This store is amazing, because of the clean products, clean store and great employees! The employees are so friendly and provide the best, personable customer service. This store is so underrated, they treat regulars and new customers so well. As someone who goes every day, they truly make me feel like family. Brandy from the front end is so sweet. I’ve never seen a bad day of customer service there. Produce section is beautiful!

This is a super cool store. I felt healthy just being in the store. They have great produce. I was also impressed with the wine selection. The store was very clean and spacious. It makes for a very enjoyable and relaxing shopping experience.

Location to all the apartment communities is great! Clean looking. Neat. Will start to support them most now. Wish they had a Starbucks inside though 😊

Great selection and good prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful - Jesse and Dave made my trip more efficient today.Also very glad they’ve brought back Frank Miller inside the store, who gives excellent chair massages.

Just left, I havent been in a while. But this is definitely a perfect snacking place for me. With a sensitivity to Dairy this cheese dip is awesome along with these chips. Thank you, Earth Fare.

Dont buy anything from this Earthfare. They are selling spoiled food final sale!! I bought milk yesterday and this is how it came out today. It looked like baby throw up. Apparently, another item is expired as well which I didnt think to check. Has an expiration date of 1/31 and I bought it 2/8.They just want to get the items sold not caring about people getting sick. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

Never crowded, mostly all organic foods & grocery. Prices tend to be better than Whole Foods on average. Staff is helpful. WELCOME BACK!!!

I’m really sad to hear that the Earth Fare chain is closing. Earth fare has everything the whole food has but at a more affordable price!

The treatment from the employees was horrible, while I was shopping one of the employees grabbed my shopping cart full with groceries and said that I didnt needed it. They treated me horrible because Im hispanic and they acted like I didnt have money. Ive been to here twice and both times it was the same discrimination treatment from the employees.

Ive been a part of the Earth Fare family for 10 years and was saddened when they closed. They were my familys grocery store! Needless to say, we are over the moon that they have returned to South Park and Fort Mill is coming back soon!Good quality food, staff and prices are not like some competitors where you have to spend your whole paycheck!Thank you Earthfare for making a come back! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I was traveling and found THE best market for my organic and mostly raw diet! I travel with a blender so this was a perfect stop for me. I really appreciate that they carry high PH water by the gallon at a very reasonable price. Deli, beautiful organic produce plus supplements, personal care section, anything you would need in one place. Atmosphere is great. Parking was easy.

I hate to see em go. Not overpriced and food is fresh. I enjoyed trying things I would never buy due to the high cost. I hope they come back

I cant say enough about the Ballentyne location. The stores atmosphere is always so warm and inviting. A great variety of products. THE GOOD! The deli, food so good and fresh! The Carolina Coleslaw! made to perfection. Another favorite the desserts ----- the cookies are ALWAYS named to perfection also. Its just great place to food shop and eat!!!

I love that there is more organic produce than conventional at this store. I finally found the place that sells all of the foods and personal care items that were at my natural food coop in Minnesota. I find the prices are fair for the guarantee of quality. Parking is pretty easy with the garage.

Don’t order the Banana nut muffins. Can’t recall the last time I wanted to return food to a grocery store, but these were terrible and EXPENSIVE.Long time customer who is so far quite disappointed with this store after reopening.

Shopped here once and ate here a few times. The restaurant food is awesome. Great variety and very tasty. Limited food pickings when it comes to groceries, and is quite pricey compared to other locations. Wholefood seems to be a nice store with a greater selection.

After some health issues i decided to take over my own life. i decided to shop here.... i do my own juicing and organic eating and this place makes it easy for me.

Just moved to town and this is my go-to grocery store! For anyone from the midwest, this is the closest thing I can get to Fresh Thyme grocery stores found in any upper Midwest States.The staff have always been friendly at this location (especially the guys back in the meat dept. Theyve always been so helpful and nice!) .If you shop the SALES, you can get amazing deals here!*I have had problems at 2 different locations with sales not ringing up and/or the cashier not putting in the correct number of items. So, just pay close attention to your receipt. Both times the problem has been corrected though with no issues.*

I do love Earth Fare, but wish it werent so expensive. They do have a great selection of healthier options, but you have to be careful as some items are overpriced and can be half as expensive at an alternative store. The layout of the store is easy to follow. The parking lot can be crowded, and is difficult to find a spot at the busier times.

The second in command at the butchers is an exceptional guy, so helpful and polite. He is new and takes a good care of his customers. Keep it up guys!

This place is similar to Trader Joes, but it also has a small cafe in there as well. I only went in there for aspecific item. They have a fairly good selection of tea that most supermarkets dont carry. The prices are pretty much MSRP, dont expect deals. The usual organic, fresh, slightly off-market products that this type of store carries. Interesting to cruise through if you have the time. Ive only been there once before when it was recommended to me for the tea selection. If youve been to Trader Joes, then youve been too Earth Fare...IMO, YMMV.

Their juice bar has fresh, cut to squeeze wheatgrass and fresh ginger juice. It is a right size store with everything you need without miles of walking and long checkout lines. Easy in, Easy Out!

The food was good but one employee was very rude to us when we were giving back change. She got smart with us and made a big deal out of a small misunderstanding with the change. I dont remember her name but she had long grey hair and green eyes. Very disappointed.

I used to come here a lot to order a warp from the Deli because I always thought it was good. Lately, I cant help but notice that they have been making the sandwiches/wrap without care. I ordered a wrap and left the store thinking they got my order right, and not just that, the guacamole was BAD. I hoped that maybe it was just that one time and they would get it right the second time. Yes, he got the order right, but the guacamole was still very bad, and I didnt realize it until I got home. Point is, there needs to be a daily inspection in the deli to make sure they are not serving bad food. I once even found MOLD in my wrap, but Im forgiving. However, It is going to far...

Best place to shop in Charlotte for organic and alkaline eating. Much more reasonable than wholefoods. More variety than Trader Joes

Good soups and pizza. Large wine and cheese selection. Can be pricey. Good seating for quick lunch.

I could spend hours combing the shelves here. The vitamin/health and beauty aids staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. My husband is addicted to the buffalo soy nuggets at the deli and the fresh ground honey roasted peanut butter.

Food served here. Quality no longer as good as it used to be 2 years ago, so my visit frequency has gone down. I do not grocery shop here as I find it pricey but see others who might have a different opinion, so check it out for yourself.

They have an amazing assortment of healthy alternatives to Everything! Amazing how many bad ingredients arent even allowed in their products

I prefer Earth Fare to Whole Foods. Yes smaller but gentler and easier to find what you need.

Meh....I live right near this place. I go in once every few months hoping itll be a better experience. Its not. Yes, the store is clean, the employees are mostly friendly, so thats all find, but to be honest, the prices and the selection here are ridiculous.Im all for natural, organic, and specialty items, but goodness, this is an impractical place to shop.

They have some of the healthiest food choices that youll find anywhere, but youll pay for it. The space is smaller, so some product selections feel limited.

I came there before they were about to close the store and I couldn’t even get something from the deli the manager said no that’s very bad customer service and I am a good customer that comes to this store all the time I am not happy earth fare is closing it’s doors.

Linda in produce was extremely rude and incredibly inappropriate she cussed at me and told me to move while looking for dinner.

Best place to buy humanely handled, grass fed, no antibiotic meats and chicken and very affordable when they have asked which are frequent. Also they have good cheese and deli departments.

While theyve scaled down on their bulk herb and spice section, it is more than adequate for what I need. They also sell shea and cocoa butter in bulk.

All stores are closing now. Tried to shop there yesterday night. This store apparently closed at 8pm, no signs on the door, nothing. Myself and a bunch of other customers waited outside to get their attention until finally they told us that they closed at 8, before this they ignored us standing outside for like 10 min.

I think the prices are fine since they have good quality food. However, the service is bad. I think everyone is so busy stocking they dont have time for customers. Music is really bad too.
