This company has the absolute best customer service. Within 24 hours, they were able to come out to the house, diagnose the issue with the hot water heater, and replace it. All of the employees we have interacted with have been extremely professional, responsive, and friendly. We hired them to replace a hot water heater at our old house a while ago and were happy to be able to hire them again for our new home. 100% recommend.

Just had a new HVAC system installed for the upstairs of my residence. The technicians were courteous, timely and responsive. They were able to finish the job in less than 5 hours. They took the time to explain what they were doing (including pictures which I appreciate). The technician also took time to explain how to use the new thermostats that they installed. They also installed carbon monoxide monitors. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I cant wait to try the new system out.

On Tuesday we decided to replace our four 30-year-old toilets. On Thursday Shane came out to tell us the features of the new toilets that Morris Jenkins could supply us. Herbie from Morris Jenkins came by to look at a possibly clogged drain. While here, he ran a check on all my sinks, showers, and toilets. He also checked out my water heater and discovered that my water pressure valve had broken. He was able to replace it easily and quickly. The technician from Morris Jenkins, Keith Sirignano, was excellent!He took time to explain options to repair my outside water faucet. This was not a simple job due to the faucet coming through the deck. There wasn’t enough space to get under the deck so Keith had to look for other options to repair. He capped the faucet and relocated a new faucet on the side of the house. The crawl space on this house is not the easiest to access either but that’s what Keith ended up doing to run the new line.Keith showed the utmost professionalism and patience. Morris Jenkins is by no means the least expensive company to use but their customer service and prompt, professional service is top notch!

We called Morris-Jenkins after experience some unexpected leaking in our downstairs. We called another company first that said they would not be able to assist us for 24 hours, but Morris-Jenkins was able to send Jay over within a couple hours to assess the issue and he did a phenomenal job explaining our options to us and preparing us for what potential work would need to be completed. He had Dakota arrive at our house shortly after he left to fix our issue and he did an exceptional job. Both were highly professional and incredibly friendly, as well as sympathetic to our problem and the stress we were experiencing. Mike was just like a family member looking out for an older couple. He checked out the smoke detectors and informed me that none of them were carbon monoxide detectors. Travis was the technician who came to my residence due to sewage backing up into my showers, sinks, and toilets. He was very knowledgeable as this is an older dwelling and he knew exactly what tools to use to not break any of the old drainage pipes. He stated he knew the dwelling because he had been here before for the same issue. Technically, he was not responsible to unclog the blockage as it is a city and land lord responsibility. However, he went above and beyond to unclog the pipes so my daughter and myself wouldnt have to deal with sewage in our bathrooms. Travis was very nice and professional and I owe him a big thank you for helping us. I would recommend Morris-Jenkins to others just based on what Travis did to help me. Spending thousands of dollars on unexpected plumbing issues is never easy but I had three experts come out to my house last minute to help me out. First Tyler came out for fixing a clog in my main sewer drain but there needed to be more extensive checking. Tyler made sure to get someone who could help us out as soon as he could. They sent out Graham who was super professional and super knowledgeable. He had an issue with a piece of equipment so he quickly called for assistance. While we waited for a short time he worked on finding other ways to inspect the issue at hand and work out a solution. They sent Mitchell with the equipment they needed to diagnose the issues we were having. Over all we needed a lot of repairs but having Graham and Mitchell(the master of jokes) made it much easier to spend the money to get our house up to par. I have to applaud Morris Jenkins for hiring superb employees that are so well trained and insanely polite, kind and funny. This company really knows how to treat its customers. They even got to us same day on a Saturday! That’s just crazy to me. I will forever be a customer and in-fact I have become a priority advantage customer. We had some slow draining sinks and tubs so we reached out to Morris Jenkins using our Priority Advantage membership to schedule our included drain service. I called Morris-Jenkins to help with a clog in our drain line and a service technician came out within 2 hours. Mitchell Gardiner was fantastic. He took the time to explain what he was doing and found the source of our clog. Once the clog was clear, he ran tests with all our bathrooms to ensure things were working as they should. Mitchell also cleared the shower drain too (I have long hair). Although the type of water heater I have couldn’t be drained due to its plastic components, Dave took time to ensure the unit was working properly. Pete was the plumber who assisted us with our leak issue and he was fantastic. We had a leak that we could hear in our living room walls that appeared to be related to an upstairs bathroom directly above. Pete took time to assess the situation, all the while explaining his thought process and the possible scenarios and outcomes. I feel lucky that we had him as our plumber. We live in a house that has three levels plus an attic and he had to have gotten at least 10000 steps that afternoon turning on and off various things to pinpoint our problem. I wish I could say that we ultimately had a small problem to fix but that will not be the case due to plaster walls and galvanized steel in our older home. But Pete was able to provide a good temporary fix to allow us to turn our water back on and remain living in our house while a separate long term solution will ultimately have to take place to update our pipes. Given the complicated nature of the repair, my husband and I were grateful for Pete’s expertise, honesty, and obvious experience. He was methodical and thoughtful, which we appreciated, as I can imagine less experienced plumbers might have dug holes everywhere in search of the leak. I would definitely use Morris Jenkins again, especially if Pete was our plumber. Thank you so much, Pete.

Terry Lucky is very knowledgeable about water systems. He knew within a couple of minutes what the root cause was for the leak we experienced. He had not even crawled into to see the problem but could diagnose it based on the type of plumbing installed in our home.

The people were amazing and came out on a Sunday to repair well. They found a minor thing wrong but did not pressure me into over buying. They found the well was over 20 years old and the well tank was completely rust on its base. So I had to do something.They gave me options that seemed like the correct amounts based on my quick “Google” search.So scheduled the Deluxe option so now I have piece of mind .One thing though, the thing that sold me was the first guy said some components had lifetime guarantee…. Which was not correct. But I am still satisfied since the repairs were completed in a day and the service men were Very nice to this old man and his family….

When I realized that our air conditioning was not working at 4:45 p.m. on a Tuesday, I called Morris Jenkins for help. I am a Priority member and have used their priority service before, so my expectations were high. Morris Jenkins technician, Robert arrived less than 45 minutes later, which impressed me from the start. In my past experiences with Morris Jenkins, their technicians have always been knowledgeable and courteous. Robert not only raised that bar, but he completely blew it away! He seemed to know exactly what he was doing from a technicians point of view, and he thoroughly and patiently explained our options for repairing the problem.I spent 35 years of my life working in the customer service industry, so I recognize and surely appreciate great customer service when I see it. In my opinion, Robert should be a poster child Morris Jenkins in every advertisement and commercial you produce. I cannot say enough good things about him, except to say that hes the sort of person you would love to have as a next door neighbor.I dont know what accolades the company can bestow upon Robert, but he represents the very reason we will continue to work with Morris Jenkins for all of out HVAC needs. My only disappointment thats that I am limited to giving five stars. Robert, and therefore Morris Jenkins, deserve at least 10 Stars. First time as a customer with Morris Jenkins. This is the best company to have as a customer. Starting with each tech having the knowledge needed with all my questions to the professional approach that each service tech gave my husband and myself. We had contact with 5 agents in person and 2 by phone and our experience with all seven people was as pleasant and smooth like a well oiled machine. The workmanship is unbelievable on point. My old unit went out at 10:00pm and within 24 hours later I had a new unit running perfectly and cooling our home. I am a life long customer now and pleased 💯 with the whole experience. My experience with Morris Jenkins has been awesome. We were selling our home and needed a few repairs requested by buyer to be completed before closing. The agent on the phone was helpful in explaining everything and helping me find an appointment that would fit my crazy schedule. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He took the time to explain the options that were available to me for repair and the associated costs to let me decide how to proceed. He works quickly and efficiently. I normally feel like I’ve been taken for a ride when dealing with service people but my experience was completely different because everyone I spoke with took their time to explain everything to me. Definitely, will use Morris Jenkins again.

When he was done he showed us pictures of what he found and explained in great detail some things he thought we needed to get fixed. Found a small leak on my water heater and called it in, Jon, came out within 1 hour. Recommended a new water heater, but gave me other options. He was really patient with me as I was very indecisive. I decided to get a new water heater, as ours was 15+ years old. Jon fixed the leak for the night. Jon was awesome, polite, professional, and super great with my attention seeking puppy. The very next day, Cory, came 2 hours early, was very direct and open with everything he was going to do. He had an assistant. They were both very professional, and they did a great job. He had no problems answering any questions. They cleaned up better than they found it. Both days, I was called, when they were on the way, and when they arrived. I recommend them 10/10.
