This is our second set of doors purchased through WDP. Both have provided elegant updates to our home. Our new sliding doors in the den transforms our room in design as well as function, opening the room to entertaining onto the porch. The efficiency selection, installation and clean was easy and impressive.

We love our two new doors! It was a long time coming replacing them on an older house. Mike was super professional on his initial visit and up front on all costs. His install crew was very nice, wore masks and kept me in the loop of any issues that came up. Follow up from Mike and another team member the next day was very appreciated. Bottom Line: Mike at Windows and Doors Pros, and the A Team contractors he used to do the carpentry work and the drywall, caulking, and painting did a superb job. We love the way the sliding doors and windows look; we couldnt be happier with the results. The WDP team were professional in every aspect of the job.Details: The project was not a simple remove and replace. Instead it required walls to be knocked out, LVL headers to be added, siding replaced, custom sliding doors and windows added, and windows enlarged to fit custom windows. Windows and Doors Pros did it all. Mike suggested we go with Windsor doors and windows and were very pleased with their look and they work great. The contractor and his crew who did the carpentry work did a great job. Real professionals.There was no scope of work. Instead, they did whatever it took to get the job done right. The contractor who did the painting did way more than just painting. I wasnt sure what to expect from the painters, but I was amazed at the skill level and experience they brought to the drywall, sanding, caulking, and painting. It was obvious that they knew what was required to professionally paint the custom doors and windows. I cant imagine getting a better crew to do the work.Real bottom line: My wife said the windows and doors look absolutely beautiful and she just loves it. Cool.

Started the replacement of windows for our home. Windows & Door Pros is an excellent company to work with. All the new windows went in perfectly and the installation crew did a fantastic job.The Windsor Windows we purchased are beautiful and our Sales Consultant at Windows & Door Pros is excellent and helped us choose the best windows that complied with our homeowners association specifications.If you are looking to change out the existing windows in your home this local company is excellent and will ensure a perfect job is performed with utmost care and respect to you and your home.

After repeated attempts to get a quote from Ashley for 2 weeks, I can only conclude they are not interested in pursuing new business leads. The first call she indicated a quote would be emailed. The second call she said she would reach out to Windsor to check on the quote. The third I was suddenly disconnected and the final call, she placed me on hold for 5 minutes and never returned. If you want a quote on windows, I’d check with Matthews Building Supply.

I contacted Window & Door Pros for an estimate on replacing my front and side door and Ashley convinced me to drive all the way to their office for a consultation (45 minute drive). I did so, and I picked what I wanted. I was told I would get a quote via email. 3 days later I followed up to ask for the quote. I did so again 7 days later and again 2 weeks later. I never received any return email or any quote. I never heard from them again.
