasting stale at all so if you havent been to dairy Queen on West boulevard in Charlotte then you need to go there please and taste what I taste and I am pretty sure that you will be please with it and you will continue going there for your ice cream and your sandwiches and your hot dogs in their chips are always fresh also I dont know about their drinks because I dont never bother drinks there.

They are on a hurried and do not take the orden right.

I took my son, my niece and my nephew. 99 sanitation score as of 2/21. I bought 12 hotdogs and got 3 blizzards for 3 kids. They DESTROYED them. Good food, good service. Worth the stop!

I went there mid-April on a weekend night . I ordered a blizzard and it was on par with all other blizzards I have had. The store is in a part of town which some would not feel comfortable. I was the only one in line and the service was fine.I look forward to returning and sitting outside on the picnic tables. There is also not a drive through.

Said they were open until 10 online and on window, but when we got here at 9 they were closed and refused to help. Poor customer service and fix your hours if you arent going to be open until 10 cant keep using covid as an excuse to not do your job.

I am from out of state ( PA ) and stopped by for a sweet treat. Wish the person serving was a bit more friendly when greeting and taking the order ( thats why I did not give a 5 star). She did complete the order without error and little wait tho.

They constantly close early or shut off their sign at night to deter business. Short and unwelcoming when your ordering. Stinks because its the only one around.

The caucasian manager has a terrible attitude, but the young lady who served me with a 6pk of Dilly Bars and a 6pk of Ice Cream Sandwiches was terrific and apologized for the managers behavior! If I werent saved and filled with Gods Holy Spirit there is no way I could have contained myself after the manager talked to me with disrespect!

The service was great, but I own stock in the company that owns D.Q.; so my opinion and bias is weighed! Of course I am going to say good things. It was one of my best experiences, many people own the same stock.

The hotdogs tasted like Childhoo Sundays! The Blizzard pecan turtle cluster was excellent. Servers were really nice. Social Distance was in full effect . They were pretty fast. I enjoyed it immensely.

Never anything bad to say about this place. Even if its bad...which its not. Parents took me and my sister from ages 2-3. Im MANY years past that now and I love that it hasnt changed that much. More modernized for sure, but keeps all the charm. The way they tear down everything in Charlotte to make progress, Im just thankful it continues to thrive and survive!

When I got there, there was one person working. She had her earphones talking to someone on the phone and didnt really seem to care about anything but that phone conversation. After waiting in line for at least 10 minutes, someone magically appeared from the back to take orders. And then after another 5 minutes or so another person appeared. Still, as much as I love Dairy Queen ice cream, 20 minutes is way long to wait for it.

I love this place I grew up on Dairy Queen as a little girl in the south. The ice cream is the same but the service sucks. They really need to hire people that want to work not teenagers looking for a summer job because they are slow and they dont care how long the line is they only have one window open at a time which is very inconvenient especially when you pulling up with your family. They need to go back to their original recipe for soft serve ice cream it tastes like milk with no sugar, if its not broken leave it alone.
