Such a great store. Went there mainly for their meat selection. Their meats were sooooooo fresh. I just started going there about 3-4 months ago and Im sad that they are closing. Hope to see another around soon.

I love this store. We only have one available in my area of NC, Charlotte. Excellent deals, lots of dollar deals which I purchased for my homeless ministry bags. Please dont close this store here in the Charlotte NC area. We have many areas with minority families that are grocery store deserts and this store provides a need on Ashley Road here in Charlotte NC. Thank you. 👏👍💓

My grandma works there and it is just friendly workers great costumer service and the people will help you and there is great social distance and there are mart karts .

I stopped in for the first time and found some good buys. A community grocery store that is closing in January.. wasnt impressed with the meat section. Great staff and service..

The Mitsubishi ready to go when we arrived, the representative was nice and professional.The Suv was also Good on gas, couldve had a lil more leg room. But all and all a smooth ride.

Harveys has great prices and great quality meats.The only thing was they ran out of the meat I needed.

This store is my, goto store for meats. They have the best prices on chops and steaks. Practically, its the only thing I buy from here. Meat is freshly cut and pink, not dark. Thumbs up ☝ meat department.

Spoiled chicken. Dated 13th funky on the 8th. Might as well close. Meat in general looked suspect. Disappointing.

We usually go here once a month to stock up on meats for the freezer. Unfortunately this location will be closing down by years end. They have a good selection and would say that it is a good grocery store.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Not a huge selection of products but a decent selection. I will shop here again.

Im sad to say that Harveys is closing. The cashier stated April 4th is the last day. They are being brought by Food lion.

First time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. Very impressed by the meat selection-caters to us Southern folk, and mor importantly, the price of meat was excellent. I was expecting other items to be more expensive to compensate for the lower price of the meats but it was not. It was clean, smelled good, and customer service was good. Ill shop there again

It was ok. The meat prices has gone up a bit but I was able to get all I needed. But the crab legs they had on sell was little. Causes I wanted some I got them.

I love Harveys. It has everything I need to satiate my appetite. And their prices are fair, and sometimes you might even get a really good deal on one of your food items. Particularly, crab legs. The highest Ive seen them sell for is $9.99 p lb. But Ive gotten them as low as $6.99 p lb. See what I mean. They ran a sell on a 12oz pack of bacon @ 3 for $9.99. And the bacon, called Hotel Brand, is actually the bet bacon Ive ever cooked for myself. My wife and I love Harveys so check them out. Who knows they might surprise you with a special deal on one of your favorites.

I gave them four stars and not five simply because Im a food lion dude. But a good friend of mines likes to shop at Harveys. So I took her twice. And I must say the dollar isle is off the chain with stuff that you actually use on a daily basis. Ok so Thanksgiving just past, right? In a black dude and black families use a hell of a lot of tin pans. Harveys had them 2 for a dollar. All different sizes. I was able to get pan for the turkey, pan for corn bread, pan for dressing, pan for macaroni, pan for ham... No no, I used the other turkey pan for the ham.. But you see what Im saying. And then they just had a whole bunch of stuff I is everyday.. It was real easy on my pocket.

Store is going out of business and everything was 30- 50 percent off but it looked like prices were raised negating the discount.

These people are extremely rude manager included. they steal your money. Giving counterfeit money and refusing to be responsible for it. Not worth shopping here anyway. Prices are Ridiculous

Today was first time trying this store and I’ve lived in Charlotte for over four years! I’m so mad that I didn’t give it a try sooner. The sale on meats are amazing! I didn’t care for the prices on other things but that’s okay. The customer service was wonderful, which is extremely important to me! This is my new go-to store more my meat at least.

I love shopping at Harveys for the Meats prices. They meats are fresh, wrap neatly, you dont have to worry. About getting blood on your hand like other stores. And the lines are fast and friendly. But I do have to go to another store to get the rest of my stuff.

I went on that side of town to get Jamaican food from that restaurant near the tax building.However, when I stepped inside of the supermarket I was FLABBERGASTED!!! IT WAS NEAT, CLEAN, I Cant wait to get my groceries from there. I did buy paper towels and toilet tissue. My persona is that of Mr. MONK. My friends call me Mrs. MONK.

This is a clean, well stocked store.

Casher gave me a counterfeit $5 bill. I asked her to exchange it after she had admitted to giving me the fake money and refused because she didnt want to be responsible for her register coming up short. Her Job requires checking the money before putting in the register and she she needs to be responsible.

Pleasant enough of a location, clean, and nice employees. Only complaints would be theres no self checkout, and because of that the checkout tends to get backed up pretty regularly and often takes upwards of 15 minutes or more to get out of the store. Primarily only during the daily rush hours tho, so its manageable.

Pricey. If your looking for a reasonable price on meat, this isnt the place. Yeah they drop down prices but still not getting my money worth. I drive to Charlotte twice a month for meat only, spending between 1-2 hundred. Buying here it didnt look like I was getting my money worth, so I only brought a very pieces and went somewhere else.

Prices are great, amazing deals. But last time I went a couple employees got an attitude when I asked politely to get past them and they still stood in the middle of the isle. So besides that its a great place to save money on groceries.

Harveys is a nice place to shop. A LOT of good values throughout the store. Some things like some canned goods & some other products are over priced. But their store offers a variety of meats that are excellent priced & you get your monies worth. They even have a $1.00 aisle!!! My favorite because I ALWAYS find something in that area to use!!!

So I was driving and saw Harveys. I had never been there before & glanced around the bakery & found a cake. Yayyyy. Thank you so much.
