Went in to see selection of moderate priced eyeglasses and get guidance of vision plans today at 4:15 today. Rep couldn’t have been more atrocious or unhelpful. She pointed to low priced glasses and wasn’t interested in helping me with vision plans- I would have to just do it myself. Last time I go to this establishment!

The Pearle Vision staff are very friendly and the customer service is outstanding. Adrian helped me find a pair of frames that look great and did an excellent job. I recommend Pearle vision to anyone who needs glasses and wants great customer service.

Aiden guided me in choosing a most comfortable & stylish frame; he was very knowledgeable, professional & patient and clearly explained what my insurance would cover. He went above & beyond what I had expected in customer service-he even adjusted my older prescription sunglasses when I came in to pick up my new glasses, did an excellent job checking the fit of my new ones. After about 20 years of nearly perfect LASIK vision, time caught up with me and the need for reading glasses emerged. It took me almost another year after that to fully accept that I could no longer see my laptop screen clearly. I was happy to find that Pearle Vision had opened in the Blakeney area this summer. The process for making an appointment online was seamless. The optometry staff made me feel at-home and relaxed about the entire process. The modern equipment is like something out of a science fiction movie. The eye exam is worth the visit just to see an image of the back of your eye. Its comforting to see the photographic evidence of a healthy eye. I was able to select a pair of frames right away and within days they were ready. Its challenging to help people through a transition in life like their first pair of reading glasses. The team at Pearle Vision Blakeney went above and beyond to make adjustments so that this was the best possible experience I could have. Im glad to have them as neighbors and hope to see them thrive for many years to come.

Wow! I am so impressed with the customer care I got here. Bought a pair of prescription sunglasses & had a super experience. I felt like they cared about what I wanted, gave me good advice and werent just trying to sell me somethign. Good price too. Ill go back.

Pearle Vision on Rea Rd is the place to go for reasonable designer frames at a great service. All of the other run of the run-of-the-mill vision providers simply offer basic frames with a huge price tag. At Pearle Vision, they have a nice selection of stylish designer frames. I love my new glasses.

The nicest staff at this location-Blakeney, especially Misty. They have changed my lenses out twice at no charge due to some rapid changes in my prescription. Highly recommended

Was super happy when I found out that Pearle Vision was opening in Blakeney area!! Really close for me, staff was amazing! Very helpful and informative! They have up to date equipment & the retinal camera in place of the dilation drops (thank goodness!! I can’t stand those drops!) was affordable too! Dr was very thorough & answered all my questions without hesitation! Not to mention, it is clean and very nice inside. The optical was just as friendly! An awesome experience from beginning to end! I can’t say enough great things about this location! Will be bringing my family in for all their eye exams! Thank you to the staff at Pearle! Cheers!!

My fiancé is from Chicago, Illinois and has been a loyal Pearle Vision customer for quite some time. We live in Raleigh, NC and the only Pearle vision in NC appears to be in Charlotte, so we made plans to travel 2.5 hours for him to have his routine contact lens/eye exam at the company he trusted and raved about. Prior to our appointment, on February 16, 2021, my fiancé sent over all of his information, including his hard contact lens prescription to the representative he spoke with to make the appointment. He even called the representative and spoke with him, who not only confirmed that Pearle Vision had received the information, but assured my fiancé that they would take care of him. When we arrived at the location on Saturday, February 27, 2021 for the appointment, the customer service rep/assistant asked my fiancé about his prescription and eye info, to which he replied, I sent you everything, but he still proceeded to describe the name/type of lenses. The optometrist apparently overheard the conversation and tells the assistant that he doesnt do fittings/exams for those type of lens prescriptions and that we would need to see a specialist and/or a doctor who can assist us. The assistant asked when my fiancé sent his prescription info in for the lenses (that he has been wearing for at least 10 years), and then another employee (the employee whom my fiancé spoke with) comes around the corner with a printout of the info that my fiancé sent prior to the appointment, and apparently never gave to the doctor/assistant. Long story short, no one could assist us, and it was very frustrating and unprofessional. To travel 2.5 hours and not be able to have the exam done was a waste of time. Unprofessionalism and incompetency at its finest. Pearle Vision definitely lost a loyal customer. Because my fiancé had such great reviews about the company, I once considered changing from My Eye Doctor to Pearle Vision, but after this experience, I choose to stick with a company who is organized, values its customers, their time, and their business.

They rush with everything . Don’t make sure your satisfied 100 percent but rush you in and out.
