Ordered a 11.5 upper on Friday got my notification of shipping on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday. Upper looks good, some wear marks by the take down holes but that’s probably from barrel installation. Overall happy with my purchase.

Stay away unless you are O.K. with products being shipped into the void and being told to wait 10 days for a trace to be put on them. I am not. This was AFTER shipping confirmation. MAS Defense = THE J.V. team. Update: Now 12 days since shipping. Still no product, update from USPS, estimated arrival or refund issued.

Bought Sylvan Arms’ 9mm Glock mag adapter from MAG Defense. I originally intended to buy Stern Defense one which is more expensive but looks better. However, after reading description of the FM upper I plan to get, Sylvan Arms was recommended for better reliability. MAS Defense had lowest price! Adapter block looks solid and can’t wait to complete the build!

Even though there has been massive increases in ordering of firearms, parts, etc., MAS Defense has maintained fair pricing and they far exceed some of their competition by getting orders out quickly. I had seen a lot of adds online on their barrels. Looked at them all the time. Finally it was time to change my build. I am one for the best deal I can get so I ordered a blem 20 H-bar 223 wylde and MAS Defence muzzle brake, also a blem. Although I do stay in NC, the order got here super quick. Parks all looked good. Specs were all on spot. Fit and finish are perfect. Not sure were the blem is on either part. Assembled and also put new glass a top of the AR. Laser bore sighted and lapped. Going to let the Lock-tite set and shoot it. I am pleased so far. Get back with more details on that.

Got an ar stripped upper for 46 bucks man good quality nice no scuffs nice and clean haven’t fired it yet still in the build process but seem very legit matches perfectly with my Anderson lower but besides that good service quick delivery

I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a company that has absolutely no regard for customer service and makes no effort to respond to correspondence—that is—until I unfortunately dealt with MAS Defense. BUYER BEWARE. This company will sell you defective merchandise and then ignore any and all requests for resolution. I’m not sure how they are still in business.

Childish customer service representatives. I see down this thread that they keep saying they have 12k 5 star reviews on their website, but it’s for their products, not for their actual service. They’ll try and scam you up one way and down the other and twice on Tuesday.

Can recommend them enough, I bough a complete upper assembly as well as a bolt and charging handle. Great price and they even installed the charging handle and bolt carrier for no extra charge . Everything arrived within a week which for something that is built and test fired I cant ask for better.

My order was shipped promptly and arrived on time. However I didnt really like the item I purchased (Sylvan Arms folder) and learned that there is a 15% restocking fee on all orders returned.The restocking fee is not a lot of money in my case, but more of an unnecessary annoyance, and serves as a reminder that not every retailer is focused on the customer.Reading reviews below I see similar customer complaints and replies from an owner who points out that you checked boxes related to the policy when ordering. Yes, I checked a couple of indiscriminate boxes to get my order placed and yes I probably waived some kind of rights in doing so...The flipside to that, Mr. Owner, is that this was my first order and youll never see another from me. I should have stuck with Brownells but was lured in by a savings of maybe $10 and the feeling that I should help out the little guy once in a while.Frankly there are plenty of places that dont charge a restocking fee and my recommendation is that you might want to consider other dealers before you choose MAS.

Some shops didnt take me seriously because Im a woman. It makes me so mad!!! MAS took me serious and helped me build my gun. I didnt want something that would knock me off my feet so we went with a 9mm. It exactly the way I wanted it! Ill go up against any Man out there! I couldnt be happier. These guys are the best!!! He has helped answer questions, give advice and provide helpful tips to get my AR-15 the way I want it. Does not respond to calls or emails. Needed an order cancelled and they shipped it anyways after multiple emails and multiple calls.*edit: I did not cancel because I changed my mind. I mistakenly ordered 2 of the same part. Only wanted to cancel to correct this and reorder, as these were blem parts and I knew I would not be able to return.

Accidentally ordered 4 of the same items and only needed one didnt realize it until after I paid immediately emailed the company and explained what I had done. the next day I get a email saying it shipped the company got back with me and said they would send a return tag to me and would cover the charge of the return label

Did alot of great business with this place. 1st time I had a bad part from them, well I still have a bad part, they never made rite on, barreled upper had stripped threads on barrel and can, but oh well they got their money screw me and my quality product. They have lost a tremendous amount of business from me alone, let alone the others Ive sent to them. From now on ill spend a high dollar so I know ill get what I want. Oh and lesson learned, never let a dummy put your stuff together, do it yourself and do it rite. Integrity, do you know what that is? Stand behind your product, not hide behind it.
