Been coming to this location for years and have been highly satisfied with the service. The manager is really helpful and will efficiently walk through options. While the service is quick, it never came across as rude or unhelpful, quite the opposite. They show that they respect my time my helping me get my business done!

Daniel was rude and condescending. He also quoted me $28 for shipping and $45 if I had them package the item. I left to package it myself. When I returned later Daniel wasn’t there and I was helped by another gentleman who was very friendly and extremely pleasant to deal with. He also only charged me $13 for the same type of shipping.

Make sure you guys don’t throw away any receipts or lose it. I dropped off a package and their “driver” never scanned my package on a $200 order. So it was either lost or stolen. I tried to file a claim and it would not allow me to do that either because they never put it in the system.

Have been using service since prior location. Not certain if one particular staff person is owner but first impressions are lasting impressions????Always seemed to be in a hurry or as if lunch was interrupted when it was just myself in the store.Didn’t judge, remained courteous and friendly, but if at any time I needed service provided from this particular location, staff just seems to always be in a rush??New location same staff with the exception of a newbie??Like, are you kidding me, ??What is your problem??In retail, being courteous never hurt no one???Do I need to go on? Ijs.

It’s good they wear masks. I just think they need to go over as a team to be polite to ALL customers, no matter what they look like. Ok servicing as far as shipment needs. With their attitude I wouldn’t dare go there for printing.

RIP OFF.I don’t have a printer at home. I needed to return a package from Amazon with a prepaid label. I got charged $3.25 just to print off my piece of paper and tape it to the box... what a rip off and a joke. Not impressed.

Idk how this place doesn’t have a 5 out of 5 on google? I’ve lived in the area since 2015, and literally every single interaction I’ve had with Chet and his employees has been consistent and spot on. Great people, always accommodating, always friendly, even when they’re swamped all to hell. Shout out to the great service these folks provide.

I experienced the best customer service here. I came in just before closing, trying to drop off a package. The man working helped me correct the issue I had in a professional and courteous manner, even though it made him stay late. Cant say enough nice things about this visit.

Im new to Charlotte and the man at the register, named Chuck that helped me today was the rudest person that Ive met since I been hear. Then I informed him that he didnt have to be rude or mean and he got even more irritated!!! I really hope Chuck have a better day and I told him that.

I wish they would’ve told about the $3 fee for printing a label prior to printing it. I could’ve gone to the library And printed it for .25 cents. The guy was rude and stated he did not make the rules when asked why.

Returning a package to Amazon I discovered my printer was out of ink after I selected print your own label. So I emailed this UPS store the .pdf to print and figured itd be similar to Fedex ( 35-50 cents for a sheet of paper.) I was surprised when the clerk charged me $3 for 15 minutes of computer access because he had to use the computer to print it. $3 isnt a big deal; But charging a customer for computer access when I didnt touch a computer (and only needed a piece of paper printed) is a bit shady. Further, if I had been told theres a 3$ charge for printing this I would have just waited to return the package.
