Loved this Optometrist! Professional and diverse office with pleasant staff. I do mean professional in every aspect; having access to the latest technology is well worth the cost for me, and they resolved a prescription issue that I had very efficiently. See you next time!

Dr. Jones and staff are professional and engaging. Dr. Jones has dynamic details and her eyes exams are precise. Over the years, I have yet to find an Optometrist who is more detailed. In fact, make my way from Atlanta to see Dr. Jones due to a faulty prescription by another so called doctor. Dr. Jones corrected the issue and she is more than willing to accommodate me by mailing my glasses and contacts, answering questions, and providing the best care. Thanks Dr. Jones and staff. 👀 you next year 😎!!!

Hadn’t gone to the eye doctor in a few years, my wife had called this place.. and man am I happy I decided to come here.. they treat you very very well and I am appreciative of everyone in the office from front to back!

Dr Jones and the staff at F.Y. Eyecare Associates are amazing! They are super conscientious about the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic. They have a system to ensure everything is sterilized properly all throughout your visit. They are courteous when working to order glasses. Dr Jones is very friendly and I love how she explains everything! We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am so disappointed in Dr. Jones lack of customer service. We have been loyal to her for years, despite the decline in her customer service over the past two years. However, I will not be taken advantage of, she changed our prescription without my consent and refused to correct it without me coming in and paying again..even though the eye exam was still valid for several months. My concern is that fact that she dropped the ball and gave the wrong prescription and failed to admit it even though it is in the chart. Then she admitted that her rule was not posted in the office but that she told every client. NO way to do business and treat a loyal customer.

Fast paced, very helpful. I could see again the best feeling EVER! Most times when I go to eye doctors they rush through finding me a fit prescription because one of my eyes are so bad. At F.Y.E the doctor took her time with me she didn’t rush any of the process. Not to mention my wait time 5 MINS OR LESS :) that’s the best thing for a busy person like me . I highly recommend this place. Why risk your sanity looking around ? Call F.Y.E for all your eye needs. I have astigmatism and I was still able to get contacts that fit me perfectly. This is definitely a 5 star eye care.

I googled reviews for Eye Doctors in my Network. So many had really bad reviews. Dr. Jones and F Y Eye Care had very good reviews. Setting a new patient appointment was fast, easy and accommodating. Dr. Jones was very personable, professional and thorough. The front desk lady was not the friendliest person. Maybe she was having a bad day. All in all, I have found my new Eye Doctor!

This was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my 41 years of living! Dr Jones was very prompt in seeing me and she explained everything she was doing so I could follow along. When she was fitting me for contact lenses, she tested my eyes again with the contacts in to make sure they were the right prescription for me. No other optometrist has ever done that for me. She really took her time to ensure that she didn’t detect any issues with my eyes and that I had the right prescription for me. She will definitely be my optometrist going forward as I trust that she will provide the best care for my eyes! And I will definitely be referring her to anyone looking for a great optometrist who really has a passion for what they do!

I was moving out of the country and needed to order contacts ASAP. I called F Y EYE and had to leave a voicemail. When they called back I missed their call. Emily ended up texting me to help figure out the best way to get the contacts ordered. She was patient and friendly. Thoroughly answered all of my questions and helped with my insurance (we had a lot of insurance issues lol). She also came up with a great solution to get the contacts ordered on time. The contacts were supposed to be delivered today, but there was some inclement weather that delayed the shipping process. The office closes at 1:00, but Dr. Jones waited an hour and a half past that to make sure I was able to get my contacts before I left. This teams goes above and beyond to take care of customers and I truly appreciate them. When I move back this will without a doubt be my optometrist. Thank you guys! :)

Only place in Charlotte to take your family. Dr. Jones and her staff was very fast and polite. Took their time and explained everything to me in great details. My daughter was very nervous about her exam but due to everyone friendly yet professionalism she opened right up.

Dr. Jones took extremely good care of me, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The same can be said for her staff. Her facility is very clean and organized. I highly recommend booking your next eye exam here.

I also found that I would not have the same doctor every visitI called FY Eye care, explained my needs and eye condition.Dr Jones called me back, listened and advised me that she could help.My wife and I both are very happy and pleased with Dr Jones and her helpful staff. I’ve been going here for years Dr.Jones is excellent at what she does the atmosphere has always been pleasant and the office is clean. I’ve taken my son to this location as well. I’ve referred family and friends but, my last experience there was very unpleasant. I haven’t been to Dr.Jones in a couple of years and was ready to get an eye exam alone with my husband. When I initially made they eye appointment it was a big mixup and wrong information given but, that issue was solved and finally I was able to make an appointment 2 months in advance. When I and my husband arrived to my surprise we were not scheduled sad part is I called a week early to confirm the appointment. Dr.Jones was pleasant about the situation but, because the front staffer is unorganized and denied she confirmed the appointment i will not be returning it’s sad because Dr.Jones is amazing and I have grow to trust her with my eye care needs

Friendly, concerned about your needs was referred to a specialist to have an issue reviewed and both communicated tomakesure my issue was addressed. Easy to make appointments, check in easy and forms. Selection of glasses and fit are right on.

They are not very accommodating. There website showed an available appointment, so I submitted a request for it. I showed up for that timeslot and the lady said that I had to wait for a confirmation and that that spot was already taken. My visit was an emergency, yet that didnt seem to matter.

They were really kind.
