Just wanted to make sure that the store is still there. For last Christmas we got two beautiful cars for the boys. Mercedes and Audi. The two NASCAR drivers grew up . We’ll be there for sure this Christmas again hope to find something big enough for them. Good product, fair price.

Me and my kids weren’t allowed to go inside the store because we didn’t wear a masks when the employee herself didn’t wear a mask and didn’t even put a mask required poster on front window.

I had a great time in the store. It is set up beautifully, and the gentleman who was working at the time explained in full detail each product and I left there happy customer definitely recommend and will definitely be doing business again thank you Electronix !!!!

Do not buy from this store. We purchased the Mercedes X class ride on toy. Six months after owning it the battery fails and needs to be replaced. Nine months after owning it the receiver stops working. 11 months after owning the car the steering gearbox strips out. When I contacted the store they wouldn’t tell me the manufactures name so I could buy the parts to fix it. You must buy the parts from them and then pay their technician to fix it. Do your research and buy online you can get a much better car for a lot less money. Stay away from the store. Don’t let them scam you out of $600

If there would be an option below one start I would give it definitely. The person working in the store has so much attitude and did not even reply in a proper manner. Ask us to leave the store immediately. If we are telling him to talk properly. I would rather prefer go to any other store near.

I really enjoyed the beautiful displays the merchandise is magnificently made. The Craftsmanship is awesome. My grand daughter loves it there. Every time I go in with her the owner lets her try a new car. Her ver first car we bought her from there was a Bugatti.

When visiting Northlake I noticed this store full of cars and trikes. The owner helped my daughter pick out a Panda mobile and she loves it!! She rode it out the store. I’d highly recommend.

Higher prices with disrespect service

Bought a kid motorcycle for my grandson. He loves it. The worker was nice and very helpful with deciding size and type.

The car we had shipped to us came in with a crack in wind shield done in shipping. I called the company and they took care of it immediately. The customer service was fantastic, and the car was a big hit with our grandson.

I went in the store for the first time. The guy working was rude b/c I said I never knew this store was there. He asked was I local and said I’ve only been here 12 yrs. As if I have to shop at Northlake Mall. I kindly explained to him I don’t come to that mall often. B/c of ppl like him and it’s ghetto. I’ll never go in there again or tell anyone.

Roy isvery disrepectful and damaged my babies car while putting it together. refused to put it together after he took it out if box. i left with car and had to come back to get it assembled by the manager! neither guy told me about an extended warranty. my son has used his car twice. it is now may i purchased in december. the car will not turn left. i wad told to bring car back and he couldnt give me a repair price out of warranty until he knows what is wrong. i get there ladt week to be told by roy there is a 50$ inspection fee. the same roy who told me he didnt give a f*** about me spending 600$ on my babies car. i told him i will wait to speak to the manager who never told me about an inspection fee. after paying over 600$ for a car 5months later two rides later my son is with out a car now im supposed to pay 50$ for some one to Look at the car then pay on top of that for whatever they sold me. im told its a computer or motor issue. this is a brand new toy for half a thousand dollars. these prople are scammers
