Im told this is a black-owned business which is rare in the beauty supply industry. I was impressed by the selection of hair & accessories. The young lady working was friendly, professional and checked in to see if any help was needed but didnt hover. I also noticed that their prices are at least $1.00 lower than the beauty supply mega store up the street. The location is convenient next to Food Lion and my favorite dry cleaner.

Did not like my experience. Looking at the wigs no one came up to assist us and then we were told we had to pay a $1 for their stocking caps. My sister nor mother could use the ones they had on and then they wouldnt let us even share a stocking cap. When I purchase a stocking cap it comes in a package and with 2. How do i know your stocking caps are clean when you just reached over and grabbed one out of a bin. Not good business when your just about chasing the dollar and not your customers. I left with my money in my pockets

Horrible service. .. I gave them another try after a not so pleasant 1st time. ..owner was too busy playing on his phone to assist me. Today horrible service again. I brought it to his attention on both occasions & he half apologized. I bought over $115 worth of merchandise recently & he leaves 2 items out that Id already purchased & reminded him not to forget. I brought it to his attention today & he says I must not have purchased them. I thought to show him both transactions on my bank statement but just decided to not purchase anything else today & going forward. Was bringing my client here next week for a wig but I will advise All of my clients to not go to this store. Galaxy has better service!

If i could give no stars i would. I just went to this Beauty Supply new in town and then looking for a place for a minute. Was in the store for a very long time with little to no customer service. Finally found something that I like on the mannequin it was a lace front. Got to the car to check out the wig that I spent all day in the store trying to purchase to find out that it was not. Came back to ask to try to get a lace front wig willing to even spend more money the young man who gave me the wig told me because I left out of the store didnt take it home didnt leave the parking lot that I cannot exchange the wig and I was even trying to spend more money. This is not a very good place to go to they dont have any customer service dont waste your money and your time

I loved that they have everything you need for your hair, but I didnt like the fact that I was followed around the store like I was going to steal something!!
