This was my second time working with Mike at Charlotte Grill Company and the experience was nothing less than excellent. I went through multiple iterations of what I wanted and Mike helped me land on the right solution for my needs today and in the future - a quality free-standing grill that I could later build into an outdoor kitchen.Both times I went with Lion products and am extremely happy with the product, the service and professionalism of this outfit.Also, at a time when companies are increasing prices due to availability and shortages, CGCs price held firm and I got exactly what I expected.Keep up the great work and dont think twice about getting your outdoor cooking gear from these fine folks!!Thank you!-Justin C.

5 years ago this company would have received a perfect 5 stars. They had a good start but have done a poor job with their customer service since, including not bidding a job they requested to get a chance to bid and then selling me too many doors for my project and refusing to refund the over.Lots of smaller things along the way, too many to name.Initially, their price on Big Green Egg was much better than the pricey hardware store, but my recent trip showed the gap isnt as wide as it used to be.

Great experience! Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at and looking for. One of the rubs I was looking for was out and he was able to show me a comparable product. He talked to me about the different blends offered in the pellets they had in stock as I did not have any experience with the brand they had on hand.If you are looking for grills or what looked like just about anything to go with your grill, they will certainly be able to inform you and help you make a great decision for your purchase!

This is such a great local company to work with and purchase from. They are honest about all their products and extremely helpful. They graciously answered all of my emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are looking to upgrade from the typical hardware store grill. It is refreshing in a world that seems to continue to see a decline in customer service, go out of their way to help.

Island turned out nice, but dealing with the company was very painful. Many, many unanswered emails, delay after delay for something that was quoted as 4-6 weeks. It took four months to get it done. That is longer than it took for my house to be built. The grill (delta heat) is great, and the cabinets (challenger designs) are very nice also, but Id try to find another company to do the work.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and honest! I was torn between the Green Mountain Daniel Boone Prime or the Choice as the Prime was very new without many reviews. I went to another dealer in the area, but they acted busy and the salesmen at the store didnt have much experience with the grills they sold. The staff here had full knowledge of GMG products and I felt confident in going with the new Prime. The experience and product selection at this store was excellent.

This place is awesome! Anything you would ever want or ever need oh, they have it. On top of having every premium grill and accessory would want, they also have all the hottest rubs that you will see on the circuit today.every time Ive been in, the staff is always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Drove from Greenville to purchase a grill waiting for 40 min for them to open at 10 for no one to be there when their door,website, Google, Facebook and answering machine all say 10 am opening. Waited around and nothing. What poor service, and unprofessional. Lost our money.

The staff is very helpful with any questions and will not steer you in the wrong direction just to make a buck. Absolutely awesome. I bought my Big Green Egg here a year ago. The price is cheaper than everywhere else. They offer not only great products, but services as well. Derek and Mr. Utsey are awesome to work with. I have been a repeat customer here and bring all my friends and family to them for reasons described above. They have everything from grills, rubs, sauces, Charcoal, etc. I won’t be going anywhere else, and neither should you!

I never received a response, so I called and left him a voice mail on 1-10-20, again, no response. I dont deal with companies, that do not respond to a request.
