Bad over all experience,,,, with no answers of what happen in 3 weeks they had my tractor and only did a tire plug. Where did my review from that go? I took photos before they picked it up so I had day of pick up and day they dropped it back to me.

I was looking for a certain model tractor and Charlotte Tractor had it. I went there and dealt with Grant. He seemed like he new the product and was very helpful in the whole purchase. I would use them again and would recommend Grant and the staff to anybody looking to purchase.Thanks for your help.

Poor service. Took half the summer to fix, no call when the job was completed. Unfriendly customer service. Would not, and could not with a clear conscience recommend

Bought my Kubota L3560 from Charlotte Tractor, delivered Christmas Eve :) My salesman Richard Champury was great. He had the best price around on any model he quoted. He answered all of my question and always got back to me quickly, easy to deal with to. Called Tommy at the service desk this morning, minor issue and he had someone out to the house within a couple hours to fix. Doing business with the guys at Charlotte Tractor is easy.

I have taken 2 mowers to Charlotte Tractor Co when they were not working well. They are great! For a great price, they have returned these mowers back to me in a condition I did not think I would see again. I cant say enough great things about their repair department.

This company does not sell tools so you can work on your Cub Cadet lawn tractor. I will not purchase anything from them again.

Watch if you drive a car you will drag the nose off getting out of here. They had a nice selection of cub and Kubota lawn mowers. They were not pushy and were very helpful answering all your questions.

Picked up a used lawn tractor (the only one available). Friendly service. Solid quality product, I can cut my grass in 1/3 the time over the previous mower.

With one person in line it still took them 10mins to get me what I needed and they call me to let me know when my things are ready...its like they dont know who I am and Im there AT LEAST ONE EVERY WEEK

Highly recommend these folks vs. going to Lowes or Home Depot for a lawn mower unless you have a postage size cookie cutter yard. I worked with them entirely over the phone and they delivered the next day. They also service the unit (come out and pick up if I so choose). I described my exact lawn/yard and the obstacles we have, including significant sloping down to a ditch in front of our property. They guided me to the right machine for our particular setup. We ended up with a zero turn Cub Cadet. It was a great experience all around.
