Awesome customer on a RAINY SATURDAY...brake chamber busted everything was gonna be a road call right??...Not this day.They answered the phone and worked me in!! God is good and I am and was so very thankful for them.

Have good Mechanics and Service personnel. But dont have the concept of a Owner Operator how we earn are money by keeping the wheels turning versa a big company that can rent trucks for their hourly drivers. Keep making money will a Owner Operator goes broke cause we cant rent trucks to stay making money.

I called to speak to someone in sales today. The first call, I reached a voicemail. I hung up and tried a different option and unfortunately got Tara on the line. She is so abrasive and difficult to talk to. Please consider having someone more friendly answer your calls. She was positively awful.

Never again will I use this service department, overcharge to the max! I got 3 quotes to fix my granite from 1200-11k all in a week, they charge u for hours even if problem isn’t fixed. Never again will my trucks go here unless warranted

GREEDY, GREEDY, GREEDY...I was charged over $400 for having my batteries, fuel line, and alternator checked. Thats right....NO WORK DONE JUST CHECKED. Unless you want to pay excessive fees for nothing....AVOID THIS PLACE. The fee charged would have paid the ENTIRE labor cost at Volvo of Charlotte. Stay away!!

I needed a seal replaced on the trailer. Spoke with CJ in the service department. He got the trailer in quickly and repaired. Repair was done correctly and at a good price. I would definitely recommend this dealer for any repairs.

Bad customer service they make me wait for John like one hour and half and John attitude was no the best.THESE people made me waste my time Waiting an hour and a half for a certain John who when he arrived his attitude was not the best they are of THESE people who look at the Hispanic of less I did not like his attitude at all.
