Ordered the strawberry passion cake which I have ordered for my birthday before. I had a difficult time getting in touch with someone at the store so I ordered online. The amount of guest I was having over changed so I changed to a smaller cake I was finally able to reach the store and they were able to update my order. The next day I go to pick up the cake. It’s a disaster. Looks no like the cake I ordered. I bring this to the attention of the manager and she said she didn’t see what was wrong with it. The cake had no strawberries and shards gram cracker cookies on the cake. Presentation is everything it was a birthday cake. At first Talia said oh because it the small one so it’s not going to look like the picture. I explained to her I have order this cake several times in different sizes and they all looked very similar to the picture. She then went on to say well corporate doesn’t send us graham cracker crumbs for the cakes anymore. I explained to her none of these excuses helped to ease my unhappiness about the cake. It only got worst. We take the cake home we serve some of it to the guest and it’s dry not fresh at all. I was very dissatisfied in the quality and the look of the cake. I was more disappointed by the service and the attitude of the manager when I explained my dissatisfaction with the product I purchased.

Sorry guys but I must be honest in my review: I am an italian recently moved in the area. Believe me, in Italy we know how a good gelato looks like (I mean for a third of these prices...).Let me explain something to you: if the gelato is fresh, daily prepared, is soft and creamy and you do not need to spread it on a cold stone to get it creamy. The only reason you may do that is to soften an old one. This is what I normally do with a supermarket ice-cream coming out of my fridge...I do understand that here prices are higher but...wow...you cannot ask that money for a very, very standard gelato, not even really fresh.At this point I prefer to buy my gelato in the supermarket and save a lot of money, quality is similar. Do not get fooled by toppings, colors and whistles...the ice-cream has to be good, the rest doesnt count. Or not?

Great service. Love the icecreams. There are many flavors and many options to choose from. Variations can come in all shapes and sizes and you can have it all crunches up into a beautiful masterpiece.

If you like to pay extra for stale waffle cones than this is the place.

This is one of my favorite I’ve cream stores in the area. They have a fantastic variety of ice cream flavors, and incredible toppings.The service is quick and efficient even when busy, and staff upbeat, friendly and polite. Prices comparable to like ice cream spots in the area.Easy parking outside, and located inside Blakeney.

It is sad to see what has transpired with this location in the last year. Every time we come here, it hurts me to see the younger kids working and there is no leader or manager keeping their energy alive. This location tends to close before their scheduled times and it is confusing as a consumer. They are always out of bananas which is crazy to me. In order for you to support your staff, the owner of the franchise needs to show up & support their staff.

I just experienced a very sarcastic UNPROFESSIONAL rude Employee at this location‼ Chocolate covered crackers on the display say their $1.00 each, but I was charged $2.00 each. I dont have a problem paying for anything I want, but this store needs to correct their false advertisement‼They shouldve honored that displayed price an let it be known for the future it will be $2.00.

Perfect place for a tasty treat, though a tad bit on the expensive side if you are with a large group.

I’m not sure why we continue to support Cold Stone, but today will be our last time. Our last several experiences have been subpar. We waited in line outside for almost 30 mins tonight in the cold only to find out that they were out of chocolate and coffee ice cream. Why not post that on the door since those were both listed on the door as limited flavors that were available? There are too many other options out there.

One of my favorite ice cream place, they have new flavors n theyre own chacolate truffles. The service is quick and good quantity for price. This place is clean and easy parking outside. We get this ice cream for any party at our home. Very tasty combinations.. thank you guys...

Love, love, live the ice cream! The location, I felt, was rather small, and the selection wasnt as I expected. I felt like there were limited options. The staff was patient and kind. Would definitely return.

Sometimes they close on or before 8.45. Last time they charged us the same price for the small & big size.

They have an assortment of their own chocolates truffle, pretzels coated with chocolate, chips dipped in chocolate etc. I was able to pick them as an assortment priced by piece each. They also have dine in options for ice creams, gift cards, gift packed varieties. Their collection are definitely above average with respect to taste and quality.

Moved here from Ohio where we had a cold stone creamery every 2 miles. Was glad to find one down here and its the same great ice cream. The kids behind the counter have been real nice both times we have been there. They also have a wide choice of stuff besides ice cream. Defiantly worth a trip to two in the area since you have the playground right there for kids to run around.

Got to love the way you can mix things up here.

Regularly out of many flavors of ice cream. Last 3 times i have visited they were out of Chocolate... Chocolate....It is far easier and less expensive to go get a half gallon from the Harris Teeter across the parking lot.That is what I will be doing from now on.

Great staff, clean facility and big ice cream variety. Location was hard to find as it is located on a big multi-business plaza. Parking can be far from the store. Not many seats inside or outside of the shop, the plaza however has a little playground and park around the building. Overall Coldstone is a place that is worth going to even if there are annoying location, store size and parking issues.

A little disappointed in the fact they installed new registers, however their staff doesnt know how to use their rewards program since they were installed. The told myself along with other customers in line they are unable to use, or provide them with rewards for their purchase. Being a business owner myself you should always make sure your staff is trained before dealing with your valued customers.

Out of so many flavors when we went! Also I would advise against the waffle cup. It tasted stale and was kind of a waste of money. We didn’t end up eating it. On the good side, portions are extremely shareable!

Standing in a long long line Easter Sunday with one worker. He is amazing but really management? Pay him triple for his good humor and his hard work.

Icre cream and service was good. Our combo is always delicious. However this place needs a deep clean asap. Dirt in all creases and in ever corner there is grime build up in tiles. Also bathroom was pretty nasty and out of date/disrepair. Just starting to look shabby. What really got me was the dirt in the corners near the glass where the ice cream. Have some pride in the joint and clean her up. Going to jolly rolls for now.

The ice cream cake I bought for my husbands birthday was very disappointing. He said it tasted good but I paid $27 for a cake that was barely 6 inches across and was supposed to feed 8 people. 8 regular sized people or children? Way overpriced!!!!!!!!! The cake was sliding off the foil when I picked it up and the Happy Birthday writing was smeared everywhere! I didnt have time to complain at the time but will be stopping by the store this week to show pictures of how awful it was. I will never buy from this ice cream store again!

Showed up at 9:40pm and they supposedly close at 10. We drove 30min to the closest location, as were approaching the door, the lady said we closed, locked the door and walked away...how rude! Word of advice..if you close at 10pm, actually close at 10pm.

This happened to me for the second time,where the store closing time says 10pm but the tend to close @ 8:45. Not sure why but totally disappointed😞.

They need a new fridge from the Coca Cola company, but I got all the stuff I wanted and it was good.

Why did my wife bring me here after I start working out again?!?!?! Ok, it was worth the extra time I had to put into the gym and Ill be back on my cheat day

The last time my family was in it reeked of rotted milk. We promptly turned around and left. Havent been back since. I recommend Marble Slab in Stonecrest.
