Love, love and loved 💜💜this Converse outlet. It was an amazing kick 👟experience. Had my ideal colors before we got there... Omg! Their selection was even better than I thought. This place....THIS place is LIFE!!! It fits my personality the sales the sales rep knows me well and soooo darn friendly. They help me they know what I like and I will ALWAYS go here! I have so many pairs of shoes and shirts and book bags. Gosh I love my converse! My house loves this store the brand the employees. It’s just LIFE! Great service! Why didnt I know they were here?!? They have a pretty nice selection of men, women and children shoes. The sales rep said its buy one get one half off sale and I found half sizes which can be difficult to find at other stores carrying this brand. I also peeked in on clerance, but there was nothing that caught my eye this time. Ill be back!

Staff was nice. Helpful ...when you could find someone. Cashier left 2 items out of my bag. Have to travel back and get them tomorrow. So, not happy about that. Tried to call several times around 6:15 pm Saturday night....no answer. Hours listed...open until 7pm. Not sure whats up with that.

I am genuinely obsessed with Converse. I am forever grateful of dedicated physical store for me to shop in person. The nearest one was in mebane, nc! I love it!

Was looking for a specific shoe, a flat black midrise. At this point this was my 3rd show store today and as I hustled back and forth to each aisle, Evan must have realized I needed some help, lol. He asked me what I was looking for and told him. He went to the back to look and found me the black one AND showed me a grey one that I feel in love with. So I ended up buying both! I find out they were clearance so they were only $24.99 and then Evan told me about the discount code and snagged another 15% off! Hes a great store manager, friendly, his great work ethic shows as he was multitasking helping others while looking for shoes for me. Chrissy was my cashier and she was friendly, fast and efficient. I had a great experience here.

Store locked doors 15 minutes prior to closing time. Poor business practice from a management standpoint.

Upset that the Converses with the heels are no longer in stores but online. Sales associate was understanding of my concern.

Hats off to Michael Rall who is the store manager. I ran into an unfortunate situation through converse online and this resulted in me losing my gift card. He was such a help by jumping through hoops beyond his expertise in order to find me a solution. I had a poor experience with converse customer service. But because of him I will shop again!

They had stuff in stock front and back staff was friendly and helpful

Wife and I came to the outlets. Ive been wearing Chucks for ~30 years now, and we always stop in to see what new styles they have at the Converse outlet.They were having a buy one, get one 70% off. The wife found the sweetest pair of all pink, sparkly ones. I found a nice pair of grey, 3/4 highs.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sounds like I have the same problems others have. Bought a pair of shoes to only realize the security sensor was left on and didn’t go off when I left. I noticed a few days later and had to go on a three hour round trip just to get it removed. Didn’t get to wear the shoes for the event I needed them for.When I got there the manager tried to offer a 10% off discount. Lol. It’s okay, you can keep the $3.. it’s the principle. Will not be back.

The stores always neat and tidy. The store always has a great sale going on. They have a large variety of Chucks as well as other converses that usually fits the needs of myself and my family. I think this store may be the best outlet store in the Tanger Outlet family here in Charlotte.

Employees were too busy talking to pay attention to my check out transaction. The employee left on the security tag and it did not beep when we left the store. We live in another state that does not have a Converse store. I have called the store and they said they would call me back which they have not. I called the corporate number on the converse website and they can only help with online orders. Very frustrating I cant get help from anyone at converse. We will not be purchasing again due to such poor customer service.

Place always has good sales and a staff willing to help. Can get crowded, but never experience anything negative. Check out their clearance section, keep an ear out for deals.

As a collector with over 300 pairs, I check in regularly for their ever rotating stock of marked down pairs. Staff is always friendly and helpful checking for sizes or stock not on display. Make sure to fill out the survey on your receipt for 5 bux if your next purchase!

Hip store with hip staff. Very helpful staff who were willing to engage and get anything that we requested, even if it was stored out the back in their warehouse.
