I really appreciate the help I received here. I have never bought siding before and Ryan Sullivan took the time to explain to me what I had and what I should be looking for. Even though they didnt have the exact match to my siding he gave me several other places I could go to find an exact match. I purchased the siding just in case I couldnt find the exact match. I would absolutely go back again.

Good service from Lyle at Lansing. My order for my deck project was accurate, a good price and delivered to my home timely. For the materials they didn’t stock, they made ordering easy.

Very helpful and efficient, even to a homeowner. Just needed a few pieces of siding for a small repair and they helped me out with no issues.

Good luck trying to get help there. In the store today looking at options for home. For 15 minutes I browsed around and not one salesman asked me if I needed help. And their was only one other customer in there.

Delivered here multiple times. No issues. Reasonable quick unloading

There appears to be a lack of urgency amongst the order pullers. The wait time is excessive. That cuts into my productivity. The order was correct however. Here is some feedback: Develop a process that clarifies order locations, items and customer information and store them in a separate location that will allow for a shorter wait time for the customer. Also explain to the staff that most all of your customers work by the job and not by the hour, this is how urgency is defined.
