Have worked with Alphabet Soup Monogramming Boutique for many years now, too many to count. Every experience with the many projects they have completed for the SKILLS Group of Charlotte has been perfectly done. Kathy and the others have always been warm, welcoming and thoroughly engaged in completing our projects as we ask. They also make appropriate suggestions which have proven very helpful.

Our company has worked with Alphabet Soup on several projects and everything has always come out great! They designed some t-shirts for a volunteer event and logo golf shirts and both products were great quality and came out just like we wanted. They also have a ton of cute gifts at their store. We will definitely use Alphabet Soup again for future projects.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They are very disorganized and sent me a text saying my monogrammed item was complete. Took time out of my day to go retrieve item and they had no idea where the item even was. At the very least, they could have offered to nail the item once completed.

Enjoyed working with friendly staff. A large selection of gift ideas with personalization. Quickly selected a wedding gift, grad gift and Bar Mitzvah gift to check off my to do list in one stop.

You need something monogrammed go by and see these fine folks

They have done 2 monogrammed items wrong and have not stood behind their service. The first time the owner told me she couldnt help me and to just live with it. The second time was for my kids Christmas chair and no one ever returned my phone call. The monogram was in the wrong place the second time and the wrong color the first time. Such a bummer!

Project wasnt completed as invoiced. Stitching offset and not properly sized.
