We needed a 33x21countertop for one of our bathroom cabinets. As this is a non-standard size, we had no other choice than have one custom made. After visiting numerous shops advertising remnants, most of them were either not interested fabricating just one, or their price was incredibly high.Octavio came out to take exact measurements and then in less than a week we had a beautiful marble top with two backsplashes included. Their price was very reasonable and it included delivery and installation. We highly recommend them for great service and quality workmanship.

Worked with Octavio on finding a piece of quartz that was just the right shade of grey. He was super helpful and and we finally found the perfect piece of stone. 704 Granite & Marble didnt cut corners when cutting the slab and as a result, I have no seams anywhere in my kitchen or wine bar. My husband and I met with him and he took much time with us reinforcing our decision of the Quartz we were about to choose at Lowes but which he also carried. He also brought his price down to be competitive and stayed responsive through text and calls while we were deciding. As you can see here, hes quality as he has nothing lower than 5 stars out of 149 reviews. I only wish we didnt have to focus on price as that is the only thing that prevented us from hiring Octavio.

Theft? Extortion? Bad business practices?Called them and sent drawing and received a quote. I had granite for them to pick up and incorporate into my design and order from a third party site. After they picked up my granite, they claimed they left tools at the pickup site. They no longer answer my calls to start the work. They have my granite and will not respond unless I have their “tools” they alleged left or lost at a third party site. Maybe if they see my documented truthful reviews on every platform I can find, they may attempt to contact me and give me my property.

These guys were great! Texted me pictures of several pieces of quartz that were available and fit the description of what I was looking for which is a huge plus when looking for remnants. Many other companies force you to just go look at their stock and have inflexible hours to visit. These guys saved me some leg work then when I did actually choose a piece, they were accommodating with my schedule to go see it in person. They gave us a quality piece with sinks for a fair price. June 22, 2017 a team of workers came and installed quartz. After installation it was discovered that the quartz had been installed too low. My old dishwasher was stuck underneath. Someone did come out and help us with that, however when the new standard (same size) oven was installed the seam in the quartz behind the oven came apart. The installers did not leave any space for sliding appliances in or out. As if when you get new countertops youre stuck with the same appliances FOREVER. UH NO! And what about repair? What if my dishwasher or oven needed to be repaired? We couldnt move it! It was initially promised that they would come and fix it, but were busy. After the first couple contacts trying to schedule someone to come out, no one ever would respond back. Between my husband and I we have called and emailed and even texted at least 15 times and have waited 6 MONTHS. We have been completely ignored. DO NOT USE 704 Granite. I am sorry I did.

The person that I spoke with at this company is named Leo. He gave me a price for my layout. On his website he details how he gives contractors a special price. So I had my contractor get the order for me instead. Doing it this way was supposed to save me a $1000. Once Leo found out that I was the same client he was very upset. I asked him if he didn’t want to do the job he said he would still do it. He came to my house and once he finally met me he made all kinds of excuses as to why the price was going to be a lot more. He could have told me a week ago but he tried to pressure me and put me on the spot. This was switch and bait and he wasted 2 weeks of my time. He was very unprofessional and rude. I had him call my contractor to discuss the details, he went outside for over 10 minutes and he wasn’t even speaking to my contractor at that point. He got on a personal call. I told him and his friend to leave and I no longer wanted to do business. He also insulted my contractor by saying he doesn’t know us and we need to pay now instead of after the job is complete. This was never mentioned before until he showed up. Not sure if this was because of how we look or because he was still angry that we were going to get a better price. Either way this was a horrible experience and I would never recommend him to anyone. Also if you drive by this company location they have quartz outside in the sun which is a big NO NO, but he promised me that I would get mine directly from the distributor. Seeing how shady he is I’m glad he messed up this deal.
