Southern Window company is very nice to work with. They installed gutters on my home and installed only leaf restriction screen on other existing gutters. I did have 1 small issue but they were very fast to come out and make the necessary adjustments. The product works very well and I have not cleaned gutters this fall which makes me very happy.

What a great experience we had with Southern Windows!! I can not recommend them enough!! They were quick, kind, professional and so helpful! The windows are great at keeping the inside temperature consistent and the noise out! Victor was excellent at keeping me updated on our installation date, and so kind to come back out to the house to help answer a couple questions! They crew was great at installing them like a well organized machine! They went window to window taking out the old, installing the new and cleaned up as they went along. I was impressed! I would highly recommend them!!

I strongly suggest to stay away from this company.l tell you after the sale thats the end. This company will not correct any problems with there installations.

My home seated on a lot where 95% of the trees are pine trees. Before having the gutter guards installed, I had to risk life and limb clearing the pine needles from my gutters. The installers were professional and courteous. They made sure we were able to get in and out of our driveway. They cleaned up their as they went from area to area. They notified us of a couple of adjustments before making them. What I especially appreciated was their work did not affect the comings and goings of my neighbors. Finally, in comparison to the other companies who approached us, this was the best deal and pricing for the product. This has been one of my best home improvement investments. Have had two jobs done, the main house and later a garage / studio. All communication and scheduling has been pleasant and easy. The installers were courteous and quick. The gutter guards are nearly out of sight and out of mind. No problems so far and happy not to have to get up on the roof. Expensive but worth it.

Had an appointment for an estimate on siding and they never showed. Terrible customer service.

Dont let the name fool you. They are as well excellent at doing other type vinyl projects in and around your home. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by the sales lady who was able to give discounts and offer an affordable option to having a shower installed. The young man who came out was both professional and proficient at installing the shower in just one and a half days after supplies were ordered and came in without having to remove any other thing from the bath area. As well he was always respectable and cleaned up behind his work. He even offered ideas as to how I could improve the paint job on my daughters kitchen cabinets. Couldnt have asked for a better team to come and present an offer then installing so quickly.

Had one problem that required city to repair before finishing, so they adjusted invoice for part completed and gave figure for remaining work when able to do it. Very professional. Its taken me a while to write this review, because I normally dont like to post any of my information on the internet. However, Southern Window and Gutter Company did an good job installing new windows on my ranch, came on time, were professional, and cleaned up before they left the premises. I was happy to work with them and recommend them for their price point and professionalism.

Liz was great . She was very thorough in the presentation and was instrumental in our decision to buy our replacement windows from Southern.Her knowledge of the company and the manufacturing of the windows was outstanding. She did such a great job, that we wanted to see the gutter demo. Once more her demo and knowledge of the product sold us on purchasing new gutters.We are convinced that we made the best choice.

I have to give 5 stars for the workers who did the job. They were courteous and didnt waste time installing the gutters. So far no problems and I am satisfied with the gutters and the installation.

Installers were very organized, and professional. Shrubbery was protected, and cleanup was efficient.We only needed one length of gutter replaced, due to storm damage, but I would not hesitate to contact Southern in the future if more extensive work is needed.

We are completely satisfied with the professional approach of your company starting with Cortez Curtis who explained each step in a easy to understand, no high pressure. We originally only wanted gutters but decided to go with replacing 50 year old windows as well. Alexs crewcame and installed the gutter, great job, Louis and his crew came next and replaced our old windows with made to order ones including a ragged bay window that was replaced with a custom designed two window replacement, SUPER JOB by all.

It’s been almost a year and the gutters are working great. No more climbing a ladder to remove debris from clogged downspouts! No more repairing mulch flower beds and other landscaping that was ruined after heavy rains because of overflowing clogged gutters! The field sales, internal tech support and installation team were very professional and did a great job scoping out project and delivering on promises.

We had gutters installed last week. The salesman was professional and the crew was exceptional. Installed, cleaned up and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

My house is surrounded by trees and my gutters would constantly get clogged with leaves and pine needles. So I had gutter guards installed by Southern Window & Gutter and I couldnt be happier. They match my gutter perfectly, very clean lines. And the best part is they work great. The leaves and especially the pine needles just pass right over and the gutters catch all the water. I love watching the water streaming out of the down spouts now! Havent had any clogs since. And Southern Windows guarantees the performance. The whole experience was good, from the meeting with the sales rep to the installation crew. The crew was on time and did a very professional job.

We have had both gutters and windows installed by Southern Window & Gutter Company and have had nothing but praise for a quality products and excellent customer service. There products may not be the lest expensive available, but there quality and after the sale service is second to none.

All work was done in one day and everything was cleaned up. This was a replacement gutter and I appreciated the crew suggesting that an additional downspout was needed. After looking over the original setup, I agreed that another downspout was needed.

They came in and replaced parts another company installed incorrectly years ago. Such a blessing to have a honest company to work with that didn’t try to convince us to replace the whole system, just what was faulty. It works!

Our original home that was built in the 1950s had open copper gutters.in the 1980s an addition consisiting of a Keeping room with cooking fireplace, etc was added and keeping appearances open copper gutters wer used. With the additional roof surface the gutters were over run ultimately resulting in door bottom rot. Southern Window came on site and created closed copper gutters and a custom deflector that has solved our problem. We were impressed with the skill of all of the workers and their advice that was offered to solve the problem.

Great company Easy installation and Payment options are great. No problems so far. :) Would use again.

*****MUST READ*****Wasted my time with this untrustworthy company...My experience with this SW&GC was bad from the start. They told me that me that both my wife and I had to be present for the appointment. I explained to the them that she did not prefer to be there. It took a verbal confirmation from my wife before they would set the appointment.SW&GC called me a total of 3 times to confirm my appointment and on the actual day of my appointment no one showed up at the scheduled time nor did they call. I called SW&GC and was hung up on twice before speaking with manager, Harold. He could not explain the no show because he could not get in contact with his Sales agent, Jason who was scheduled to come by my home. Harold asked for another opportunity to make things right. He told me his boss would personally come by later that day at 4pm. Once again, a no show and no call. I wasted the majority of my day dealing with this company and they clearly have no respect for your time.

We had gutters installed several months ago and we could not be any happier!! The product is beautiful and more importantly the service was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for gutters.

The company was very competitive and professional. The installers were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and that was greatly appreciated.

Do not use this company to install customer doors. We ordered doors in April 18, measurements were taken 3 times and the 6-8 week promise turned into more than 3 months. Upon arrival and install the doors were the wrong size.....still waiting on our $7000 refund. The customer service response is horrible.

We had Southern Window & Gutter Company give us a price for replacing all the windows on our home - pricing was good but I must say that the quality of work and personal that did the work far exceeded my expectations - I highly recommend this company

I had bought 22 windows to be replaced along with trim around them. The sales person said they would replace windows and trim on contract. In the end, they didnt replace the trim because they didnt offer this service?? I got shafted by the manager, refunded a small amount of money and Im now unsatisfied with the trim.

Love my new windows. They were quick and efficient and very clean in installing the windows.

The gutters are great -- I have no problem with the product. Their customer service however is terrible. I thought there might be a problem with my gutters-- I saw them at the Southern Home Show and talked to them about someone coming out to look at them. They set up an appt-- they missed that appt-- the person was sick (understandable) they didnt call till the appt time to tell me this. Said they would send someone the next day-- thats when I realized that they were sending sales people-- not repair people. It took another 2 weeks and a few phone calls to work out another appt for someone to actually come and look at the gutters. Then no one called to tell me that they decided to come early to the appt and did something -- I am not sure what -- and didnt even find out that anyone had been to the house (I was not home when they were there-- but was home at the appt time) After waiting an hour for someone to show up-- I called and found out they had already been there. I called very upset and was trying to figure things out-- like what did they do. The woman on the phone ended up giving it to some sales guy above her who promised me that he would take care of things and would even send me a gift card to make up for the time I sat around waiting for them to show up that day. They didnt address the fact that they did something to my house without me there or offer to come out to show me what work had been done. Just the gift card-- which by the way -- never showed up. I was dismissed. I was going to use them to replace the other gutters on my house but now am thinking of finding another company cause this one is TERRIBLE at customer service and making sure the customer understands what is going on. They also showed up early to do the initial install on my gutters and were done and gone before I was there to sign off on the work and make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I do like how the gutters look -- so I gave it a 3 on the scale. Really left a bad taste in my mouth- -and the fact that they really dont care about making sure that I am satisfied with their work tells me they only want the sales. Disappointing.

BUYER BEWARE . . . my father purchased these same gutters (KGuard brand) from the company that preceded this one as the area dealer in this brand of gutter protection back in 2002. Recently a section of the gutters became clogged. We contacted Southern Windows to invoke the lifetime guarantee of no clogging, leaking or sagging that was on the original paperwork and currently offered on Southern Windows website. We were told there would be a $75 Service Charge to pay the installers to come out to fix the problem and were rudely denied a waiver by the General Manager (Tim Ballard) of the local branch. After tracking down the contact information for the District Manager (Scott Alsup) who was most gracious in offering to waive the charge, we were contacted again by Mr. Ballard, offered an apology and told we would be contacted to schedule the repair. That was 7 weeks ago (3 months since this whole ordeal began with our initial contact) and after two attempts since to get a call back from Mr. Ballard, my soon to be 80 year old father fixed the problem himself. Some would say there is no such thing as lifetime guarantee and to believe such would be folly, to advertise such might be considered false advertising. This should have been a zero star rating.
