Light skin mix looking guy attitude was very dry and rude so uptight . I think he should loosen up he’s in a place of business. No help at all it really just self service to by this time all I needed was to get my right size no type customer service just straight attitude no smile no nothing. Only giving two stars because the lady said bye as if that would help being her co worker showed no effort .

Employees are so rude.. Walked in no one greeted me but the security officer. I stood there at the shoe selection and all 3 of the employees was standing at the register having a whole conversation. One employee was cleaning the parking lot he came back in walked to the back grabbed his cup walked back past me with his phone in hand.. Still no one acknowledged me so i walked back out. Unprofessional!!!!

The customer service here is horrible. This store was on my way home from work and I need to buy a birthday gift. Instead of driving to the mall, I stopped here. When I walked in. There was no one in the front of the store to greet you. All I heard was a lot of loud talking from the back. They were just carrying their own conversation didnt acknowledge no one. I then saw a pair of shoes that I wanted. Still no one came out. I could see a security person of some sort sitting down at the door way to the back. So I walked up to the register to see if they would come out. After a few minutes an employee finally came out with the look on her face like I ruined her whole day because I walked in and wanted to buy a pair of shoes, comes out and just blankly stared at me. No hi how can I help you or anything. I just left. There was no point of asking for the size I wanted. Obviously employees there had better things to do like sit in the back and gossip. Will not return to that store. Wasted my time stopping there. Should of went to Finish Line at the mall.

Bad customer service on June 19th 2019 around 1:20pm.Guy went outside to take a smoke break and not help me anymore Im sticking with shopping through CHAMPS better selection and customer service.
