Cute place inside the market; however we were here for the coffee. We ordered a cortado and the milk was very nicely prepared; the espresso was underdeveloped from the roaster. While I love a light roast espresso that is roasted well, this was truly SOUR, not bright, sour. They serve coffee from counter culture, not a fan.

This place is nestled inside a large building with several other businesses by the railroad tracks.It boasts large wooden tables and bar seating right across from the baristas.The coffee is really good and if you need to sweeten it up a little bit they have simple sugar and honey syrup available nearby. I recommend the cappuccino. If you get a latte, get one with flavoring otherwise it just tastes like milk.

Had their coffee at 3 different locations and it is never been good. Just standard brewed coffee. Atmosphere is hip.

Love coming to this location of Not Just Coffee! I think it’s my favorite one to go to because the park is right across the street. Their caramel latte is legit one of the best if not the best in Charlotte. Be sure to check them out!

Situated within the market they have chairs to sit up at the bar so you can take away or chill out and enjoy your coffee.They have a variety of coffees whether youre after espresso or pour over. The nitro in particular is great.They also do a selection of teas and have kombucha on tap.Service is quick and friendly - we loved it here.

Don’t order Masala Chai unless you want overpriced pre-made mix from a carton.

This is some of the best espresso Ive ever had. They offer much higher quality coffee than you will find at your typical coffee chain. It is not a standalone shop, its in the 7th street market. A fun environment with lots of cool things to do nearby.

I am a barista from Amsterdam, where almost all coffee places (even chains, except from Starbucks) are serving this high-quality coffee to its citizens. In my opinion, this type of coffee shops should be widely known in the US. I hope places like this will wake up America!

A nice compliment to the offerings of 7th Street station, Not Just Coffee offers an array of drinks from a typical cup of joe, cold brew or hot, to seasonal lattes and hard to find chais. I typically do not drink coffee after a certain time of day but if I find myself in 7th Street Station then I often find myself buying a cup and saving it for the next day, though not as good the next day its still better than anything I have at home.The staff is quick to take your order and just a quick getting your drink made. I rarely have to wait more than two or three minutes for my drink, even when its busy.

Good coffee, and friendly staff. The Espresso Mule was something new and refreshing, though their somewhat more standard espresso drinks were well pulled also.

I came by very late one day during a busy weekend, and the staff was still very friendly and welcoming! They made some amazing coffee for my boyfriend and I and didnt mind that we hung out while they were closing up. Plus their location is really beautiful!

From the name I was hoping I could maybe also get some pizza or a home appliance or a small business loan or who knows what! But it turns out the only thing they have in additon to good coffee is tea.... and friendly service!It is in an indoor market with other vendors that do offer food though.

Wow! What a wonderful experience I had last night at Not Just Coffee! I was needing something sweet, so after getting some pie at another shop right next door, I had to have some good coffee to compliment it. Not Just Coffee fixed me up good! Kenya was so pleasant and made me an outstanding cup of coffee. It wasnt over sweet and it wasnt over strong, it was just perfect! I loved this place, Kenya was so warm and pleasant it makes me want to go back everyday just to have her work her magic! The hardest thing is going back to Wilmington where I cant seem to find a good coffee shop like this and the others in Uptown Charlotte. Ill be sure to stop here every time I visit there!

Their latte has just a hint of either cloves or cardamom. I thought it tasted lovely.

The best coffee hands down in Charlotte. The coffee has such a complex flavor. And they make their own chocolate sauce for the mocha lattes. I love how when I get to the bottom of my mocha, it tastes like drinking chocolate so I get two beverages in one. And the staff are super friendly and talented!!

Got the Mocha Latte and was very impressed! Coffee has a robust and complex flavor and of course I enjoyed the designs they pit on the coffee. The atmosphere was laif back and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If I lived in Charlotte this would definitely be a regular stop for me.

Wonderful coffee, you can really taste the extra care they put into each cup. The iced mocha is the best go-to, but if the Foggy London Town is in season, you HAVE to try it. Best latte Ive ever had, hands down.

Wonderful tiny, tiny, tiny cup of $5 latte espresso. It was good coffee, but can I be honest? I was a bit surprised an 8oz coffee cost $5 bucks. They probably need to rethink either the size or pricing. I mean... its just coffee.

The pour over is amazing. I drink it black and dont add a thing. Its incredible to taste the different notes of flavor from the coffee beans and roast profile. Too often we are drinking burnt, unbalanced, or bad tasting coffee that we then cover up with milk and sugar. The vibe here is inspiring. I love the open doors and sort of outdoor indoor blend.

Was more about the look and feel of the place then the quality of the coffee and service. Being from out of town and o ly up to see the family.was looking for a good place to just sit and have some coffee. The coffee was good, but there is better out there for less money. The service, well just not there at all. Not going to be a place I will be going back to when I am in town. I will stick with Smelly Cat coffee, better coffee and WAY better service.

Probably my favorite coffee seller in charlotte. I wouldn’t call this location a coffee shop because it’s located inside 7th Street Public Market. It’s more of a “coffee bar”. Their brew is 80% consistent. Depends on who’s working and if they are trying a new bean. One thing I find a bit frustrating is that they sometimes put ice inside the half and half bottle which waters it down and makes my coffee taste bland instead of creamy. Would love if they ban that practice. Otherwise, excellent coffee and friendly staff.

Super disappointed in the service and quality. Had heard great things about this place and went out of our way to try it yesterday. Asked for light ice in my cold brew - (politely reminding her when she was filling up the cup too full.) Barista rolled her eyes at me, rudely tossing the ice into the sink. This location is inside of the Public Market. Simple menu, great coffee, well staffed. Most available nearby parking is pay parking.

As the name implies, coffee is an art. Each cup is made with precision and ready for a photo-op when served - unless you take it to go, then it comes in a hand-stamped, paper to-go cup. Delicious.
