The customer service and the employees are excellent. My Rep at Morris is Alicia Slate and she has been very hands on! We can call her at any time for anything and she is ready to help. We also have had great response time if a service tech is needed. Dispatch usually can have someone here same day or the next day. Supplies are also ordered and delivered in timely matter! I give Morris Business Solutions five stars!

We have used Morris Business Solutions, LLC for years. Their customer service and technical support teams are excellent. Prompt response whenever there is an issue with a machine. Also, what I believe it one of their strongest qualities is that they communicate and follow through with information. There is nothing more frustrating than when a vendor does not return your phone call. I have never had that happen with them. I highly recommend them for your business needs.

There isnt anyone that isnt quick to respond, including the help desk, dispatch, service department and their account executive, and they are always knowledgeable, courteous and problem solvers. The company I work for has been using Morris Business Solutions for years. They have very good customer service and the employees are really nice. Morris also has a good turn around time if a service tech is needed. They will get someone there that day or first thing in the morning the next day. Also they are very good about getting supply orders out in timely matter! I give Morris Business Solutions five stars!!!!

The first few weeks of using your copier, I was ready to throw it out the window. We soon discovered it was mostly my failure to understand. With that said, once I connected with Kevin, he was able to straighten out my mistakes and get me to where I needed to be. Now, for the most part,I manage on my own. Kevin is always there when I need his help. He is patient, understanding, and knowledgeable when I try to explain. Our copier functions perfectly now.

I have leased multiple high-end printers from Morris and Xerox for the past 8 years and have been very happy with both. The Morris staff is great and their on-site service team is very good. In my business, I cant afford to be down or have printing issues. The service team has always been very responsive and helpful to my office to assist with set-up and job printing questions.

Supplies are set up to come automatically as needed and when service is needed, they are always very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Morris Business Solutions.

Ordered 10 new MFPs and they arrived when our rep said, they would. A friendly, technician called a couple of days ahead of the scheduled arrival to gather necessary information required to setup/configure the machines. This minimized downtime and made the overall experience pretty much painless and as efficient, as sanely possible. Which also made the targeted end users very, happy. Do not use this company for your printer needs. When we signed our contract 2 years ago, they were great, and I really liked our sales rep. However, we are now at the end of our contract, and want to get the machine sent back since the contract is coming to the end. It has taken over 2 weeks to even get an email response. I have tried to call their office several times, and not receiving any response. Finally, I have received a response about they are working on getting the paperwork together to get the machine sent back. This is when they send me a Buy-Out (which is not correct) for over $1,300 when our contract with them is nowhere near that cost. I still cant get ahold of anyone to talk to them on the phone regarding this. I will never use this company again for our companys printer needs.
