So obviously I called this place first to do an FFL online transfer fee because I wasnt sure if an MP5 was an NFA item or a pistol and the dude was rude and sorry I didnt know the answer to that question which is why i asked.. I am a super easy guy to get along with... I was nice even after he was like, it is on the website... to every question I had. He had repeatedly asked if I had my Permit to carry and I said, yes! He continued to ask me and to see if I was sure I had an NC Permit I said yes, from the day I turned 21... I know the laws and regulations in NC.. Overall he was not nice and I had high expectations from this store... I will not do my transfer here what so ever.. He may just have had a bad day, but an employee should continue to be kind. This store is a no for me. I am sure there are other great people here.

Great experience with Northlake Firearms and I will 10/10 be doing business with Tim for any future FFL transfers. Tim quickly responded to all my emails and phone calls and made the process very fast, easy and far less expensive than anywhere else I have bought a firearm.

The owner was amazing, He was very knowledgeable and gave precise instructions and information about the procedure. He was friendly and cordial. Would do business with him again in the future and would recommend him to all going thru this process.

Very rude & arrogant from the start. I knew I should’ve took my business elsewhere the only thing that kept me was the $20 transfer fee. From the start he acted like it’s wrong to have questions.. Just not a very good experience overall.
